word! and I'm not sure if whatever team picked him up would have to pay what's guranteed in his contract, I think a new one would have to be written, whether it has to include those same amounts or not is debatable. If he wants to play this year I think he'd probably be willing to re-do his contract. There's a lot of talk in Cleveland about people wanting to pick him up, but I think it's a bad idea. Because we already have a solid running game and to take him on as a 4th would probably put us over our salary cap considering how much we spent in the off-season to beef up our defensive line. And with the return of LeCharles Bentley, the O-line will be getting movement on teams this year allowing for even more ground yards IMO. Browns have an awesome chance at having 3-1,000 yard receivers and 1 if not 2-1,000 yard backs. I don't see Benson coming to Cleveland, besides they've built Cleveland in good image, I doubt the owners will want any chance of Cleveland's "Clean-Cut" look tarnished.

Here's my question, now that they've waived him, if a team were to pick him up do they have to commit to his contract as well or is the team that picks him up able to write a new contract of their own with him?

I've been hit with a taser before, it's no fun what's so ever. But those little pocket tasers aren't so bad, I've stuck myself with one before and didn't have that kind of reaction, then again it could have been a smaller voltage.

I wanted to let the 17 or so of you that I've been helping know that I'm sorry I haven't been on key lately with keeping you all updated with information, workouts, diets, and advice. I apologize for dropping the ball but I've been literally swamped with work, I haven't even been able to really get online the past couple of weeks to play with my clan. I've been busy with both jobs, keeping up with stuff around the house, normal errands, and my own workouts, mostly the extra workload is the massive hassle. It's beginning of summer and everyone wants to get into shape before the hot months and end of summer vacations arrive and I've definitely been feeling that at the gym I work for. I've been averaging 25 new PT/fitness consultations a day on top of the clients I already have and the rate of people isn't getting any slower :-\ I'll be doing my best with any free time I have to get to you all and get back to your pm's and the commitment I made to you. Again I do apologize, hope there isn't a problem, if there is feel free to PM me. D

Speaking of the Blue Harvest did you know they're getting ready to release the next one? I can't remember what it's called exactly but I know they're making one for "Empire Strikes back" and they plan to continue making them too.

yeah but it's super hard to burn, you have to use a butane lighter and the high isn't as long lol But it does trip you out a bit
