On this day, i was thinking about how cool of a game this was........and that a TOURNEY should be made for this cool-ass game......and then I thought I wish I could meet someone that could brainstorm GREAT ideas for this Tourney..................and then Sniper and I fell in love.

Oh, pushaw! That would require you to be IN your wars, old man, not just confirming 'em! LOL! I've faced off against *S* twice so far in this tourney without having the pelasure of Havoc on the other end of my crosshairs!

Next tourney will be released September 2nd.....UF: Breakout......but this tourney is allowing ONLY past/present members of the community who have already participated in a UF tourney. The one you will be waiting for, as a newcomer to this community, will be UF: Black III. That tourney is currently being drafted up and we are HOPING to launch Black III mid-way through UF: Breakout for sign-ups, and then launching it when Breakout is over. Breakout is scheduled to be a 6-week tourney. No more info about Breakout can be given at this time.

Every week, we're getting stricter and stricter on the Clan Reps about their war schedules. In the first two weeks, we had Clan Reps trying to reschedule wars after their turns, WHILE still in the meeting itself. Not only does that get time-consuming, but can also create confusion to those writing down all the wars like the other CRs and the presiding admin. A stop to that was put into effect last week. Havoc apparently made an error in judgment scheduling two wars on a Wednesday night only 30 minutes apart. Apparently he contacted Smokeosama, APC's Clan Rep, and asked for a reschedule to accommodate his error. They ended up picking the original night that Smoke wanted to attack but Havoc declined. As this did not affect any other clan's second attempt at this target for the scheduled wars, I approved it last minute. However, this is the problem that comes with CHANGING scheduled wars, CRs. You can POTENTIALLY alter the course of the PAST by changing your attacks and defenses AFTER the war meeting. Some of your original moves may have limited some other clan's plans on either the attacker or the defender, but the new altered war nights would have made something they were planning a new possibility because of nights chosen.....a little confusing, but solid none-the-less. As said above, we have been getting these CRs in line a little more each week. This is yet another opportunity for us to say "get your heads on right and get it right the first time." Week 5's war meeting will most likely be zero-tolerance at this point, and ANY war to be fought WILL happen on its designated time, and without waver.

I don't know....I hear those admins are corrupt! However, I will leave the comments about UF to those who have played. I, myself, have just arrived here as well. ;D

The Week 4 scheduled wars have been posted up on the forum. Saturday looks to be the "hot night" of the week with the packed action, with it having the most wars in one night above all other days this week. This week also sees NINE total HQ wars...6 of them happening all on Saturday night...which means we may potentially see a LOT of prisoners taken this week! Good luck to all clans. Win with honor. Lose with dignity.

Actually, I had NO idea they were making a second installment of this. This looks MUCH better than the first....and it looks like they're putting the setting in some backwoods hunting country. What I think is slightly funny here is that Asian developers and Asian people are making/playing an arm wrestling game over in Tokyo, and Asians are arguably on the smaller end of the spectrum in regards to human height and general physical strength. I would have thought they would have made video games about eating fast hot dogs and sumo wrestling. Now THAT would be a fun game to see people get pummeled in. Seeing someone's arm break is NO picnic, but seeing someone standing firm and having a 400 lb rubber dummy of a sumo wrestler piston out of a holding stance would be AWESOME! I think it could be the equivalent of mechanical horses in bars in the south. ;D

PLS is the newest clan, and the second this week, to be eliminated from UF4, done so at the hands of The Brotherhood. PLS, Sniper and I took a chance on your clan, as we usually don't invite "unknowns" into a tacmap tourney without first coming to a Black tourney. However, I think I can safely speak for both of us when I say we're happy we brought you guys on. You pretty much embodied the spirit of UF in your time in the tourney. We hope that we've delivered an entertaining experience for you and that, from this, you're encouraged to continue to keep your clan in this community and its future tourneys. Give 'em a hand for playing a tourney well-done, everyone!

503 met its demise tonight against 101, allowing them to leave the battlefield with honor intact. Good showing, 503. You may not have won the tourney, but you won yourselves a proper place here in the UF pantheon of respectable clans. Way to do it. Give 'em a hand, guys.

IF you had a war tonight during the server-wide crash, and you did NOT finish the war by the time the crash happened, then the wars are CANCELED. If you finished a war tonight before the crash, then the war results stand as-is as they were unaffected by the mass boot. Servers have been down for more than 30 mins which severely alters the time parameters for a war, especially while not knowing WHEN the servers will be back up.

This depends on the application, your filling out of that application, and the clans you were associated with. We'll see at INVITE time. And as with all UF tourneys, invites will be present.
