But Angelina Jolie is just very bizzarely shaped. Not to mention that she and her brother look way too much alike. This statement makes me sad. Why does it make you sad? I didn't say the bible has no positive aspects to it I just think there are many moral falsehoods that outweigh the positves. Regardless if your intersted in why i'll have to pm it to you because this section is unrelated. I don't want to go off topic here either and turn this into a religious debate. I believe in the Bible and what it teaches and it makes me sad for the souls of people who don't. I know that there are so many people who believe as you and Irish do, but I don't often hear it and so when I do, it physically pains me to know that there are people in this world who don't know the love of Christ. Ok, see, I don't really want to turn this into preaching hour! And it's happening, so I have to stop typing right now!! It's called FAITH. And I didn't know that you couldn't live your life in accordance with Biblical teachings and in a manner to help the planet at the same time? I do. I'm definitely no saint. I have many, many flaws and screw up all the time, but I do try to live my life in the way that God would have me live it and at the same time, I do what I can to "help our planet" as you put it. Maybe I'm reading your statement differently than you intended for it to come across. ??? Anyways, you know, when I hear about things like this microchip, I try not to put too much stock into it. I think that "taking the sign of the beast" won't be something that you can be tricked into. You will know and choose that path willingly. I think as long as I am living as I am supposed to be living, then I'm not going to worry about all that other stuff.

I am not trying to fan these flames, but I can't just sit idly by any longer. While I do not take sides in this situation or even really know the whole story about what has transpired, the idea that PM's of that kind are condoned as long as they are "private" seems really, really wrong to me. UF forum rules state: There will be no open blasting of other players/clans on this forum. As long as you "openly blast" someone behind closed doors via PM, it's ok?? This is what I take issue with and am appalled to see so many people openly supporting this.

I think a little more information is needed. Which are you going to convince him...invest or not? Some details as to how you are going to do either would be helpful.

My thoughts echo everyone else's WOW, just WOW! That's some crazy, head-trippin' stuff right there! Sniper, Undertow, you guys have built a GREAT community here. I haven't even gamed in 3-4 months, but I am on this site daily to keep in touch with the gaming "world". Hate to see you guys go. Not sure how badly y'all want out of this whole thing, but I really like the ideas of ads and such to help this site make some money and then having staff run this thing. I know ultimately this all would be your burden to bear if someone didn't do their job and maybe that responsibility is exactly what you cannot continue to carry. But then again, if someone else does become the new owners, well then, I trust you two will use your discretion in choosing new owners. Good luck with it all, guys.

My sister called me today freaking out, asking what I thought about her situation. I have my opinions, but I am not an attorney and have no experience with this, so I thought I would pose this scenario to the UF community for some feedback. Here's the scenario: My sister and her husband filed bankruptcy which was discharged in early 2006. In the bankruptcy their mortgage was reaffirmed. Fast forward to present day ... Last week, they pulled his credit report from all three bureaus and all three show the mortgage as being discharged in bankruptcy with a $0 balance. (Keep in mind that to this day, they continue to live in the house and make timely payments. She said they have never been late on a payment even when they were going through bankruptcy. Oh and they get bills, too.) They called the mortgage company who told them that there is no reaffirmation agreement on file (with the courts) and they need to talk to the lawyer. So back and forth, back and forth between the two and this is the gist of it: The lawyer's office is claiming that it is the responsibility of the mortgage company to send out the reaffirmation letter, what's done is done and nothing can be done now because the debt has been discharged. The mortgage was not reaffirmed and the lawyer bear's no responsibility. Sorry, can't help you! The mortgage company said that they only send out the reaffirmation agreements if it has been requested and my sister and her husband are not legally responsible for the debt, BUT, as long as they continue to make timely payments, they can continue to live in the house. OMG!!!!! Naturally, she is freaking out. She doesn't know what to do. Here is what I told her I thought about the situation ... In my mind, they hired a professional to make sure that their bankruptcy went correctly. Isn't it the attorney's responsibility to make sure all the correct paperwork was filed with the courts. That is what they paid him for, right? My sister said that per her conversation with the lawyer that the house was supposed to be reaffirmed and she was confident that he did what he was supposed. I told her that it sounds to me like her bankruptcy was mishandled and SURELY there is something she can do. So my questions are: Who is responsible? Isn't the attorney responsible for making sure the correct paperwork was filed with the courts? Can anything be done now to rectify this situation? Bring on the knowledge!!!

Ha ha! It is very easy to text and not realize how many times you are texting back and forth, especially when you are having an actual conversation with someone. He sounds like a great kid. You should be very proud of him if this is the only kind of "trouble" he ever gets in to.
