God forbid Beanie Wells gets hurt, then OSU falls apart.

It was a knife or fire. Not bullet. ;D

War pig why don't you give McCain a little more respect. How about we call Barrack Barry? Since he did once call himself that. I have never seen John McCain refer himself as Johnny. Have some respect.

What does that mean expandable or core?

Not sure what that is supposed to mean...but OK.

If that was the case the whole middle east would have been a glass factory years ago. We have gained NOTHING as far as oil goes by being there. In fact it got worse.

I can't completely agree with you there chili. Mainly because I was in a room last night with 32 people in it and there was little lag. But no scoreboard. I can guarantee that didn't happen before the patch.

Have you moved on from Socom or staying put?

I surely hope not. -
As I get older I find myself thinking more and more about the possibility of running for a political office. Starting local first of course. But then, I have a lot skeletons. I did inhale and enjoyed it. I've made my fair share of bad decisions too. And then there's that money thing. I don't have enough of that to run anyway. ;D On a serious note though, you never know when it may happen. I found myself believing in the possibility when I watched Man of the Year. I hear you... my 17 year old son ask me this weekend why I don't run for some sort of office. LOL I have a pretty colorful past to say the least. Red, you gotta stop with the whole "socialist agenda" stuff man. He's NOT about that. I have no idea where you get that. If you read his blueprint on his web site you can clearly see he's not about that. You are using the red herring argument. It's just silly. I know you are smarter then that. I am not sure where you don't see it. For these guys I listen to what they are telling the people and what they have done in the past. That will dictate what is up for the future. That is what really scares me about McCain. But what he is doing that Barrack isn't, is saying different things then he did before. One thing barrack talks about is universal healthcare. That is a social policy. He wants the government to take over the private sector. That is one thing. I want you to name some things the Federal Government does, that the private sector once did, and does it well. My bet is you may not find one. IT is the subtlty that does it for me. Plus you have bills like the one that failed yesterday that puts more government involvement in the private sector. Does no one see that Barrack Obama is the most Liberal senator? He was and is. I see barracks policies and all I see is danger Will Robinson. You don't get the economy back up by taxing. It has never worked. You may get the budget back up a little but the economy won't be better off because of it.

LOL same here man. Of course I am not in the old man realm quite yet. But I don't know if I have enough in me to stay with all the politics. As much as I read and get involved with it the more I hate it. I just wish people would say what they mean and mean what they say. I don't care about right and left just right and wrong. I wish these politicians would see it. One in particular would be Nanci Pelosi.

I hope all that isn't true. TO be honest I don't want the average Joe in government. I want extraordinary people in office. Ones that know how to make the tough decisions. I can agree with most lobbyists getting the boot. BUt in reality if you are apart of an organization that fights for your rights within that lobby then you love the lobbyists. Case in point I don't want my right to bear arms taken away, NRA is there to fight for that right. But I will say just like anywhere there are sleazebags that just want to push their agenda and make more money. I also want no more big government. One thing you should understand is the candidate you support, at least I am led to believe you support wants big government. Obama has no intentions on making things smaller. He wants more government control, and more money to do it. It is a socialist agenda, think twice about what you really want and follow the candidate that fits that. I am not pulling either way but go for a guy that possesses that. Hell even Bob Barr or Ron Paul would fit that mold. LOL

War pig I officially agree with you. Of course I think I would have a hard time voting for this also. TOo much watch dog over the private sector. And too much picking up of mutual funds and what not. Stick to mortgages and default loans.
-
Oh and please be careful with your blanket statements. There are good people on both sides of the isle looking out for what is best for everyone.
-
Look closer, 59 dems didn't vote because there was a piece of legislation not in the bill. I am not sure but I think that would have made the bill pass.

SO you beat Minnesota and now believe Ohio State is unstoppable? They are probably gonna end up near the bottom of the Conference next to Iowa.
-
Why don't you rebut it instead of saying "you sure know how to spin it"? Hog gave you the reason the GI Bill was voted against by McCain. He has been consistent with his voting. Obama has been consistent too. He has consistently helped the Government spent our nation into oblivion, with Earmarks and Pork spending.

Wasn't talking to you in my last post. I never said you couldn't speak your mind. And you don't have to feel no remorse to be a terrorist. He blew up AMERICAN property to insight fear to prove a point. The government is apart of America. There were other means to do it, he chose VIOLENCE. How is this unclear. I will chose not to try to understand either of you. If you both think it is alright to blow up public property then you guys have lost me. No matter what he did, it was America that he attacked. You try to justify it by saying it was the government. If that is what you want to think then god bless you for it. Absolutely don't agree. BTW I am a conservative, NOT a republican.
-
once again he was a TERRORIST. he could have done what he wanted to do peacefully. Instead he blew shit up. Your quote does not say if the government does something you don't like blow up some stuff. I have never blindly followed the government. You have been spewing your love for the democrats this entire thread. I have not once seen a critical thought or idea against the democratic party. They have been somehow painted as saints during this whole economic debacle. You can agree with Ayers all you like. But one thing he did not do was be Patriotic. He was a terrorist.
-
NO I believe in AMERICA. You are a very mislead young man. AYERS was a terrorist. Definition: He used terror and fear to push his views on others. AND killed people in the process on American soil. The terrorists, right now, don't kill people because we kill innocents in Iraq (which rarely happens by the Military, if at all) they do it because they radically disagree with the Western Way of life and don't want the people over there to change. But they make up for less then 1% of 10% of the people over there. There are 10% of radicals over there that won't blow shit up while 1% of the population will. They are still Terrorists just like William Ayers, in essence they are doing the same thing he is doing. How is that not the same. Government or not that is how our country runs. We elect officials to speak for us. Vietnam was a mistake on many levels. One of the biggest is when we were already knee deep over there we retreated with our tails between our legs even though we were winning. The country fell apart.

I am not sure but I think war pig just agreed with me.

At the time we got the ARM the market was futured to go down another 1-1.5%. I projected at least another .5 to 1% drop then we would get a fixed rate. We came out exactly where I planned. We are currently sitting on a house loan at 4.5%. So I think we came out alright.
-
D75... Oh my LORD are you defending William Ayers? Dude he KILLED people, AMERICAN people. No one should be revered for that. Sorry bro the Federal Government no matter what we think about them is VERY American. I honestly did not imagine someone saying what you just said. Unbelievable You have completely lost me.
