SOCOM Confrontation Public Beta Patch 1.60 Patch

The 1.60 patch for SOCOM Public Beta will be released on Thursday, October 9th, at 5 a.m. PDT. This patch addresses the joining and disconnection issues that players are currently experiencing.

 

In order to test this new patch, the Public Beta has been extended to midnight PDT on Saturday, October 11th. Thank you for your participation and feedback for this Beta.

man thats crap i got on around 11am and i downloaded the patch and i join a room my ps3 froze then i tried again my shit was loading for a good 15 mins so i shut it off. so far my exp sucks im more excited about dead space.

The game seemed to play alright, a little hiccup here and there, but I too experienced two PS3 freeze ups this afternoon...one in game and on heading to the lobby. All within 1/2 hour.

I think I'm going to delete this game and wait to see you alls comments when the game comes out. The is starting to feel like work that no ones paying me for. Plus I have other things I need to worry about rather then testing a broken or not ready game.

For the people that are downloading the socom confrontation game from the PSN store it will be released on the 16th but if you pre-ordered the game it will be available on the 14th. I read that on the socom.com site. I just cant remember what topic it was under.
