    i probably should have joined this, in retrospect. I used to run a mile in under 6 mins lol That was when I played 3 sports year round simultaneously, was recruited for soccer, and usta ranked for tennis.     Pig, for all your reading and all your high hat comments (even the one ended with your silly winky faces)...none of that equals one iota to common sense. You blast people on here for expressing an opinion, whether informed or not...who knows, some of them may not have the time to spend all day on politico forums, take whatever rhetoric spat there to make themselves SOUND intelligent. Some may actually HAVE the knowledge, but know that political debates on a gaming forum is pointless. When it actually comes down to it, a tiny tiny percentage of people here actually care. For good or worse, thats just how it is. I know how much you love your soap box, and believe me, I'd make you a sign that says "The End is Near", give you back your long hair, and get you a ticket to go to Times Square if I could. But again, being cynical about people's opinions really isn't necessary. Treat theirs as a valued opinion and not some "sophomoric" person to be pushed aside. As far as Iran...the possibility of unity between persians and arabs, hell even shiite and sunni arabs, is not really one that is in the near future. You see different factions of militants killing themselves off, torturing each other...it is ridiculous to think that they will band together. Even in the war for Israel's freedom, they consistently backstabbed each other...this King fucked over this Sheik, etc etc. Before you read a political forum and make up your mind, read the history of the region that you thrust your opinion onto. Even in the 6 Day war the communication and teamwork of the Arabs was so broken that 1 tiny fledgling country manhandled all of the "established" nations. You better believe that if sanctions, both US and UN, don't work to curb Iran's nuclear capabilities...Israel will repeat their tactical strike success that prevented Iraq from becoming a nuclear power and TRUE threat. Of course, that may be the one thing that galvanizes the Arabs, but who knows. Anyway..if you intend to put yourself into a debate, try conversing with people instead of saying "You're stupid, I read political forums and know the truth" No one wants to hear that garbage.

    baltimore is the quintessential pub crawl town. Apart from bars all over the place, we have: The Avenue in Hampden Power Plant Live Fell's Point Canton Circle Federal Hill Each of these places pretty much stacks bars and food all over each other...great for college drinkers, some are good for tourists, PowerPlant has all the hoochie/wannabe thug clubs (except for Ghetto Row in Fell's Point, they have 3 bars in a row that only the trashy people go to). If you want upscale mingling, then Federal Hill or Canton is where you wanna be. And my new house is walking distance of Canton Circle, and like 2-4 min cab ride from Fell's. So...pub crawling is a normality here, even without all the T-shirts proclaiming how often they are officially scheduled

    Sweep...in baltimore, many of the people who are sporting Obama signs are blue collar minority people, which typically aren't too too educated or take too much of an interest in fact finding. I've seen that they typically go with what their community leaders tell them is good for them. Typically, as a mass....there are exceptions who really know their stuff, but if you look at the majority of them its like herding sheep by their ministers, priests, social activists, etc etc

    amen. as most of my family reside in Israel, his wishywashiness scares me on that one. He'll vocally support Israel, but will go over to the dark side by actions at times. We'll see. Hopefully either will be better than Bush

    yeah, that is easily the best pop out i've seen here...great template border, good use of direction, color, etc etc. only thing i'd suggest is to bring out the text a tad...maybe duplicate the text, have 2 layers stacked. Try that

    one of my initiations for fraternity was to get into costume and interrupt some sort of class.... one of the pledges, a black belt, conspired with a local tae kwan do gym to do a prank on their students. They had the students prepare for a big sparring tourney, and the winner had to face "last year's champion" So the dude won, and he's in the circle waiting for "last year's champ" when the lights dimmed, the fog machine started rolling, and the mortal kombat music started playing from the stereo system...and out came the pledge dressed as Scorpion yelling "Get over here!!!!" The kid about pissed himself as he ran to his friends
