yeah shane. I am over there all the time. I have almost 600 post and probably 550 are on the socom post, and i still didn't get nominated. lol...People were creating fake names and nominating there other names, i was so mad.

yeah i don't know...its just that game, i can play grand trismo online just fine. Its irritating, i don't play cod that much, but when i do i want to actually play. lol

i have done that. servers are fine....My buddy's played all night, i just couldn't stay connected.

Ok, i put my disc in and everything works fine. As soon as i get online, i join a party and i can't talk. I can hear though. As soon as i try to join a match to play, it says ethernet cord is unplugged and it boots me off. I can log into socom just fine though and play with out a problem. Any idea why it would be like that?

I believe that this has been discussed before, but not in awhile. If you guys can, take a picture of your set up. I am also wanting to get an HDTV. So let me know the kinds you have and if you like it or not. I will post my picture up tomorrow.

So from what i can till. GT doesn't really have a lobby system. I haven't played with any of my friends yet. I am still looking for a place to send an invite for them to join my game and stuff. But the graphics are still pretty sick. Because of this game i need to go buy an hdtv now. lol

Hey man, let me share something from a younger persons point of view. Growing up my father was an alcoholic. He would work all day long, then come home and go straight to the garage so he could start drinking. I can honestly say that i missed out on some of the things every boy needs to do with his dad. Playing catch, going to football games. As a younger person i didn't understand why my dad would want to spend time doing something else instead of spending it with his family. My parents have been married for almost 24 years. There marriage almost split up about 2 years ago because of his addiction. As a teenager this is a lot of stuff to go through. My father has been sober for almost 2 years now. Now that i am older i really don't have time to do stuff with my dad. I work full time and stuff. If you do give up socom, do it for your son. Take the time and become active in his life. Do stuff that he will always remember doing with you. You won't be on this earth forever. I know for a fact that your son would rather have a dad who did stuff with him, then a dad who gets drunk in the basement playing socom. Just my two cents man. Hope everything does work out for. from what i read it is a limited version, but the case says there are like 60 cars and there are quite a bit of maps. I mean for 40 bucks, i would pick it up.

Graphics are sick...Single player is pretty fun, just got done with Dayton...I am about to try it out online.

Ok guys, so i have seen a lot of clans with medals and all. I was wondering if someone could help me out and get me some. I have tried to design my own, but they don't look that good. So if someone have some made that would be interested in sharing or designing me some. That would be sweet, let me know.
