    Hey man I wasn't ripping you on your new venture just the recruit application. I only wish you good luck... I don't take gaming to a point to make enemies. Its to make friends and have fun but ripping is not cool. I saw the 101 medals on another clan site.. I thought that was pretty messed up I am glad they took it down. Ripping not cool lol.

    I played it the first couple of weeks then haven't touched it. It just doesn't have what it takes to draw you into the game. I play COD WAW more then any other game and our clan has thrived on COD WAW since inception. Socom also now with the updates is getting better and drawing the old schoolers back but untilt hey bring back thermal scopes I think im done lol. Out of all the games I've played the best game I think is still Modern Warefare. I can't believe people throw it out. I have guys that I played socom with for years now only playing COD. Anyways k2 doesn't hit the spot for me and a lot of members went back to COD or Socom in our clan but we still got a good 15 members still playing it regularly. Their clan support.. and gfx is amazing. I wish COD had clan support like that. That game would dominate.

    We have a 48 limit on each of our games. I think thats perfect for everyone to know everybody. Once you start getting anything over that on one game it gets hectic. I can't imagine how a 600 person clan operates on one game lol.

    Hell. One reason I left Hollow Ground was guys who I played with for years were going to be booted for being inactive for having a life lol. Like come on. Like Chilli said we have a lot of casual members that play with us here and there but we have built relationships with them that we aren't going to forget and we want to continue. Heck more then half the people in my cell phone I've never met in real life lol.

    Yeah man.. lol.. Other then XBOX I got to say I knew every member in the clan till the whole recent xbox merger... But thats our European Division. Other then that all our members are actually people that we know in real life or friends of friends or family of friends. Heck we have tons of our wives and girl friends playing the game. I first started my own clan in 6 years ago and I still have a lot of members in the Knights that I knew from back then.. and the rest of the majority is people that I have met on the way and other leaders have met or known combined together. I've learned so much from being in clans and I've seen people that I played with now also being successful in life from being part of clans and gaming. At the end of the day big clan or small clan. If you don't have the right people or leaders the clan is going to fail. You can have the smallest clan in the world but a dick head leader that clan is a fail.. have the biggest clan in the world but its not organized or you have idiots then its crap. Big or small if you have a structured environment... have fun.. bond with each other.. its a recipe for success. All I see now a days is division.. and various clans inside of clans.. and drama.. a clan takes a step in the right direction they get shot down as another thread shown us recently. Come on. Just play the game.. you can't get along with people on a freaking video game?

    Pretty Deep stuff. Leadership is what makes a clan strive... I have members in my clan who have been leaders of other clans.. they don't need the title they want to work together with a team and not stress out about a clan.. and have fun.. Its not about recruiting just anyone its welcoming some one into your family away from family. Some where along the way a lot of clans have forgot about having fun... its not all about winning.. yeah you win a tournament.. your the champion.. what now? You lose the next year? Half your clan leaves because you suck now? Where is the fun? Where is the loyalty? Where is the im coming back from work to have fun? Now its man I can't go out tonight I got my second job I have to attend to which is worse then my first job LOL.
