Just saw it tonight and it was FUCKING INCREDIBLE! My advice is go see this movie if you haven't. It is an amazing film. Hey Tow I have read online (key word online, which is a rumorville) that a sequel is already in the works. I am thinking of reading the novels. I read a brief synopsis of the stories that followed 30 days of night and liked what I read.

That's like saying if Rex Grossman didn't fumble the Bears wouldn't have lost (this could be used in many games the past 2 seasons lol). You can't say a team wouldn't have lost because **fill in the blank**. The Illini won, the Buckeyes lost. I would love to see the Buckeyes represent the Big 10 in yet another BCS championship game, but I don't know if that is going to happen. They have to leapfrog over 3 teams to get in to the championship (LSU will not lose to Arkansas). Kansas, MizzU, and WV are all ahead of Ohio State with Mizz and Kansas facing off Saturday. Personally I think it will be the winner of the Kansas Missouri game who faces LSU, the winner deserves to be ranked number 2. I can't wait to see that game man, it should be a great one.

AWESOME! It was cool to re-watch all the matches! Just one thing though, Tow in your original post you have Map 2 and 3 in the championship match flip flopped. Excellent work to everyone who took the time to film and edit!

Storyline - definitely not what i expected, but the twist made me want to play even more, just to see what happens controls - a little tricky at first, but like any new game, not hard to pick up storyline - phenomanal, each mission gets a little more open, and also a little more story display - the graphics are really good, a lot of detail put into cities, buildings, cut scenes leave a little to be desired. interaction - the mobility of your character is AWWESOME!!! my suggestion - rent it for 2-3 days, then decide. its 60 bucks. try it out for $4 Thanks bro!

Just curious what does this mean? "Optimized Server selection for first match for better connections" I am really liking the signs I see out of CoD 4. The game hasn't yet been out 2 weeks and they have a patch finished. They fixed one of the most important bugs in the game (there aren't many bugs at all) with giving the game a new host if the original gets booted or leaves. Also the mute player feature is GREAT! I can't stress enough how much I hate hearing people whistle, sing, listen to music, or be annoying on the mic. Great start and there will be a map pack for this game sometime down the road (I am 99% positive there was one for Call of Duty 3). This is what a franchise who cares about it's fan base does.

Socom CA is dead. A large majority of players (including myself) have moved on to other games like CoD 4 which are lag free and cheater free. Zipper did absolutely nothing to keep their fan base on CA and as a result the number of players online will diminish every week. I have never taken a break from socom for more than 2 weeks, but CoD 4 came along and I got hooked (I haven't played socom since the Championship vs JyK lol). The only way I see CA remotely reviving itself is if the map pack and patch come out. It is a shame to see this happening, but it was bound to.

I basically run around and find a good spot. 15-30 seconds after I get a kill from a spot I will set a claymore in that spot and relocate (the claymore is for the person I killed who is bound to come for my ass).

I believe that is the original article for Confrontation, which was released in May of this year. The quoted text of "SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs breaches onto the PLAYSTATION®3 (PS3™) computer entertainment system in high-definition this holiday season" was aimed at this holiday season (2007). As of now it is just TBA 2008.

My sentiments exactly. I think what Socom is going to realize in this market is they have to deliver or they will lose their fan base. They failed to deliver a patch and a map pack to keep interest in the game alive and now there are all time lows for a current edition of socom in the nightly login department. I eagerly await Confrontation.
