Yellow: 71.224.183.158 Email: yellow2002s10@msn.com has been banned. These guys sure do have a lot of energy. And we're not deleting anything. I LIKE it when people get to continually see what kind of things morons like posting.

This is a former moronic gunner of APC named Black List. He was reprimanded once for going onto the OGC forum, who are no real friends of ours, for gay-bashing and slurring after the UF3 debacle. Â I don't condone that behavior on ANYONE. SO.....out of the best of "public interest, Â ," I'm going to post his information here to make SURE that he doesn't register to other clans' forums and try out for your clan. Â He's a trouble maker, an immature "grown-up (as evidenced by the links and posting on this forum) and just an overall ugly personality. He played with us as Stretch_Nuts, then changing his name to Black List. I do not know other names he has played under, though I'm sure there are more. His registered email address here on this forum, on the APC forum and on the harrassing emails he sends to me on a weekly/monthly basis comes from: mikecarly1005@comcast.net His account IP address is: Â 71.227.78.206 Please check your forums and delete/remove any accounts bearing this information if they belong to someone looking to be a part of your clan. Â SERIOUSLY, guys.....I'm saving you the headache now. And please........NO ONE take this posted information and do anything wrong with it like, oh, registering it on gay porn sites, granny-tranny sites, terrorist sites or anything like that.....because UF simply doesn't condone that behavior. Â Â Even on sick asses like this guy. Thanks all, and again, be wary of him. I don't know why, in all of his posts where he says we take this way too seriously and that it's just a game, that he just can't let it go as we all have and move on with his miserable life. Â I think he's mistaken in who takes this too seriously. Now back to your regularly scheduled program. Â ;D

Hey all, Now, we know that not all of you have participated in every UF tour since our inception, but as creators, we're always looking for feedback from those players and clans who come to us looking to further their entertainment value in their Socom experience. We like getting feedback because it really DOES shape how future tourneys are presented. Since everyone here did not participate in all of them, I'll give a very brief description of each tour, showcasing the differences in each one. We would like to see which scenario in our past/current tourneys YOU LIKED the most by way of a single poll vote. Your comments, as always, are welcome. **Please note, for ownership and copyright purposes, we cannot nor will not accept any ideas for future tourneys, so your feedback only on the question at hand would best serve your replies. UF1: State of the Union - This tour was fought on the 48 continental states of the US. Each clan started with 3 states and battled one another with the use of allies. Allies were able, in limited number, to help their partners in their clan wars. All wars were declared along state borders or, for the coastal states, attacks by water were made. This tourney lasted 25+ weeks. UF2: Of Honor & Greed - This tour was set on not one, but two continents; Africa and the Middle East/Asia. 22 total clans, split between the two AOs, fought for control of their continent against 10 other clans, with the lasting winner of each continent facing off in an 11-map, all-day Saturday mega-war to declare the winner. All attacks were made through borders or through special air attacks, as well as being raided by sneak attacks from the other continent. This tourney lasted 30+ weeks. UF3: Road to Exile - This tour was set in Central America. 28 clans battled each other through border attacks while getting the opportunity to consolidate 3-territory provinces to set up Roadblocks and Helicopter attacks. This was the first UF tourney to use Breach Maps as clan home bases, which enabled clans who were closer to defeat earlier in the tourney to hold on for a very long time. This tourney lasted approximately 30+ weeks. UF4: Prisoner of War - This tour, currently running, invited 24 clans to battle it out on South American soil. Distinct PoW, HQ and Heliport territories were identified by demolition, suppression and control point maps only. This tourney was the first UF tour to support the taking of PoWs in almost any and every war involving game paramters and sweeps, potentially crippling even the strongest of clans for standard game play. This was also the first UF tourney to utilize a hardline end-date, with the tour existing for only 13 total weeks with a playoff contest for those clans still alive at the end. With the specific tourney parameters devised by the creators this tour, week 7 saw 17 of the 24 clans already eliminated, leaving only seven clans alive. This was also a chance taken by the creators to award the winning clan with a great prize, a 32" flat panel HD TV. UF5: To Be Announced - ;D As always, we appreciate your participation in our drive to make each and every tour of UF better than its predecessor. Sniper and I believe we have done that in our years caretaking for this tournament site, and we confidently believe we will excel at this in the very near future. With our additions such as the evaluatory Black tourneys as well as our excursion into the cash-prize arena we call UF: Breakout, we will always work hard at making certain that there is ALWAYS action for you and your clan to be found here in the Urgent Fury Community, what some of us, and perhaps rightfully so, call THE place to be for honest and skilled SOCOM game play. Thank you for your time and thank you for being a part of this UF tournament community. - TOW & SNIPER

I just went through the updating on the PoW camps and all, and many of the surviving clans of UF4 just saw their PoW count go DOWN because of \H/'s elimination. You guys fought til the bitter end, \H/. I think you and >7< were two of the most crippled clans because of the PoWs taken, and it really showed how it can minimize chances further along in the tourney. Sad to see it affect you both like that, but I was also sort of happy to see the PoW actually play a FACTOR in this tourney. Changes tactics and such a LOT!

Just keep the skin to a minimum, I think, would be a good rule of thumb.

Hollow Ground was eliminated tonight in their last ditch effort war in an attack on APC. Hollow Ground, you guys made a hell of a run in this tourney considering the stiff and eclectic opposition we brought in this time around. Hats off to the lot o' ya and I'm hoping to see some of your guys in the upcoming Breakout and Black III tourneys. Take care. Give 'em a hand!

Oh goodness...... LOL I'm actually one of those instructors that likes to be true to the profession and the trust that they put in me. You know....that whole "honor and integrity" thing we were talking about in the other thread?! LOL

Let's not get crazy or overly righteous here. We're just asking that we LIMIT it. I don't know why there would be any backlash from ANYONE on this. As many stated above, people look at this site from WORK, in front of FAMILY......can we just be a LITTLE accommodating? And as I'm SURE you can find more, as probably could I, we're not reading EVERY post in EVERY thread EVERY day. We simply can't. But we can see those sigs everywhere and we just want to make sure that this public forum that tries to attract more clans for our tournament purposes has a good feeling to it. People always like to take it a little too far. At first, bathing suits on babes. Next, naked chicks with smoke over the breasts. Next, full blown BJ animations. Don't get crazy here, guys. It's the community forum and we're ASKING that guidelines be adhered to. Sheesh.
-
Hey everyone.... Can you please spread the word that we discourage the use of the big sigs featuring the near-naked beauties showing their stuff. This IS a public forum and we know a LOT of you view this forum at work or even at home with children. Though someone on our forum isn't looking at a porn site or anything, it COULD potentially create problems if the harmless UF discussion looked like something TOTALLY different to the point of view of someone casually glancing over your shoulder at work. We appreciate it. Instead, perhaps put, oh, a picture of a GUY there with a GUN or something. We have a bunch of guys representing themselves with buxom blondes....... It's kinda sorta how guys like to throw their crotches on other male players' faces in the game or something. Just something not....quite....right about it. ;D Please help us in keeping the UF forum viewable at all times of the day and from any location. Thank you.

I've liked this series in some weird way. It's gotta be the Jov-vo-baby starring in it. She's quite lovely.

Yeah....my BALLZ.......on yo FACE! That's all I can come up with on such short notice. Ball jokes. That's all. I win.

Yup, that's my little student, Heather! LOL Damn, she's pretty hot. It would be hilarious if on the show they ask her something about her education and she says "Well, I WAS trying to get an education but my idiot instructor didn't want to work with me so he failed me. I even told him I'd do some "extra" work after school if you know what I mean and he still refused. He must be gay I guess. His name is Jay. Gay Jay. And he also thinks he's so cool because he helps run some stupid video game tournament site called Urgent Fury or something. Too bad he didn't want MY urgent fury....." ;D Yeah buddy, you get a big, fat "F" Sniper butt-fucks homosexual, shaved billy goats in dark alleys after getting fucked up on Bartles & James strawberry wine coolers everytime he sees one of his friends get married to yet another wonderful woman.

Yup, that's my little student, Heather! LOL

So as some of you may or may not know, I am an instructor at an Institute here in Chicago. I teach Scripting and Storytelling for Video Game Design. Earlier this year, I had a class of 21 students. One of them, Heather Kuzmich, was a little flaky. She would always show up late, always be getting calls on her cell, never turning in the work and then, finally, never showed up for the last half of my semester. She let me know that she had to go to some weird "job interview" and that, under contract, she couldn't say anything more about it, but wondered if she could get her homework in advance. It was against my policy, as well as the school's, so I ultimately had to fail her. Well, this evening, one of my former students, Brady, gave me a call out of the blue and wondered if I had heard what had happened to Heather. I was a little worried and nervously said "no," thinking that something pretty bad had happened. He says "well, you might want to catch the next episode of 'America's Next Top Model,' because she's one of the final 13 contestants." My jaw dropped! LOL (I never really saw her as anything that would make her "model" quality, but shows you what I know) Anyway.....if any of you see her on the website or on the show, she's my former student whom I FAILED in my class! LOL That's all. Good night.

Rumble rumble rumble.......... I've actually already gotten used to not having it anymore.

Then if you're talking about applying for the UF: Breakout tourney, then no, you are not eligible.
-
Former clan and in which UF tourney did your clan participate in?
-
All small maps will be chosen on their not favoring one side over the other in regards to vantage point. As in......."Summit" where a team is in "the fish bowl" will most likely not be added into this tourney. All maps will be as fair to both sides as possible.
-
Cliff's Notes: You may now register with 4-men-rosters. Wars are agreed upon by both teams between the times of 9pm CST Friday through 9pm CST Sunday. There are now 2nd, 3rd and 4th place prizes.

Sniper and I listen.............................every once in a while.  Below, you will find the newly UPDATED guidelines for UF Breakout tourney play. We'd really like to see this take flight and have tried to address concerns of those who were unable to play for various reasons. We have also sweetened the pot a bit for mutliple winners. ***You should note that ALL teams and team-formation-discussions have been removed, as they become null regarding the new Breakout set-up. We hope this will spur a few more on to complete the 32 required teams for this tourney. > UF: Breakout will be comprised of only thirty-two invited 3-man teams derived from up to FOUR players you may submit on your "team roster" with NO MORE than two players from the same clan occupying the same team. All wars, regardless if you submit a 3-man or 4-man team roster, will befought by 3-men teams ONLY. All teams MUST be comprised of at least 2 clans minimum. This is done in hopes of helping circumvent cheating or shady play while in the company of other UF players. All players in UF: Breakout MUST have prior UF tourney experience, be it in the tacmap tourney or the Black tourneys, and have done so in what would be considered "good standing" in the UF community. No unaffiliated players or players outside the community of UF will be allowed to participate. > UF: Breakout is a single elimination, bracket style tourney. > All matches will be: Best of 11 rounds All rounds to be 5 minutes All small maps, all suppression Weapon restrictions: You are PoWs and there are weapons you do NOT have access to in this tourney. The following may NOT be equipped or used in a UF: Breakout Tourney: NO grenades, heavy machine guns, rockets, sniper rifles, mines, claymores or PMNs. All maps must be played during the day. All night-only maps from CA will be excluded from this tourney. > ENTRY FEE There is a $40.00 PER-TEAM entry fee. This tourney provides a cash prize to the 3 (or 4)-man winning team of UF: Breakout The PRIZE BREAKDOWNS are as follows: First Place Champion: $450.00 per team. Second Place Runners-up: $150.00 per team. Third and Fourth Place Semi-Finalists: A set of Official UF dog tags per player. ALL fees are to be payed through PayPal. No other form of payment will be accepted. UF's PayPal account is set up so that credit card payments are acceptable. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY FEE. Payment will NOT be accepted until teams are approved by Sniper and Undertow, and not until teams are formally invited. ***The FIRST 32 completely legal teams to sign up will receive invitations. Applications will be closed once the 32nd legal application is approved. Applications will be approved AS they are submitted on the UF forum. > Each bracket of wars will progress once a week, with wars transpiring between a bracketed time frame, AGREED UPON BY BOTH TEAMS, with wars starting Friday night @ 9:00pm CST through Sunday night @ 9:00pm CST. ANY time between those two times, agreed upon by both teams, is acceptable. Any war NOT happening by the 9pm CST Sunday deadline will disqualify both teams. > Three appointed UF admins will be available every war night to settle minor disputes during the wars. As this tourney will be filled with UF-capable players, in-game etiquette problems should be minor. > Maps for each bracket will be announced on the UF website at the start of the tourney. > All UF creators and admins are unable to participate in this tourney as an active player. > UF-admin GOAT will be the acting admin for this tourney on the UF forums. As GOAT is a player unaffiliated with APC and >7< (the two clans affiliated with UF admins) players in APC and >7< will be able to participate under the same stipulations stated above as all other clans. UF-admins from these two clans will NOT be able to participate in this tourney.

In life AND this game, I keep it simple. "Do unto others....." I don't want to be soft-spotted, glitched, talked about, conspired against or treated unfairly. So I project that in order to hopefully receive that positive approach back to me. I do that in life, I do it online. In regards to UF, I would expect honor and integrity to simply mean, follow the rules and don't try to find a back road on the rules....same as you would expect your opponent to do. So yeah, I guess it just means "Do unto others....." I just keep it simple.

I am STILL hoping that is not the case for Socom on the PS3. I hope they have their own servers for new names that aren't yet taken.
