c zambrano suspended indefinitely from the cubs 2 weeks ago, and lebron james is now property of the miami heat. not a single thread on either, and i SWEAR we at least have baseball fans here. in fact i believe there is a guy on the forums with a similar name to one of the above, lol. is this place dead, or did all the nba and mlb fans stop showing up?

Im gettin tired of going back and forth between threads to argue with the Cubs and Phillies fans out there. Why dont we all come together and proclaim our teams greatness in one thread. I will begin with saying that, as Utley strikes out to start the eigth, the Phillies pitchin sucks and the Cubs will lose their NL Central lead tonight. NLCS might very well turn out to be Mets Brewers Edit: Hey where did all the Yankee fans go? Hiding? Suicide?

Cheyyaaa boiii.. Hopefully we won't have another EPIC Collapse like last year. Their playing very well. Is this going to carry for the rest of the season? Of course not. Hopefully we can keep winning and beat the Cubs in the NLCS after a black cat runs onto the field and then beat Boston in game 6 when a ball goes through David Ortiz leg and then win game 7.

Well being that 4 friends and I had seats right next to the visitors bullpen and way to many brews we had to take advantage: 1st inning tip of the cap from Kosuke Fukodome Started a "Fielder is a slob" chant that was echoed by the entire stadium Made Seth McClung yell at our section for heckling him while warming up Made Saloman Torres rattled after an inning and a half of heckling him in the bullpen (he gave up 3 runs in his inning pitched) Made Guillermo Mota throw a pitch onto the field while warming up after getting our whole section to heckle him Finally we prompted the entire stadium to chant "lets go steroids" when Eric Gagne started warming up Oh yeah, our whole section also chased a White Sox fan out of the stadium

I'm not sure if I agree with an asterisk. Only because you'd have to put an asterisk on every broken record we've seen in baseball during the "Steroid Era" (as they're calling it now). Bonds is definitely on the juice, but an asterisk? What do you think? Click Here

Barrett will be sporting his busted lip and TWO black eyes tomorrow for all to see lol. As a Cubs fan it sucks to see this happen, but Barrett should not have gone into the clubhouse until Zambrano left. Hopefully it will serve as a wakeup call and kick this team into gear, because they are grossly underachieving.
