YES, please DL the track packs.. thats why i always pick the same ones, because i know they are not DL tracks. I've had them since day one, but no one ever has them.! They really need to release a Drag track pack.!!

Yes i have spoken with Cp on aim many times since the incident & I think he does feel it is overboard also, but since he is banned he has no say.. so i am trying to find the true offense or rule or whatever you want to call it that was broken.. that's all. Like you said Tow can obviously do whatever he wants, it's his site. Can you [AoA] guys get any farther up his ass.?

Well it woke me up so it was decent, but there was absolutely nothing falling or damaged anywhere around here, & HB is like 5 miles away. lol (but no closer to the quake) i guess maybe all of our stuff was more secured (earthquake proof) ;D

Sorry Dan, but i gotta disagree.. If what was posted was the extent of the "bashing" then it really wasn't a big deal. Hell i only got 3 weeks and i called [AoA] every name in the book. (water under the bridge now) So unless there is some hidden rule about making a fake name or something that im not seeing or understanding 4 weeks seems way overboard.

It is true.. i mean seriously i do the same thing.. I look for the new posts, but just because i read ALL the new posts, doesn't mean i have to add my 2 cents to ALL of them. ;D Also doesn't a month long ban on CP Dude seem a bit much for not much of a threat/flame..!? FYI, i would've added this to the other thread, but it is locked, & a good guy is banned for something that i feel the punishment is WAY overboard.. i think a simple/small apology would be sufficient. (was his post edited, did he even say anything offensive..?) All he had to do was use a different computer & no one would have known who he was.

Yea the map packs are awesome.! But if you guys want to get good game play out of CoD4 you just have to overcome the desire for rank. If you play in a private match you can do ANYTHING on ANY MAP. it is tons of fun, but it seems no one does it because they want to earn XP. (i am still at the original 55 with 5 stars, & could really care less about XP) The game is Sooooo much better when you play a private match, its just a shame that people cant look beyond rank & XP. they are always the ones to ruin the game. We had a knife only game on shipment the other night that was one of the mosr fun things i have done in a long time. No perks, nothing but knives. (and only 9 lives ;D) it came down to me vs Rooster. But you can set up a game to be very similar to Socom, no respawn demo (sabatoge) or no respawn Control/Nav point (domination), No respawn Suppression (deathmatch), etc, etc. It's all there you just have to REALLY want to play it that way & have to give up on XP & rank. Also im sure Confrontation will have a similar system, so get used to it. lol

House Boat on Lake Tahoe..!? Interesting.. i think the lake is too cold to swim in, so I would think a hotel in Reno would be better, but thats me. lol I got some friends up that way.. so you never know, i'll let you know if i end up thinking about going. Hot August Nights is a great time.!! *edit* Thats next week.. I'm not gonna make it. lol

Led Zeppelin Uncomfortable With Licensing Songs To Rock Band, Guitar Hero There's little doubt that the artist line-up for Rock Band 2 is shaping up nicely. Guitar Hero is getting some nice exclusives as well. With Journey, Boston, Metallica, The Who and other top tier acts lending their tunes to the dominant rhythm games, there aren't many superstars left to cross off the list. One of the artists that continues to elude both Activision and Harmonix is Led Zeppelin. It's been chalked up to a lengthy licensing process, but a recent write-up from the Wall Street Journal helps shed more light on the British band's absence. According to their management, the band isn't "comfortable" giving up access to its master tapes, the very thing required to edit these things down to Rock Band and Guitar Hero ready formats. "It ain't about the money," says Peter Mensch of Q Prime Management who handles Led Zep's interests. In better news, the Wall Street Journal writes that hold outs like Van Halen, Steely Dan and Guns N' Roses all have "deals of varying types in the works" to bring more of their music to gamers. In far, far worse news, so are the Eagles.
