I have my ideas, but don't want to be ridiculed for it. I am almost positive I know who has the highest money bid right now. But not sure if that person will get the site.

I feel this will be a 2 horse race.....The first horse is in the race for consistency. They want to preserve what is here. For things to stay status quo. They are in it for the community.

 

The second horse is in it for the status symbol. Yes they care about the community, but it is more for the brass ring than for the community. They want it to validate themselves and their team.
