Hippie - Download is from internet to you and upload is you to the internet. The higher the number the better for both. Ping is the time it takes to send a packet from you to the server and back. The lower that number is the better. Your download is nice. Your upload is REALLY bad IMHO. Ping is not to bad. I guess I will call them and see what I should be getting, per my contract.

Go to bird-box.net and search for video/audio converters. There are several "all-in-one" programs that will convert your files into whatever is compatable with your IPod. And if you can't find one there, try dssfeedback.com.

LOL! I'm just bustin' balls. Friends in real life know me to be a bit OCD and sometimes I'll see stuff that drives me nuts and then I'll notice it every time. Not tryin' to be the grammar police. :police: BUT, if you want, I'll be glad to help out with whatever.

Round and Round Ratt GREAT now I'mma be singing that stinking song all day long! Scary thing is, I didn't immediately recognize the lyrics and I kept reading them and then all of a sudden, they started singing themselves in my head. It was weird! (No clue on the quote.)
