    This trailer is one we’ve been absolutely dying to share for a while now! If you’ve been keeping up with the latest, you’ll already know that Telltale’s upcoming Game of Thrones series is based on the award-winning HBO television drama, and tells the story of House Forrester. Caught up in the events of The War of the Five Kings, they’re placed in a precarious position where members of the household must do everything they can to prevent the house from meeting its doom. Today we can announce that some cast members of the television series will reprise their roles in the game. While you’ll get to control five members of House Forrester in your story, the series will have you interacting with characters you already know and love (or hate) throughout the season, including Tyrion Lannister performed by Peter Dinklage, Cersei Lannister performed by Lena Heady, Margaery Tyrell performed by Natalie Dormer, and Ramsay Snow performed by Iwan Rheon. Additional cast members will appear in later episodes… as for who and when? That would spoil the surprise! House Forrester is a noble house from the Wolfswood in the north of Westeros. Bannermen to House Glover, they have always offered unswerving loyalty to the ruling great house of the North — the Starks. The Forresters are seated at Ironrath, an imposing stronghold surrounded by towering ironwood trees. Built over fifteen hundred years ago by Cedric Forrester and his triplet sons, Ironrath is a testament to the strength and endurance of Ironwood. The Forrester house words are ‘Iron from Ice’, which echoes their belief that — like the ironwood itself — the adverse conditions and unforgiving landscape of the North only makes them stronger. The game will be played from five different points of view. Each is a member of House Forrester; either a direct family member, or a person in service to the House. Scattered across Westeros and Essos, each will play their part in seeking to save House Forrester from destruction. Playing as five characters not only reflects the epic scope of Game of Thrones, but is also something that you’ll need to be mindful of as you play through the season. This is because the actions of one character can ripple out to affect the rest of House Forrester. Multiply the actions of one character by five, and you’re truly playing the Game of Thrones… where you win, or you die. “Iron from Ice,” the first of six episodes, will be arriving for download soon on PS4 and PS3.     If you’ve been following Warframe’s ongoing development, then you know that Archwing is a pretty huge milestone for everyone here at Digital Extremes. With this particular update we’ve made some serious alterations to the Mod system, introduced several new game modes, a new Warframe, new enemies, and a pretty extensive amount of player customization options. Also, a teeny tiny thing called Archwing. It’s no big deal, just high-speed combat in the cold depths of space. Giant swords, chain guns, rapid fire missile volleys, and massive explosions; the usual, no biggie. It’s been a long road across the Solar System, but the moment has arrived. Truly, the “Space” has been put into Space Ninja today. Archwing Let’s start things off with our most ambitious gameplay update yet: Archwing. Archwing is a new technology unique to Tenno and Warframes, allowing you to combat enemy forces in space. Building the Archwing will require players to follow a quest available at Mastery Rank 2 in order to retrieve the necessary components. Once you assemble the Odonata Archwing you’re free to take off and start turning Grineer into stardust. The second Archwing, the Elytron, and new Archwing weapons are unlockable through playing any one of Archwing’s three mission types: Interception, Extermination, and Sabotage. Unique Mods for Archwing components will drop through each of these missions, and further customization of your Archwing, weapons, and Mods can be done through the Liset’s Arsenal. Limbo Joining the ever growing Warframe ranks is the stylish Limbo, a master of the rift able to pull anything out of his hat. Just as long as “anything” means unstable dimensional portals and death. Limbo is a master of battlefield manipulation, and while it may take some time to adapt to his unique play style, anyone who enjoys solo play or complex crowd control should find him to be very rewarding. His primary and ultimate abilities allow him to banish enemies to the rift, dealing damage and preventing them from interacting with objects outside of the rift. Limbo is also able to bring himself and allies to the rift as both a means of protection and assault. A good Limbo player will need to practice both patience and communication, but the reward is a Warframe that’s able to force any fight to be on his terms. Syndicates Do you often fantasize of customizing unique symbols on your Warframe? Love to kill stuff for unique rewards? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to earn favor for one of six organizations struggling against the constant balance of power that threatens all life in the Solar System? If you answered yes to all of those questions, you have some really specific needs. Fortunately, we can help. Each Syndicate has their own unique rewards for gaining increased reputation, and performing a mission with your chosen Syndicate’s Sigil equipped will increase your standing with that Syndicate over time. This earned favor can be spent like currency to buy unique Mods, items, Spectres, and fancier Sigils. A new end of mission screen and Syndicate panel have been added to the game to help players keep track of their various reputations. Just check out the panel to the left of navigation, see what each Syndicate has to offer and blaze your own political trail! Sigils Joining a Syndicate is only half the battle, as no one would ever know who you represented if not for some kind of obvious symbol plastered to your body! Sigils are a new form of customization introduced with Syndicates that can be colored, resized, and placed upon your Warframe. For now, wearing a Sigil while completing a mission is the only way to accrue favor with a faction, and you can expect plenty more Sigils in the near future. In the meantime, you can use Sigils to represent your Syndicate of choice while also looking totally stylish. New Ability Mods Finally, players can use Ember’s fireball to ignite their squad mates! If you have the right Ability Mod, that is. Ability Mods are purchasable once you reach the highest rank possible within a Syndicate, and provide a new way to use individual abilities. For example, Ember’s Fireball or Saryn’s Venom will buff your allies to do fire or poison damage on their attacks. Ignite your friends, family, or douse complete strangers in toxic poison spores and remind them that you are helping the Tenno cause! Ability Mod Update Being able to upgrade abilities with bonus features wouldn’t be any good if you didn’t have that particular Mod equipped, but fortunately your days of worrying about which Abilities to take on a mission are over. This Update removes Ability Mod cards from drop tables and Warframes, granting every Warframe all of their powers without needing to equip particular Mods. As a result, each Warframe will now go down to having only eight Mod slots instead of ten. Any slots removed that were repolarized will refund players with the Forma spent, and all Warframe Ability Mod cards will be turned into Fusion Cores of the appropriate rank. Corpus Ice Planet Tileset Just in time for winter, the frozen landscape that graced the premiere of our Excavation game mode is making a return. Chill out beside the relaxing interior cave waterfall. Keep cool when throwing deadly hikou stars down icy caverns. Watch your enemies shiver with fear and freeze in terror as you… Alright. You get the idea. It’s cold there. In addition to making a reappearance on Europa, this tileset will also make a special appearance in our new game mode Orokin Sabotage. Perhaps you’d like to know more? Orokin Sabotage There isn’t a single scenario that isn’t immediately improved by dangerous inter-dimensional rifts. Void Sabotage is finally getting its update from Gate Crash, bridging the gap between Infested Orokin Derelict ships and Grineer / Corpus controlled tilesets. In Void Sabotage, Tenno will need to explore Orokin Derelict ships in search of the portal room being used by enemy forces to raid spoils. Reversing the polarity of the portal, defeating the boss on the other side, obtaining their key, and using it to shut down the Tungsten Beam will result in a successful mission, but we couldn’t just leave it at that. Corpus and Grineer lockers are hidden all throughout the Derelict level, and finding all three will give squads a shot at some pretty awesome rewards. Different tiers of Void Sabotage will be associated with different combined tilesets. As it stands the list so far is: Tier 1 = Earth Forest x Orokin Void Tier 2 = Ice Planet x Orokin Void Tier 3 = Desert x Orokin Void Tier 4 = Corpus Outpost x Orokin Void New Worldstate UI Panel If you’ve ever had a hard time keeping track of Alerts, Invasions, or Quests then this new addition should serve you well! The Worldstate panel breaks down each special Alert into a separate tab that you can check on before starting any mission. Selecting the quest of your choice will bring you right to the appropriate planetary node, making it easy to see which side is winning the conflict. Directional Melee The martial prowess of a Tenno is something to be feared on the battlefield, and few escape with their lives once a masterful Tenno blade has been drawn. Few, except for those damn Osprey drones. Damn them, and their smug powers of flight. For too long they have eluded the sharpened steel of our weapons by turning their backs on us and floating the other way. No more! Directional melee lets players perform mid-air dashes with their quick melee strikes, gaining extra length when channeling. Reaching elevated enemies and traps is now possible thanks to this addition to melee combat. Aerial attacks can also be used in succession with “coptering,” if you’re a particularly skilled Tenno. New Mods Ability Mods and Archwing Mods are just the beginning. The Archwing Update also introduces a new set of mods to help players that enjoy delivering pain over long periods of time and distance. New increased proc duration Mods for all weapons will keep the enemy bleeding, and fans of beam weapons like the Quanta or Nukor will get be able to add increased range to their weapon customization. New sets of Corrupted Mods have also been introduced for weapons; increased fire rate but decreased damage, increased crit chance but decreased fire rate. A new Corrupted Mod for Warframes should also help anyone who has wanted a little more power strength at the cost of duration. Dark Sectors UI Update Tracking what level your Mods unlock is about to become a lot easier in Dark Sectors with our new UI. This new menu will start at the beginning of every match, and Dark Sectors Conflicts will now have a 20 second delay before a round begins. This should give defenders enough time to join a match while at the same time giving players a quick reminder as to when their builds will begin to unlock. Due to changes to Ability Mods, players will find that each Dark Sector match now begins with your first Warframe Power unlocked. As you gain levels additional Powers will unlock at Rank 2, 4, and 8. New Weapons Tired of pesky Corpus shooting lasers at you? Here at Digital Extremes we believe that conflict resolution is best handled with a giant puncturing beam of light. That’s why the Opticor is the go-to in conversational laser technology. Unleash a blast of deadly energy and give the Corpus a taste of their own medicine. Joining the Opticor is the Grineer jet-powered boomerang, the Halikar. Jet powered boomerang should really be all we need to say on the subject, but suffice it to say that the Halikar’s knockback is quite impressive. Finally there’s the Tiberon, a three round burst rifle that requires the Latron to build but makes some pretty significant changes to how it plays. Low recoil and high crit puncture damage make the Tiberon a burst-fire force to be reckoned with. New Enemies If you’re tired of going to Earth in order to fight Kubrow then we’ve got some awesome news for you. The Grineer Drahk Master have tamed Kubrow of their own, and have no objections on bringing them to the far reaches of the Solar System in order to maul some Tenno. The introduction of Archwing gameplay also means new enemies, as simply tossing a lancer out the airlock into space proved less than effective (although hilarious). New enemies for both the Corpus and Grineer have been added to missions that require Archwing, each with their own varying types of firepower and abilities. PS4 Control Changes One big change coming to PS4 is a remap of the controller, moving Ability Power selection menu to R1 instead of its current location. Although this change is meant to help all our players use a controller scheme that’s a little more intuitive, we understand that many of our veteran players may have grown used to their current setup. This change will immediately affect all accounts, but you’re still free to remap keys on your controller as you see fit. A ‘classic’ default controller control setting will also be available for players should you wish to return to the original default setting. General Updates and Customization Just like with all of our updates, this update features a whole slew of audio changes, balance tweaks, and visual upgrades. This includes a recent update to Excalibur’s powers, more intuitive color blind friendly locker changes, and slight rebalancing to System Alerts. In addition, we’ve thrown in quite a few customization options in there as well! Want a bobble head for your Liset? Done. We’ve also given everyone the option to purchase Warframe idles in the Marketplace, giving you the power to impose Limbo’s fancy idle animation onto the hefty Rhino. Just remember that with great power comes great responsibility. Wow, that’s a lot of content for a single Update. Fortunately you’ve got a lot of options on how to approach it all, Tenno. If you’re not sure where to start out I’d recommend picking a Syndicate and maybe hopping into the Archwing Quest just to get the ball rolling. It never hurts to start building favor sooner than later with your chosen Syndicate, and I’m sure you’re all itching to blast into space with your weapons locked and loaded. Take flight, space ninja!     Hello, PlayStation fans. I am excited to be able to share some brand new details for Bloodborne, our PS4-exclusive collaboration between Sony Japan Studio and FromSoftware. We’ll have much more to share in a few weeks at PlayStation Experience, but in the meantime here’s a sneak peek at some of the beautiful and nightmarish stages, enemies, and weapons you’ll get to see in the game this March, straight from the dark and twisted imagination of the masterful team at From Software. We revealed a number of new areas of the game back at TGS, including the forbidden forest and an old, abandoned part of Yharnam back at TGS. You may also remember the Hemwick graveyard we first revealed at Gamescom, located on the outskirts of Yharnam. Despite the warm colored sky and beautiful clouds, this graveyard is home to some very twisted residents, like the deformed gravekeeper hags with their horrifying shrieks and long reach attacks. When you make your way through the depths of the Hemwick graveyard, you’ll come upon an old rickety manor inhabited by a powerful eyeball-collecting old witch, among other things. You may want to bring a fellow player or two along when you’re ready to meet her face to face. Also at TGS, we already revealed Gascoigne, a stylishly dressed priest who also wields a giant axe and does double duty as a Hunter in Yharnam, as well as a mysterious hunter with twin blades and a cape of bird feathers. Now I would like to introduce Gyula, an old veteran hunter who is said to possess amazing skill. No one has seen him in many years, since he ventured into the old part of Yharnam, deserted and burned to the ground after the plague of the beast took its toll there long ago. You just may run into Gyula when you venture into the old part of the city. Another place you’ll travel to in your quest to find the truth in Bloodborne is the Cainhurst castle. Seemingly abandoned and frozen over, the noble family that once lived there disappeared without a trace. Its grand stature is visible from afar even through the thick fog of the lake, but getting there won’t be easy. What happened to the family that ruled this castle for many generations? What secrets, and what dangers, await you there? Moving away from a fantasy medieval setting into a slightly more modern gothic and fearful setting has allowed the team at FromSoftware to bring a whole new vision to life on PS4, not only in terms of stage design and the kinds of enemies you’ll face, but also the kinds of weapons you’ll have at your disposal to deal with these nightmarish creatures. From shotguns, transforming saw blades, and axes, to nimble twin blades and even a steel sword that becomes the hilt of a massive block hammer, there’s a wide selection to find and choose from. Each weapon offers players a unique play style and strategy to leverage Bloodborne’s more pro-active combat style, light/heavy and short/long range combo system, and Regain System for earning back health during intense combat. Here’s one more weapon you’ll be able to wield: the transforming cane. In its standard form, it’s a melee weapon for short range attacks. Like many of the other weapons in Bloodborne, however, this weapon can also transform into a deadly heavy or long range weapon as well, making it a devastating bladed whip. Last but not least, I have one more exclusive screenshot to share that’s a teaser for things to come. Deep under the city of Yharnam lies an expansive network of multi-leveled ruins, seemingly much older than Yharnam itself and crafted by something other than human hands. What’s more, these ruins appear differently to each hunter brave enough to enter. We’re all very excited to talk more what that means at PlayStation Experience on December 6th and 7th.     We’re kicking off a new franchise in our collectible line on the official Naughty Dog Shop this week. We previously revealed our PlayStation Collectibles Clicker Bust and now we’re going back in time a few years with the 30th Anniversary Jak and Daxter Precursor Orb. This mysterious artifact is an iconic symbol of our studio. The orb has appeared in every one of our games in some manner since its inception. For the physical version, we’ve adorned the Polystone base with our 30th anniversary logo and the orb itself is made of Polystone. The orb stands 10″ tall by 5″ wide and 6″ deep. It’s a proper relic that’s worthy of catching before the limited edition of 1,000 pieces disappears. It’s available now for pre-order on the shop for $120. In fact, that’s definitely what I’ll be doing… at the ATLUS booth! Let us cheer you up with games and STUFF! Here are our top reasons why you should visit us. Play some awesome games! The most unique of the unique. The crème de la pinball. Check out the pinball RPG Rollers of the Realm. Persevere through the hands of tyranny; use your brains, your reflexes, and your balls in this medieval RPG pinball game. It’s currently available on PS4 and PS Vita. It’s also a cross buy game, so when you purchase it on one system, you automatically get it for the other! Now, how about we go old-school?     tl;dr PlayStation Nation, Gunship X is coming to PS4 (cross buy, 1080p, 60fps) in 2015, and to PlayStation Experience this December. We announced PS Vita support a few months back. During Vita development we asked ourselves, “What’s better than PS Vita support?” You guessed it, PS Vita AND PS4 support, that’s what. Oh? Did someone say, “cross buy?” You got it! Adding PS4 support changed everything. The gameplay had to shift from a fully mobile experience into something better suited to comfy couches and huge 1080p screens. Don’t worry Vita fans, you’ll also dig the changes. In addition to various visual enhancements, the “infinite runner” style missions have given way to a proper, progressive mission system. The infinite play mode is still available as an alternate mode. We have one last bit of exciting news. We’ll be at PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas on December 6th and 7th.     From the Western-infused opening of Wild Arms to the vocalized battles of the Persona series, music is an essential element to any great RPG. For our upcoming PS4 and Vita RPG, Cosmic Star Heroine, we knew we needed an amazing soundtrack — so we teamed up with Hyperduck Soundworks (Dust: An Elysian Tail, Penny Arcade’s On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness 4, Kingdom Rush: Frontiers). Here to tell you a bit about the composing process is Chris Geehan from Hyperduck. Chris Geehan: For the Cosmic Star Heroine soundtrack, we initially wanted to harness our own personal love for 80′s and 90′s film, game, and anime music, going from the Blade Runner soundtrack scored by Vangelis, to the Lethal Weapon soundtracks scored by Michael Kamen, David Sanborn (Saxophone), and Eric Clapton (Guitar), from the Grandia soundtrack scored by Noriyuki Iwadare, to the anime soundtrack of Bleach scored by ShirÅ Sagisu. The list just kept growing, bigger and bigger, and the influences are indeed vast. Having such a large scope for music styles and influences is an exciting thing, and takes a lot of care and consideration to make sure that while you may go from sci-fi jazz funk to robotic rock military marches, you still keep a cohesive value throughout, and every song that has its moment, deserves it. I think I’ve been preparing myself for a soundtrack like Cosmic Star Heroine for a long time, building up a collection of hardware synths (Roland D550, Roland JV2080, KORG Triton, KORG M3M and a few others), so it feels great to finally scratch that itch so to speak, in regards to getting to write a soundtrack with all these influences — and in this fantastic future-world Robert and Bill are building. We’ve previewed some of the songs below where you can see a few of the varied styles and influences, the first being the spy theme, made for… well… when that episionage knob is cranked to 11, and it’s time to spy hard or go home spyin’… er, tryin’… All the horn sounds are from sample libraries and a lot of work went into trying to make them sound as realistic as possible. The overall result was sci-funk; a blend of short horn phrases, funky mute guitar, upbeat drums and percussion, groovin’ bass, and a whole lotta synth. Initially we wrote the song without the synthetic layers in it, and realized that it needed something to connect it to this world that was essentially an imagining of the future from a 80′s perspective. After that we found it blended right into the sound palette and the visual palette of Cosmic Star Heroine.     Hello, everyone! This is Crystal from Wander, here to tell you a little bit about ourselves and what we’re doing way down here on the bottom of the Earth (AKA Australia). Wander is the brainchild of Melbourne resident Loki Davison, who noticed a shocking absence of games that didn’t primarily focus on violence in order to tell a story, and decided there was a niche that desperately needed to be filled. That — coupled with a slight preoccupation with flight, travelling, and music — led to the conception of Wander, an MMO game that lets you explore a majestic environment in several different forms – a giant tree, a soaring griffin, a sea creature and more. “I was somewhat of a nomad for a long time. I wandered around Central Asia, Siberia, the Arctic and Himalayas. Growing up I played a lot of MUDs (text based MMO games) and wanted to make a game that was atmospheric, relaxing and multiplayer. Wander draws on a lot of that experience. I wanted to collaboratively explore in a game.†– Loki You start off deep in a forest you can’t remember, occupying a form you don’t recognize. Clues can be found by examining your surroundings, and you may even encounter others like yourself who can help you and share information. During your journey you may also hear the mysterious, siren-like tones of opera singers, and following these songs will lead you to even more exciting discoveries, like the ability to change your shape and acquire new ways of exploring the world. Playable characters in Wander include the Oren – a walking, sentient tree, and the form you occupy at the beginning of the game; the griffin – with the power of flight; the azertash – with the ability to swim and breathe underwater; and the swift and agile hira. Each of these forms has several unique and gorgeous variants, all with their own cultures, backstories, and specific ways of interacting with other forms and tribes. Along your way you’ll discover lorestones, mysterious records that teach you bits of the history of the planet and its inhabitants. Eventually, if you’re lucky, you might even learn the ultimate secrets of this mysterious and beautiful world. You’ll be able to try out Wander at PlayStation Experience, next month in Las Vegas. We’re very excited about our first visit to Vegas, where we’ll be showing off some great new content. We’ve got a new weather system in, with storms and wind (things get wet when it rains… we’re really happy about that) and lots of new narrative and cultures.     Dragon Age: Inquisition is finally here! *Deep breath* After working with this team for the last two-and-a-half years, I’ve been looking forward to this day as much as you have. I saw the game for the first time back in November of 2012, and I remember how impressive it looked. I thought to myself, “If it looks this good now, what’s it going to look like when it launches?” Well, that time has arrived, and I couldn’t be more proud of what this team has accomplished. Enough about me, let’s talk about you! Inquisition is a game completely shaped by the decisions you make. The world of Thedas has been plunged into darkness, and as leader of the Inquisition, putting an end to the chaos rests on your shoulders. Sounds like a heap of responsibility, right? Don’t worry, there is no “wrong” way to deal with the threat. However, your choices will have an impact on your path to restore order, so just a little something to keep in mind. At the heart of Inquisition is a rich story, and along the way you’ll meet a cast of memorable characters. Will you choose to recruit all of them? Spend some quality time with your followers on the battlefield, and you’ll see how skilled they are in combat. Try different combinations of your followers to find a party that fits your play style. TIP: If you love classic BioWare party banter, putting Sera and Vivienne together can often produce hilarious results. Just saying. The world of Thedas is massive, which I can’t emphasize enough. Pause for a moment to admire that stunning view overlooking the Storm Coast, and something in the distance is bound to catch your eye. That’s the beauty of the game, really. There’s no shortage of areas to explore, and quests to complete. TIP: Thedas can be a dangerous place, and you’re not alone out there.     The time has come! The release of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd on PS3 and PS Vita is here! Over the past year, we here at SEGA have traveled across the US to bring Project DIVA to you all. I have witnessed the unifying power of Miku firsthand, and seen how her music and her games bring people together with her message of universal positivity. I’ve met some of the most wonderful people through this project, and for that I thank you all. For you long-time fans, this is the best Project DIVA release yet. For those of you who first played Project DIVA last year with our first international release, you are in for a real treat discovering the songs that made Miku what she is today. And with the sequel launching today, you’ll finally get to experience English subtitles on the songs for the very first time. For those of you who have yet to experience Miku and Project DIVA, now is the time to jump on board. With 40 songs that mix both new and classic hits, you are in for an unforgettable experience as you discover the incredible world of Miku. If you are a returning fan, the controls and game mechanics have seen enhancements and improvements over the previous game. There are now Double Stars and Linked Stars, and you now have the option to use the analog sticks instead of the touchscreen on the PS Vita version. We are also including Cross-Save for the mega fans out there who want to own the game on both PS3 and PS Vita. This will allow you to sync your save data between versions, allowing you to shoot for perfect scores both at home and on the go. Edit Mode has seen very important improvements as well. First, we have included sample Edits to help you learn the ins and outs of Edit creation. Second, you are able to import any Edits created in the first Project DIVA F. There have been updates to the creation interface, such as allowing you to preview the song while adjusting target positions, as well as letting you hear the button sounds when previewing so you can line up the sound track better. I’m really looking forward to seeing the Edits you create! Edit Mode is your chance to give back to the community! We have one last feature we have not yet revealed… Japanese Save Data Importing This is a special feature for fans who not only imported the Japanese version, but are also buying the English version to support our efforts. Using this feature, the English version of Project DIVA F 2nd will read the Cross-Save data from the Japanese version, and merge that progress with your English process. It even works across platforms, so if you have a Japanese PS3 version, you can import into your English PS Vita version! Note though that this is a one-time, one-direction feature. The option is on the title screen, so you can’t miss it. Give it a try and let us know what you think! We’ve also put together some useful hints and tips to assist you on your tour of duty. Take a look below: Survival Missions — In survival mission, your main objective is to try and stay alive long enough to fend off the waves of enemy soldiers (or zombies!), try to hold back from picking up the health packs too quickly. Picking up the health packs too early will leave you without anything to fall back on. Use your health packs strategically and wait until the very last minute to make use of this life-saving collectable item. Once your troopers are gone, they’re gone. Vehicle Missions — In vehicle missions, take care when taking on enemy soldiers. Ranged attacks are great, but you may end up throwing grenades only for your tank to drive straight into them! Kaboom! Killed by your own grenades. Sad times. Time Based Missions — Time based missions provide you with a fixed amount of time to complete the mission. Seeking out and collecting all the items available in these missions can soak up valuable time. It might be worth having a quick play through these missions to identify all the collectables. When you jump into these missions again, you’ll know where the items are and in turn save time finding them. Grenades and Rockets — If you’ve picked up or purchased grenades and (or) rockets be sure to use these wisely. Grenades and rockets are perfect for taking out enemy buildings so be sure to save these for the right moment. You can also make use of the landmines placed around these structures by using your ranged weapons. This can also help with taking out multiple enemies at once. Other Useful Tips — Levelling up your troopers can be a complicated affair. What do you level up first? How much do you increase each element? The simplest way to approach this is to ensure you level up consistently. High on your priority should be your squad’s speed of movement and firing range. This will allow you greater flexibility on the battlefield as well as the ability to take on enemies from a greater distance. Do you love collecting EVERYTHING? Are you fastidious in your pursuit of collectables? In Tiny Troopers Joint Ops we recommend that once you’ve completed a mission, you jump straight back in! “Straight back in,” you say? Yep! Go back and replay the level you’ve just completed and make sure you’ve picked up every collectable available. This is very useful in timed missions where you don’t have the luxury of freely exploring the map. Finally, are you running low on Command Points or medals? A good way to get these back up is replaying previously completed missions. The best ones tend to be the vehicle missions where you’re required to take out waves of enemy soldiers. It’s this time of year that we like to gather our friends and family near, enjoy some hot toddies after we look up what hot toddies are again, and fire up some party games on the old PS3 or pretty-new PS4. This year, in time for the holidays, we at Jackbox Games have attempted to take matters into our own hands and create the ultimate collection of party games. The Rakshasa are a bit less grounded in reality. As a Rakshasa warrior you can summon wild animals to come to your aid and make use of the swarm and blink arrows to gain the upper hand. I’m very excited to introduce our crazy, action-packed, cat-based, underwater shoot ‘em up, Aqua Kitty — Milk Mine Defender DX (Aqua Kitty DX for short)! Originally an award-winning PSM launch title, we have been working super hard to overhaul and enhance the game for a brand new launch on PS4 and PS Vita at the end of November. Never heard of Aqua Kitty before? Well, let me explain the unusual story a little. Due to a sudden shortage of milk, cats around the world are forced to seek out new sources to get their fix. You and your team of milk mining kittens have overcome a fear of water to drill down under the ocean seabed and begin extracting vast reserves of what seems to be naturally forming, full-fat milk. You have to blast your way through hordes of mechanical sea monsters in your powerful kitty submarine and defend the deep sea milk mining kittens! The core to your survival is managing the submarines secondary turbo-fire. It has limited energy but recharges itself between uses and gets upgraded as you progress through the game. There are various pickups to collect to help you out, dropped by special speedy gold and silver fish which you must chase down. The type of pickup dropped depends on the sea depth they are at, so keep an eye on the color of the indicator eye of those particular fish when shot. We have added a ton of “mew” additions to the game, and I will list just a few key ones here: Extra directional fire options are really helpful, as they allow you to shoot down any aerial robo jellyfish attempting to abduct mining kittens. Large mechanical Bosses guard the end of each area, and must be dispatched of course to progress onward. Perhaps you feel the normal game mode is too hard for you? No problem, there is now an optional easy mode campaign. Arcade mode adds a fantastic, all-new twist to the core gameplay. Imagine it like a blend of arcade classics Gradius and Defender. You collect special gems which can be used to purchase your power-up upgrades. Developing on PlayStation has been a great experience, and we have added all sorts of visual upgrades like glows, extra particles, distortion effects, and large multi-layered parallax skies. The PS4 version renders at full HD 1080p and has optional two-player local cooperative support.     Since the announcement of PlayStation 4 in 2013, one of the key pillars of the system has been its unique social features. Of course, social interaction was built into the very foundation of the system, with features including DualShock 4′s Share button to easily share gameplay images and videos on social networks, the ability to live broadcast to Twitch or Ustream, and more recently Share Play (check out our walkthrough in case you’re not up to speed). We’re always looking for ways to expand PS4’s social features, which is why I’m so excited about our partnership with Ubisoft on Far Cry 4. As I discussed during our E3 2014 press conference, Far Cry 4 on PlayStation has an exclusive mode called Keys to Kyrat. Anyone who buys Far Cry 4 on PS4 or PS3 will receive 10 keys to send to your PSN friends, letting them join you in Kyrat for a free two-hour trial period, even if they don’t own a copy of the game. As an added bonus, your friends will get a currency boost for playing the trial if they end up purchasing the full game! You might be thinking, “This sounds a lot like Share Play. How is it different?†Well, we thought you might ask that: Keys to Kyrat Share Play Download vs Stream Each key allows one of your PSN friends to download Far Cry 4 and play a trial of online co-op without needing to purchase the game.
