The last 3 weeks I have lost 25 lbs. I went from 262 to 237. My Diet: Breakfast: Slimfast, a black coffee. Morning Break: back coffee, banana or apple. Lunch: Slimfast Dinner: Chicken breast and a vegetable. I drink about 8 bottles of water a day. NO soda at all. Not even diet. Workout habits: On the treadmill I walk 4 miles in 60 minutes 5 to 6 times a week. 4 days a week I powerlift. I'm mainly getting myself into Football shape. This last winter I got real lazy and put on a few extra pounds that I want to get rid of plus a few more. I'm figuring by the end of July I should be at my target weight of 220 lbs. That should put me into that 6-8% body fat where I would like to play at this season.

They're bad for you, but they're not THAT bad for you. lol I think a can of Monster has less calories then a Pepsi can. Or at least close. But nothing beats a cup of Timmy Ho's!

x2. I drink a pot when I'm at work. DD only though, best coffee hands down IMO. DD is good, BUT I'm sure you have never had a Tim Horton's coffee?

I used to drink at least one Monster a day. I quit them about a month ago. All I drink now is black coffee, V8 and water. I also have been going to the gym 5-6 days a week, lost 22 lbs, and have never felt better. I changed my eating habits. Slim fast for breakfast, banana/apple for coffee break, Slim fast for lunch, Maybe a chicken salad or some tuna with vegetables for dinner. I figure it was just time for a real change, plus the summer co-ed football leagues are starting up!!lol.

The customer service at SONY is bad. I was screaming at them when I got the YLOD. I told them I bought a new PS3, and wanted my old system de-activated. I argued with them for hours, talked to 4 people and they would not de-activate that system until I sent it in for $150. Even though I bought close to $1,000 in material and could not use it, they would not budge.

LOL I know, but it was not that bad. Every time I took a piece out I set it aside with it screws. Took me about 30 minutes to take a part, and then 10 to put back together. I watched the video and had a good idea what to do. It's great to have a lot of that copyright stuff back!!!

I cannot believe it at all!!! I did tried the "Reflow technique" and it worked!!!!!! If you have any kind of technical skill, access to a heat gun or paint stripper, do this! The Thermo paste cost $6 at Radio Shack. This saved me $150! 2 part video on YOUTUBE. Now I cross my fingers in hope it keeps working.

Do the winners have an obligation to fill contract wise with AI? If yes, maybe Adam should lose purposely in the final to keep his options open. Just a thought. He looks like a Final Fantasy character. ;D

My wife watches AI pretty religiously, so I can't help from not watching myself! ;D When I watch AI I always think of who can and will be stars. This season I definitely thought Adam, Allison, and Kris had "Star" qualities. Adam and Allison have that Rocker's edge to them, which I think has the most appeal to Americans. You can see with past winners, Kelly Clarkson, Dave Cook, and Chris Daughtry with their success vs. R&B winners Ruben Stuttard and Fantasia Burrino. Then there is Carrie Underwood, she is in a league all here own. Danny I though was OK, he could sing, but his style could be a bit boring, at least to me he was. I don't want to some like an ass, but I think he got a lot of sympathy votes along the way. . Kris I think is a wild card, he can sing, BUT he is extremely versatile with the instruments he plays. I like him and I think he will have a decent career. There is no doubt Adam should win, but only 1 million votes separated Adam and Kris. Has Velvet Revolver found a replacement for Scott Weiland yet??? Slash might have found one. I really think Allison will have a nice career if she continues at here young age.
