  1. Corded headsets tend to have better quality, if you decide to get some Senheiser 650s They'll be one of the best options and you can buy a detachable input wire for it that runs for about $450, just for a cord. I did not look into the headphones because they seemed wayyy too pricey.
  2. hype build up is a common marketing strategy, it is indeed frustrating.

    Clans on xbox

Thanks for checking this dade, didn't see it, FW has a very strong 360 side, I got lead with a guy named dusk.
  4. DJ said I should post this up. Recently bought some headphones: Audio Technica ATH-AD700 Open-air Dynamic Audiophile Headphones with 53mm Drivers with Neodymium Magnet Systems They are incredibly comfortable, lightweight and versatile. Some people would say that they don't have enough bass, I don't like a lot of bass because it over powers the subtle sounds. It comes with a 1.4" adapter for guitar amps and electric pianos. It plugs into any headphone jack and does not require an external power source to work. I bought a mic to go with the headphones that sucked ass and then I got this: Labtec LVA7330 ClearVoice Head Microphone Incredible quality that fits well with the ad700, goes around the temples and is just a mic, no output. I got compliments about using it on PS3. You can't do much with 360 cause the voice has to go through a shitty 2.5mm wire that cuts down the quality. My set up isn't a gaming set up until I plug it into this: Astro Mixamp Simple design gives you full control over game and voice volume with two knobs. Surround sound can be turned off and on with one button. The audiotechnica ad700 headphone doesn't have 5.1 surround sound, what it does have is an excellent sound stage, which provides surround sound through one large speaker as opposed to multiple speakers, its not as defined as 5.1 but it works more smoothly and realistically. I recommend purchasing this: 12 FT Digital Audio Optical TOSLink Cable Optic 12ft Eliminates left and right audio cord necessity and improves on the sound quality, fits in the PS3 and 360 like a glove. Whole setup works on PC, PS3 and 360, runs about $225 if you know where to look. Other options: Astro headset and mixamp TurtleBeach(Awesome set up for 360 and decent one for both consoles.) Tritton Pro(sold at best buy) If you have questions, post up, I took a lot of time to research the proper choice, had to figure out what I was talking about and if you're thinking about upgrading you too should research. Feel free to post up your sound systems as well.
  5. Having an extra gig to carry around is awesome. If you put you gamer profile and small save files on there you can take it anywhere there's an xbox and it's like you never left yours at home.

    Xbox Repair Help

One of my buddies had the same issue and apparently each disc drive has a chip in it that makes it only work on one xbox. You have to open the drives and switch the chips for it to work. I'm not for sure on this but you can always search youtube just to make sure you know what to do. I know youtube isn't the most credible source for fixing a console but, hell, its broken anyways.

    Blur Beta Code

Basically, re-learn super mario kart, figure out drifting and you've got this game down. I give it a thumbs up.
  8. hlx motive is the 360 lead now, its just a split thing. We scrimmaged on thursday.
  9. The common sig theme here is to keep it uncluttered and very sharp, any text other than your tag or ID is a bit much for the sig. Maybe to have someone just try to fit the theme of the name and quotes you have there is what you're looking for?
  10. Pretty god damn impressive.
  11. Now that's a good ol' fashion rick roll right there.
