  1. Hey everyone..... Tonight, Friday (as usual), APC will be on CoD4 at 11pm CST for our Midnight Mass. Been a tradition for five years now. (Some may call it "creepy"....LOL) In any case, it's a GREAT way for the creators of UF, Sniper and myself, to get to know some of the newer clans here in the community, as well as shoot it up with everlong friends. Starts tonight at 11pm CST. Good start would be an exchange of some PSN invites, seeing as how CoD4 operates. o-UNDERTOW-o for me SN1-P3R for Sniper. Hope to shoot some of you there! - TOW

    RIAA Cracks...

    WOW! That's awesome.
  4. Ok.....I know this has to be Apoc's most favorite UF war ever since he's gotten here because he loves to bring this war up anytime we're talking about "best wars ever." I think because of the length of the war, and the way each clan respected one another's talents, it certainly goes down as APC's greatest victory ever, purely because of the enemy we fought and the quality of war that it was. I don't believe APC's ever done this before, so I'm only doing this as a little treat to Apoc (and the old-school Stormwatchers), as this might bring back some great memories for him. After each and every war that APC's ever had in our 5 year existence, we keep an accurate "War Journal" of every match played, win or lose. It's an actual "journal," not just stats. Needless to say, and thanks aplenty to UF, our War Journal is pretty long and extensive. I went through the archive to find the war that Apoc loves so much and I figured what he hell....I'll copy the Journal page and put it down here for you. APC's never released any War Journal entry to the public before....but you're right. This was, by opinion only, one of the greatest wars of UF, and certainly was by fact for APC. Stormwatch put up the toughest match we've ever played against any clan and it was a hell of a night. And YES, we rationed out bathroom breaks as well. Except me. I think I FORGOT to go, actually. But here you go, Apoc, unedited. Enjoy: ____________________________________________________________________________________ =UF4= / APC attacks *S* for Hammerhead POW Camp August 28, 2007 Copperhead Demolition - Mercenaries - Night 10v10 Participating APCers: Founders: Undertow Cabinet: 6ravity and Smokeosama RavenGuard: Strick and Slippy ViperGuard: DarkSoul, Vane, Deadcity Wolf Guard: Col.Grinder and 46_and_2 Round 1: APC focused on protecting the Road and River and moving up if the numbers dictated. Other than the the Seals rushing the bomb, there was very little advance by the enemy until the final minute. Both teams felt each other out during this time and the Seals went up 8 on 3 as time expired. DRAW Round 2: This round APC eliminated the bomb rushers at the River early on. APC was up 7 on 6 at the 3 minute point as a result of the River hold down. APC rushes with a boat and a vehicle. The vehicle team was incapacitated almost immediately, but the boat team held down the bomb down 3 on 2. After the Seals eliminated one of the remaining APCers, the final APCer took that Seal out and laid low for a 2 on 1 draw. DRAW Round 3: This time APC rushed the river heavy with a boat, while the rest of the team focused on the Road. The boat team took out two Seals before being taken down. Moments later the Seals advanced on the Street and after taking over the Spawn 2 the Seals were up 6 on 1. The final APCer wisely hid and the Seals were unable to locate him nor plant the bomb before time expired. DRAW Round 4: This round we went back to the normal protection plan. APC immediately lost two snipers on the river to the bomb rushers. APC pulled back behind the bridge area shortly after. With the score 10 on 8 for the Seals we traded 2 kills for 2 kills at 1:30. The Seals begin to advance up 8 on 6 at 30 seconds. The Seals and APC trade kill for kill and the round ends that way with the seals up 7 on 5. DRAW Round 5: This time APC attempted to eliminate the bomb rushers. At 1:30 we smoked up the street and pushed with a truck as diversion with ground troops behind. The street rush was unsuccessful as the Seals go up 8 on 2. The final two APCers were back at Spawn 1 holding down and never saw any Seal forces approaching until rounds end. DRAW Round 6: This time the Seals loaded up a truck to the Bomb and held down there. APC was able to take out two Seal snipers at the Mill while suffering only one loss in the opening minute of action. Seals take out one APCer to knot the score at 8 on 8 seconds later and the Seals go up 8 on 7 after a teamkill by APC at 1 minute. There was no advance by either team in the closing minute. DRAW Round 7: Seals send full truck again to take over the bomb pickup .APC suffers a loss while not being able to take out any at the River early on. APC trades 2 kills for 3 deaths at 2:30 to make the score 8 on 6 in the Seals favor. The two teams trade kill for kill at 2 minutes. APC advances slightly in the final 15 seconds on the road. The round finishes with the Seals up 7 on 4 after a few small gunfights on the road. DRAW Round 8: We found ourselves down 9 on 7 after the initial exchange on the River after losing a bulk of our Snipers. Shortly after the losses APC pulled back behind the bridge to hold down the Spawn 1. The Seals eliminate one APCer at 3:30 and start pushing the road and our Spawn 2. The Seals go up 9 on 5 after eliminating another APCer on the road and take out three more APCers while suffering only one loss seconds later. The score was 8 on 2 in favor of the Seals with 1:45 to play. The final two APCers were eliminated soon after, due to being outnumbered so largely. LOSS Round 9: APC all out rushes the road, using smoke grenades and vehicles to distort the Seals vision on the road. After immense gun fighting inside the Spawn 1 APC goes up 3 on 1 at 3:30. The remaining APCers track down the final Seal and eliminate him with ease to tie the score back up in the final round. WIN Round 10: Both teams camp heavily this round. APC trades a kill for a kill at the river and that’s all the action the first 3 minutes saw. APC advances in the closing minute on the road to attempt to gain numbers. The Seals go up 8 on 4 after the rush, but the remaining APCers eliminated three Seals while suffering only one loss after a Seal advance. This left the score 5 on 3 in the Seal’s favor and this is the way the round ended. DRAW Round 11: This round APC went back to our usual spots on the road and River. The Seals go up 9 on 8 in opening 3 minutes of action as casualties were suffered on the River. APC takes out one Seal at 2 minutes to even the score. In the closing minute APC sent a truck rush of two people to wreak some havoc in their spawn. The round ends 7 on 4 as the Seals were well prepared for the rush. DRAW Round 12: There was little action this round as the Seals were up 10 on 9 after the first 5 minutes of action. After a kill tradeoff on the road the Seals were up 9 on 8. The score remained this way as neither team advanced. DRAW Round 13: This round APC sends a boat rush to the Bomb as we had earlier in the war. The round ends with the Seals up 5 on 4 after they initialized a push of their own up the road in the final seconds. DRAW Round 17: The score was 9 on 9 after the first 3 minutes of action as APC suffers a casualty and the Seals suffer a boot. APC pushes the road at 1:30. We were able to make it through the road, but were down 7 on 6. The Seals went up 6 on 4 after an exchange of fire. The Seals kill one more APCer as time expires to make the score 6 on 3. The booted Seal returns at the end of this round. DRAW Round 18: APC goes up 9 on 8 after the first 3 minutes of battle. 5. I just don't think I can address these questions anymore. This thread just took too weird a turn.
  6. 1: I don't understand. We only have one tourney, not two. Unless you're talking about Black and Crucible separately? 2: How long of an answer are you looking for? 3: My answers may be moot as this thread has taken a definitely sexier turn.
  7. LOL
  8. Creepy, huh? Guess I'm going to have to scale back the dedication and work a little bit around here. Have the Staff scale it back, too. Last thing I want is for Urgent Fury's participants to start thinking we're "creepy." Sheesh. You might not want to check out that podcast at all now. You might think we're downright pedophilic.
  9. And here I thought Cmdr Fury was being serious when he said he was getting threatening phone messages that might prevent him from doing the podcast this past weekend. He's a stinker, sometimes. Now I know what it feels like to have some last minute surprise pulled on me. Makes me think maybe I should spill some upcoming UF secrets a lot sooner than I normally would for you guys.
  10. And his name was "Whip_Lash" LOL I don't know, I haven't seen this yet.

    PODCAST

Miss the spoof ads? I think there's one run almost every week? If you're talking about a spoof rippin' on a clan, then it just happens when one is made. We don't try to force it.

    PODCAST

After the phone calls the Cmdr. was telling me he was getting, I'm really surprised he cranked one out this weekend. He was pretty pissed off with what he was getting.

    PODCAST

Last I heard, someone somehow got Fury's phone number and was giving Cmdr. Fury some harassing phone calls about his podcast over the weekend, and now we are unsure if it's going to air this week. We're trying to find out how a potential player in this community (we assume) obtained this number.
  15. Yeah, those 8tracks were a real treasure trove in those cars back in the day. Couldn't WAIT to see the reel-to-reel stereo systems in those little Volkswagon Beetles.
  16. I haven't used the damn thing in over 4-5 years.....sometimes I just hate throwing shit out though. LOL

Just to show....I just had to clean the qeue and reject the following: 5193 CialisToWork pharma@sexmagnet.com 217.172.29.12 Today at 10:44:34 AM 5194 plelryFleerve bbbuuuu23@wp.pl 85.114.133.77 Today at 11:31:52 AM 5195 Toommeseamuri boilme54@web.de 92.228.30.81 Today at 12:15:52 PM 5196 shinesw shinesw@rusmafia.com 89.178.60.67 Today at 01:14:46 PM 5197 basquis grodsr@gmail.com 61.235.114.169 Today at 02:06:48 PM BUT.....y'know.....I never really LOOKED at the fact that accounts have numbers assigned to them and they stay with us. This just means 13 spammers registered to get an account, and at some point during the day, either Sniper or I rejected their account application. This number will fluctuate all the time. We never delete actual email addresses. All the spammer addresses you can TELL are spammers. Sometimes the gmail accounts get hard to discern who is legit or not, because spammers have now entered into the gmail domain. Those get tough. Most accounts, though, are the typical aol, yahoo, comcast, hotmail and others, and those are easy to spot and approve.

  20. I don't know if that was an answer or a statement.
  21. That was outrageous. They had every right to send that letter. The government was the FIRST to know that beavers are, in fact, the devil's nut hairs of the world.
  22. Are people really THAT jazzed about a white PS3? Why? I have a black one and it matches everything else in my entertainment area....which is black. DVD player, TV, Tivo, VCR...... Or is this just one of those "if it's new I have to have it" like U2's Red iPod? LOL
  23. Well, what you've said is already too much, Mr. Wesley. These topics do NOT belong in the public section. They don't belong in ANY section, for that matter. If they did, then we wouldn't require a Clan Rep for each clan. UF will not run effectively if we must deal with 700+ players of a tourney, hence, we deal with ONE player from your clan, and that's your clan's designated Clan Rep. All WAR issues are brought up in a Clan Rep section. Please remember this next time you decide to vent. This is not the place for it. All this does is bring the wrong kind of attention to your clan tag.
  24. That was VERY cool to watch. That will be a game I will be reserving. Thanks for finding that one. WOW. I really can't wait.
