The USA/Finland game was awesome. The 1st period was THEE most dominant period of hockey I have ever seen at any level in my life, and I have a long background in hockey. The one advantage Finland had was experience, but the Americans came out hard and pushed the pace of the game to a point where it was too fast for the Fins to keep up. Kiprusoff had a mental breakdown and Backstrom got sniped a few times once he came in as well. I was very impressed how the Americans capitalized on every chance in the 1st period and how they didn't let up even once in the 2nd. They kept the Fins on their heels the whole game. I missed the Canada/Slovakia game because of work. > But such a close score wasn't surprising to me. Slovakia is underrated and I figured the Canadians would end up playing tight. My prediction for the Gold is the U.S. in a 5-3 win. If Canada is on they are almost impossible to compete with, but the U.S. has a few advantages. One being they are the underdog. Nobody in Canada expects/wants them to win. That is always a little extra incentive. Also the U.S. has the defense and goaltending to play against Canada's ridiculous offense. Rafalski has been shutdown this year and is the veteran of the Defense, not too mention Ryan Miller has played at a level near perfection so far. I also like the U.S. to push the pace of the game like they did against the Fins today. They have the youthful endurance to keep up with if not surpass the Canadians. With my goat post nearly at its end I will say I could make a million points in Canada's favor but I"m an American and what fun would that be? If our boys win this will be a monumental upset and will go to show how much hockey is improving in the States.

Wouldn't mind seeing the Bears grab him and use him as a solid backup and maybe to tutor Matt Forte a little bit. LT is a first ballot hall of famer. Always been a big fan of his.

LOL I was up too for the earthquake. I was watching Grandma's Boy on my PS3 with my Tritton Headset. All the sudden the whole couch was rumbling and I honestly was like "damn did I just break the couch, I need to lose weight." Then I took off my headset and knew instantly it was an earthquake. We had a few over the past 5 years that you could feel. This one registered at 3.8 originating in Elgin. What are the odds it would start in my town? That was nuts.

We got about 13" by me in Chicago and I was up during that Earthquake around 3:30-4AM and it scared the shit out of me. I had no idea what was going on. I thought everything in my room was about to break.

Colts fans are definitely less exciting than Saints fans I will give you that Hippie. But real football fans never cry!!! Ask Lash or me if we ever cried watching a Bears game.

This is a Kevin Smith movie? Doesn't really seem like it. This movie looks ok. Your typical cop comedy/action movie. Tracy Morgan has his moments where he is funny other times I just find him extremely annoying. I will see this because Bruce is in it. I love Bruce Willis. (Bring on the gay jokes assholes)

As a 2nd season member of this league I will vouch that it is the best sports league I've played in period. We run two games a week to keep it moving. 1st game is played M-W and the 2nd is Th-Sun. We have a player of the week area, awards for coaches and players yearly, power rankings weekly with comments from the commishes, Salary caps, bidding on free agents, and most importantly strict rules regarding in-game play so you won't see anyone going for it on 4th and 20 on their own 10. I am addicted to the league and the one thing that is missing is more UF'ers. Prime just signed up today and I would love to see some more of you guys in Madden like I see you on the battlefield.

I'm shocked for two reasons. One Lash alluded to about Martz being a passing guru and totally abandoning the run, but also because it was reported last week that the Bears had moved past Martz already. I don't know how to feel about this. I definitely like Martz to come in and help Cutler a lot, but the only way I can think this will workout well is if Lovie and Jerry Angelo step up to him and tell him we are a run first team still. We abandoned the run last year and it was disgusting. As a Chicagoan I have always prided the Bears on being a ground and pound team. I would hate to see them turn into the Colts and I think most Chicago fans agree with me.

He'll get to the Hall no problem. In my opinion he should be a 1st ballot. He is one of the toughest QB's to ever play the game and is one of the most clutch post-season players ever. He has the best NFL success story ever.

I wouldn't say either team has a great run game. When it comes down to it these teams have explosive passing games. This one is going to end with a focus on two players in it and Payton Manning is better than Drew Brees. Normally I would say defense and running win championships but these teams aren't the prototype championship team. I'm going Colts 31, Saints 24.

I wouldn't even say the biggest concern on that hit was the timing but the fact that Favre was picked up off the ground and slammed. Frankly I think the refs cost the Vikings the game in overtime but that is over with now. I hope the Saints pull out the miracle upset in Miami.

tabs is my back up on this one just wanna have my saftey net in place early Dude its an acoustic song. It has like 3 chords and thats it. The easiest way for you to learn that other than just playing along would be to watch someone else on youtube.

I highly doubt Churchy that this game will go long without them adding private match capabilities. expect a patch within a month correcting that.
