We have cable internet which give us up to 10 mbps download and 256 upload. I am thinking about changing over to an AT&T bundle to save some money and they offer 3 mbps download with 512 upload. Good idea or bad idea?

Hey guys I just renovated my place and tried to connect my ps3 to my router and it keeps saying ethernet cable not connected I tried rebooting it, connecting directly to my router and still nothing. Any ideas help? Thank you!

Thanks to everyone that help me with my tv problem. I just bought it a few hours ago and i have it set up. all i need to buy now is an HDMI cable.but anyways thank you all for all the help.

I was thinking about cutting my cable TV and getting one of those digital converters. I was wondering if you are able to use your High Def on that? And hows it working out if you have it?

Did anyone else get hit really bad by the storm that just went through the north east? I live on the canadian border in Northern NY and we got hit pretty hard. Tress dropped on power lines...through houses. Our local Firestation is fried....the house accross the road from it got hit by lightnigh and it back fed to the fire dpt. When they tried opening the doors they got electricuted. I jumped in my wrangler and went on a mission to clear the roads. The state highways had trees blocking the roads and lines down all over. Transformers on fire in the road. All in all though it was pretty wierd I would say. Just wondering if it hit anyone else either. I only lost power for 5 hours....most are still without it. Cable and shit came back 18 hours later.

My PC took a shit and has to go back under the warranty. I have my PS3 connected to the internet via a wireless router. My question is, when I return the PC, will I still be able to get on-line with my PS3 if I don't disconnect the antenna? OR, does the antenna have to be hooked up to the PC?? In other words, as long as the cable modem is still hooked up to the antenna, will I still have WiFi???

Anyone watch that show last night on Crude Oil? Was that crazy. Every single thing we use is a result of Oil. And the largest Oil supply in the middle east was a result of something that happened millions of years ago. If you didn't see it, it was on cable last night they'll probably reshow it this week.

okay, i have the money for it. i have a 30 gig ipod, with the USB cable working fine. i cant download them onto it, i have 24 gigs available on it, BUT i cant download 4 socom maps to it, it says there isnt enough space on it. any ideas/solutions?

Does anyone know of a good company to use for Cable internet? I have been using comcast for 3 years now and it has been nothing but issues, outages, and horrible service. I am done with Comcast and I am looking for an alternative. I would prefer not to get DSL, because that is a downgrade from Cable, does anyone have any suggestions?

Time warner sucks!!! I went to sit down and watch NFL gameday and poof......cable goes out! Call Time Warner. they are having major Fiber failures in the western NY area. IS THERE ANYWHERE ON THE NET WHERE I CAN GET FEEDS OF THE GAMES?!?!?!?!?! PLEASE ANYONE........HELP.....IT'S OPENING DAY!
