im growing very very apathetic about this shit.
-
yeah, im absolutely down for that tourney. i haven't heard anything about it tho. I'll pm you my email address. When are you guys looking to do it? As far as Peavy/Cubs, outside of Marshall and Samardzija what four arms would the cubs be willing to deal that would be comparable to what the Sox were ready to give up? I am positive i don't know all that much about the Cubs farm system, i just know that i've read in several columns that the Cubs would have a hard time matching up to the deal the Sox worked.

cubs don't have the pitching prospects to get it done. As a cards fan, i'd love to see Soriano's contract team up with Peavy's to put a collective noose around that teams neck. If they do a deal for him, hopefully either hoffpauier(?) or jake fox and Samardzija , or all thre, are a part of it.

Nice run cBF. Let Chaka, Cow or I know if you want to get some big map scrims in.

When you've got that kind of budget it makes 'the extras' a little easier.

pretty awesome. I was pretty surprised they didn't even just say something about no new info about 1.5 or the time line for its release. With a fanbase as anxious and disgruntled as SOCOM's, it seems like a bad idea to put any post on the blog without some mention of the long-awaited patch.

The strength, top to bottom, of the NL Central has surprised the hell out of me so far this year. 4(!!) teams at 20-14 or better, and the 'stros have been turning it on as of late as well. Even the last place Pirates have a starting Staff that makes any series with them a tough one. Cincy may have the best starting pitching in MLB. They're top 3 (Cueto, Harang, Volquez) are about as good as you'll find anywhere. It's going to a fun division to watch all summer.

does anyone have experience with the HAVA? Does it have a built-in memory drive or will i also need to purchase an external Hard Drive? How easy is it to load up to a computer and cut/edit (keep in mind my computer literacy is equivalent to a very very young or very very old person)?

Hey guys. I am looking to purchase some sort of system for recording in-game play. Seeing as I know absolutely nothing about such things, I am wondering if any of you can point me in the right direction. I need something that will record while allowing me to play in HD, preferably while still using my HDMI cable for both video and audio. I know a few clans on here record there wars and any advice on the available options would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

The thing with NASCAR is that the stakes are so much higher that it precludes even discussion of second chances when it comes to substance abuse. There's no other sport where the lives of so many are put in jeopardy by someone potentially racing impaired or just not 100% there. -
fuckin wierdo

per Mark Fainaru-Wada of ESPN: Manny tested positive for hCG, a fertility drug for women that can be used to restart testosterone production after a steroid cycle. I can totally see why an upstanding doctor would prescribe that to a 36 year old man

Johan Santana came from the Astros via the 1999 Rule 5 draft and the Twins were simply fortunate enough to have the first pick. The Astros committed one of the great mistakes by leaving him unprotected. Almost as bad a mistake as the Giants made when they traded Francisco Liriano, Joe Nathan & Boof Bonser to the Twins for one year of A.J. Pierzynski. Some pretty sweet/fortunate moves.

Thats the problem with young players in general. Their ability to go out and play at a level consistent with their talent level just isn't where it is for players who have been at the major league level for a while. The growing pains the A's are feeling now will help them develop in to more consistent players as soon as later this year. It's also a good thing that they are in the AL West, that division will be wide open for most of the year.

That sucks rockman. Only UF-sanctioned fix that LPK has found is to make a second name and wait until rosters reset. :-X

I think the biggest problem with the cubs this year is going to be health. Milton Bradley hasn't played more than 100 games in the field since 2004. Rich Harden is very talented, but his history of arm problems means he's one tweak away from season ending surgery. Carlos Zambrano has thrown 1266 innings since 2003 (211 IP/yr), which is an extreme workload for a 21-26 yr old. The arm troubles he had last year are probably just the tip of the iceberg. I think even with one or two injuries they still compete, but St. Louis is going to be tough this year especially if Chris Carpenter is back to his Cy Young Award level. I am certainly looking forward to the season. On a side note, as a lifelong cardinal fan i am almost ashamed to say that i bought a cubs t-shirt recently. I found the "Horry Kow" Fukodome shirts online and couldn't help myself (plus Fukodome playing is good for my Cards anyway)

Alright, Ill add a couple more clues: 3. He lost one of them, and won the other. 4. He was on different teams in each of the Series, but was always representing the NL

Yup there is gonna be a HUGE FUCK UP! Terr will be in Seal Suits If you kill the host of the game the remaining players on his side die If a player kills himself the game will be over If you plant the bomb or get a control point outside the green circle the game freeze and everybody that was in that room can't get on SOCOM for 48hrs or more. Just to name a few fuck up's I am sure to happen lol This already happens, i've noticed it when someone switches sides RIGHT as the game starts up. It seems like the game pre-loads your character's appearance. Once the sides switch at halftime it rights itself, but its definitely goofy.
