Aaaaand this circus is over. I would point to the standings page where, at the time your clan was ejected from UF4 for foul play, OK, your clan was NOT kicking everyone's ass. A clan needs to be in first place to do that.....maybe even second......but OK was in third place, and third placers are just beating up on the kid that the bully just sacked for a while.

Let's please not celebrate those numbers, Smokey.

Hey everyone.... I see that a lot of you have been utilizing the team formation section of this forum when looking for another player(s) to compliment your team. I also still see some inquiries floundering untouched. I think it may have to do with some vagueness on your part. TIPS: 1: Be exact. "Lookin' for a partner" doesn't say much. Be a little more exact on HOW many you're looking for, IF you already have a SET partner. What types of weapons are you most proficient in. Things like that. 2: Keep "bumping" your inquiry thread every day so it stays at the top. Lots of these inquiries get filled without the person saying so, and it might be daunting to try and sift through the ones that NEED someone, and the ones that already HAVE someone but haven't said so. So bump it every day, keep it at the top, so people who ARE looking for 1 or 2 players know who's looking as well! Friday will most likely see 1/3 of the spots filled with applications. Though this does not mean that they are automatically IN, if you're hoping to get a team together, you should make haste. Don't wait for the last minute. Friendly advice from yer Uncle-TOW. ;D

GOOD RUN, Brotherhood. I hope you enjoyed your time here in PoW. I think, minus the few hiccups we've had these last two weeks, that this is by far the best populated and most smoothly running tourney we've ever had here in UF. I'm pretty proud of it thus far, and I know Sniper and I were glad to have invited your clan. I know some of your guys will be in Breakout, so good luck to you there, and we hope to see an app from you boys when the next tour comes along.

Eh, no can do, man. "Or at lease not allow them to be eligible till next month?" At the very least, this would have been the most plausible outcome of the ones you typed, but September is a long month and there is no telling what would/could have happened in wars involving this PoW camp. Someone could have taken it over and released some that way. One of their clans could have come and rescued their own. The clan owning that PoW camp may have destroyed the entire complex and everyone in it. Too many outcomes, and we won't know what those are now because of recent events. If anything, Sniper and I would REVERSE every single war that transpired between eliminated clans and clans that were REMOVED from this tourney, because we have no idea which matches were legit and which were not. But of course, we cannot do that. This is the easiest and most logical outcome for this situation. This is why we do NOT like it when this ugliness rears its head in our tourneys.

The following gunners were PoWs from the ousted clan's PoW camps. For the record, the admins and creators do NOT cast a vote when the poll is presented to the Clan Reps. The 9 votes for removal was from CRs ONLY. That is NOT to say that the admins and creators didn't already have our own opinions, which is why it was brought to the CRs to begin with.

It should be noted to all clans that have had PoWs taken and held by the O-K clan, those PoWs are now freed and able to play in their clans' next respective UF4 war. All territories held by the O-K clan will simply be blocked out of the UF4 TACMAP.

The following is an account of evidence given to the Clan Reps of UF4 after the admins and creators had already formulated a verdict. This was given to the CR's to make certain that the decision arrived by the Creators and admins was the correct one. As of this morning, of a potential 14 votes, a majority of 9 was reached in favor of removing this clan from the tourney under evidence of cheating by members using extra names as PoWs so that the player(s) can continue playing in the tourney, much like [RiP] was ejected for. The following is what was presented to the UF creators by members of the UF community, which was then turned to the Clan Reps. This thread will be locked so that there will be no flaming war over this thread. O-K have been removed from this tourney: ________________________________________________________________________________ UF, as always, is committed to bringing you an honorable, cheat-free environment. The following was brought forth by various members of the UF community to the attention of the admins. Before the admins brought this to you, we reviewed this material to ascertain whether or not it was of worth for yet ANOTHER polling of the Clan Rep Vote on something like this. We thought that the matter had enough weight that the evidence should be reviewed by the Clan Reps. In the same vein as the recently voted out RiP clan, evidence has been brought forth showing the use of multiple names in the O-K camp. What makes this potentially sensitive is that it mainly revolves around the clan leader of O-K, the Clan Rep LOUBRIXX. __________________________________________________________________________________ > First and foremost, there is much debate on the clan leader for O-K. Here on the forum, he is known as LOUBRIXX. On the UF4 roster for O-K, LOUBRIXX plays under the name -.L3AD3R.-. There is now suspicion that LOUBRIXX/ -.L3AD3R.- and a player named 13UGZ13UNNY are all one in the same person. > Please note that 13UGZ13UNNY is already a PoW, offered up by O-K in their first HQ loss where they had to volunteer three PoWs. > In this image, http://www.socom3-league.com/forums/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=431 you will see that this is a profile page for LOUBRIXX. You will also see that the avatar associated with LOU's profile clearly says 13UGZ13UNNY across it. It should be noted here that, though a minor characteristic, the names "13UGZ13UNNY" and "-.L3AD3R.-" share a similar liking to using the number "3" in place of letters. > Next, the following is a screen shot taken this evening, 09-05-07 from the SOCOM leader boards of 13UGZ13UNNY's online stats. This name has only played a total of 3 games: > Next, this image shows a clan website from the Angelfire servers of a clan called the Marksmen, the same clan stamp on the avatar posted above with the name 13UGZ13UNNY across it. In this image, it shows the 13UGZ13UNNY name right at the top of the personnel listing. > Upon further examination of this listing, when you click on this player's name, the following "BIO" info comes up, showing that the real first name of this 13UGZ13UNNY player is "Lou." > In case there was doubt as to perhaps some other player absolutely unrelated to LOUBRIXX had "happened" to make a name like 13UGZ13UNNY and the two people were completely unrelated, the following pic will dispel that notion. This image, taken from a site called "Socom Chaos" shows that LOUBRIXX has an account there for his clan "The Marksmen" (the clan featured in the avatar above as well as the angelfire web page). His clan AIM is "BugzDrugz" which is eerily familiar to the 13UGZ13UNNY name, and it should be noted that his email address on that profile is brixxlou@yahoo.com. In checking the email addy for LOUBRIXX here on the UF forum, the same exact email address is used. The above is the defining evidence that prompted the creators and admins to move to make this a Clan Rep vote, seeing enough substantial "material" here to present to the Clan Reps. Please note, this material had been filtering in from various sources for the last 2-1/2 weeks and all material had been compiled together. The following are just random noteworthy occurrences that may lend themselves to the situation here, though we will let you be the judges of that. > O-K had recruited known trouble maker "Joyner" into the clan. Though O-K claimed not to have known he was banned, and that is very believable, it does speak about who they may bring in to their clan. Joyner is a known cheater, glitcher and has already been banned once by Sony for the use of cheat devices, as confessed by Joyner himself. > Potentially related to O-K, potentially not, Joyner joined a room that LA and APC were in on Monday or Tuesday night and began TKing people in the room. He was then quoted as saying "I'm not leaving O-K. I'm just making another name so I can keep playing with them in UF. You guys can't ban me." This may or may not have happened with O-K's knowledge. This same individual, Joyner, entered into an LTU/ \H/ war tonight, mid-war, before being voted out. He was sporting the name [APC] Undertow with a period at the end of the name. He knew the password for the war. > After the APC/O-K war on Monday, APCers 6ravity and Vane remained in the lobby after all APCers had left. The O-K gunners made no effort to hide what they were saying. 6ravity quotes "After the war I stuck around the lobby and heard complaints that the tourney was referred to as "bunk" (sorry, my e-thug vocabulary doesn't go that deep) and a few members expressed their desire not to return to UF "next season" Due to the no-quicksniping rule." > The recent allegation that LTU's war with O-K was held up by one of O-K's gunners claiming that the "APC sponsor" said that the war had to wait and was not supposed to start on time until the rest of O-K got there, and that this O-K gunner had this "APC sponsor on the phone" is quite disturbing to the creators and admins, as NO ONE gives out their phone number to players of this tourney, much less new arrivals to this tourney like O-K. If this story is true, told by LTU-Flawless, then this is a flagrant and blatant abuse of lies. We have yet had no reason to believe that this story was made up by LTU, as LTU has had a fair run in this tourney and past tourneys in UF. These last comments were just to add in on the imagery, which the admins and creators found perplexing and suspicious. And now we leave this matter to the clan reps. IF the admins, creators and those individuals who brought this to our attention are correct in their assumptions, then it seems that O-K HAVE made use of additional player names and those names have already been given up as PoWs by O-K. IF the admins, creators and those individuals who brought this to our attention are wrong, then we are wrong but only arriving to this conclusion by some strange and almost damning visual evidence to show the contrary. The roster of O-K, as well as the PoWs taken from their roster will remain on the UF forum for all to see for 24 hours. After that, their roster and PoWs will be removed from the forum. It is NOT UF's goal to continually remove clans from this tourney. It is our goal, however, to maintain the most honest tourney possible. Clans spend MANY hours dedicated to this tourney, and we wish to make sure that their time is well-spent.
