    over the grates should be fine. thats why they are there to help keep people from just camping those tunnels. but threw the ground would be unfair. if they are purposely throwing them at points that dont have grates, then that would be BS. but as long as they make them on the grates or really close then they aren't trying to cheat.

    i live in a military mecca of sorts. i can drive to at least 6 bases in less then a hour. i live in Pensacola, FL there 3 bases in the city alone. Pensacola NAS, corry field, saufley field. all have big parts in the military. the bad thin is i cant remember the last time there was any big for our troops here. we have had ships commissioned here, but nothing the city has done. I guess thats because these three bases are major training bases for people who are to be officers, Intelligence, and pilots among other things we civilians dont know. but it is cool to see some of the new jets they are testing, and seeing the Blue Angels fly weekly when they aren't touring the US.
