I tried playing socom 1 again and just couldn't get into it. It's crazy how many features it was missing and how bad i got at it. That was around a year ago though so i don't even know if the servers are still up.

Just wondering how everyone felt about the rule. I personally like it since it opens the maps for diffrent tactics and am a grenade magnet.

HAHA when i first started reading this post i was thinking no way theres a whiplash kill attack how weird it that. I haven't noticed many big glitches like invisible people or people in the building yet but if it does come to that this game will be virtually unplayable since you cannot vote people out. your only option is private matches and that sucks for the people who play legit always.

It's just like every software project... They did not schedule correctly and realized that they only have an idea of where they stand and really aren't 100% sure. Thats the reason there have been no announcements. because they don't want to let the hype out too early and not be able to deliver on time. If he says that their firing on all cylinders it makes me believe that they are close to reaching actual beta. still too early for me to start getting excited -

I heard this morning that a $600 dollars rebate is going to anyone that made in between 5,000-150,000. So if this rumor is true then looks like you might have a little extra lying around
