  1. Yeah, my 2 year is packing more than him. LOL! I guess you gotta give him props for not caring about the size and the whole world knowing. YIKES!
  2. Chili, From your little den or whatever they call it, you can search a name to fight.
  3. http://hippiechik.mybrute.com
  4. I think my upload is the worst yet. :'(
  5. This couldn't be further from the truth for me. I don't really care who makes what. I just want it to work as you say it will.
  6. Hope it was a good one!
  7. You're stuck!
  8. I hear ya! Like I said, it's definitely NOT a camera that can fit in your back pocket, but it's still small and fits nicely in a camera case. I was having a difficult time deciding between the one I bought and one for my pocket, but ultimately, I wanted one that would let me play around with settings, etc. Try this ... http://reviews.cnet.com/4247-6501_7-3-0.html?tag=statusBar;startover
  9. Here's what I have: http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-SX100IS-Digital-Stabilized/dp/B000V1VG4W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1234798798&sr=1-1 You can find it for less than $200 if you look around. It might be more camera than what you are looking for. It has both automatic and manual settings. I LOVE the macro settings. Here I was learning how to use the macro feature: And it captures colors so well!: Aaaand, no red eye!: I LOVE MY CAMERA! After I bought it, three friends and family members went and bought the exact same camera because they loved how well my camera took pictures. The only thing that some may find negative: 1. size ... little bigger that a "pocket camera" 2. you have to raise the flash manually ... go figure. Hasn't been an issue for me. 3. if using flash, a bit slow between pictures. Has been a bit annoying, but all the other features I wanted make up for it. I really, really wanted a camera with great zoom and some good manual settings without spending tons of money on a digital SLR and macro settings were important because I like playing around with that stuff. Once you find a model you like, read reviews on it over at cnet.com. That should help you decide too. And good luck! P.S. Sorry about the large pictures, I don't know how to make them smaller!
  10. In our whack-a-mole war, the mole from the other team killed all of us and then killed himself. His team won. I don't see ANY problem with this what-so-ever. I think people are beginning to be a little hyper-sensitive here and it's really becoming a buzz kill. It's getting to the point that you have to worry about every, single move you make. Isn't the point of the mole to help his team win? Well, then by all means necessary, he should do that. If team killing (the mole killing the team he is on) is OK, then suicide shouldn't even be a question. If you follow the school of thought that the mole is only supposed to kill the other team, well then the RVN mole should be penalized for the last Black tourney for keeping the mics keyed while in the dead pool and keeping our team from working out strategy for the next round. Right? WRONG!! That mole did his job and he did it well. Quite clever if you ask me!
  11. Easy ... the point of whack-a-mole is to help your team WIN. The mole kills himself and his team wins.
  12. Call the doctor and ask for some phenergan.
  13. If you go by this train of thought, you might as well just not even show up to play, IMO. We have played and thought tactics used were "cheap" (for lack of a better term), but that's the way it goes. What I may call cheap, you may call a tactic. So as hard as it may be to swallow ... as long as you aren't cheating or glitching, all is fair. Next thing you know, we'll be told camping is cheap and can't be used.
  14. because we paid 50 bucks for it; you didnt see cod4 come out half finished? they don't give you a car without an engine and tell you' date=' come back later we will have one for you. [/quote'] So you will be suing then? Just curious on how much your lawyer bills will be for a $50 claim... It's not about money inadub, it's about the principle of the matter. (And Chili, from his replies here, yeah, he posted that and meant it. )
  15. Well, I will tell you, I recently purchased a queen size mattress and box and paid around $1100 for it. All I cared about was quality/comfort. It's going to be hard to find a good deal online for that one, because I, myself, looked for a good month. (Well, that is unless, you aren't looking for anything specific. I was looking for something specific.) Go around to local stores, they'll haggle with you ... and probably even more so now considering the economy. TigerDirect has some good prices on TVs: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=3649&name=32-Inch-LCD-TV& So does Wal-Mart: http://www.walmart.com/browse/TVs/_/N-2pa9Zaq90ZaqceZ1yzp72f/Ne-lfms?catNavId=3996&tab_value=210003_All&ic=18_0&ref=125875.126081+1000036.4292594439&search_sort=4&selected_items=+ That's all the help I have to offer. Sorry I can't be more specific.
  16. Well?? Where are you cats?
  17. Those are too funny! I received some new ones yesterday. If I figure out how to post them, I will.
  18. I read $12-14 per hour. Guess it all depends on who is paying you.
  19. I read somewhere that you had to be careful because of the warranty thing a month or so ago, whenever I first read speculation about Circuit City closing, hence my comment. Google it. I'm sure you'll find something. Ok, well I just Googled it for you and found a couple of interesting links: http://blogs.consumerreports.org/money/2009/01/circuit_city.html http://www.examiner.com/x-1652-Gadgets-Examiner~y2009m1d16-Circuit-City-closing--heres-what-you-need-to-know (I don't know anything about this site, but they do mention warranties.) http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28680043/ (Dated article, but addresses warranties.) Ok, so it looks like there are 3rd parties who service the extended and the manufacture's warranties are good.
  20. I saw this video 3-4 years ago when a friend emailed it. A military friend had sent it to him. I always believed it was a .50 cal, like he said. At the end of the vid, you see them zooming out and you get an idea of how far off they were. (That part was cut off at the end of this clip.) I couldn't believe that you can shoot someone from that far away. Crazy stuff!
  21. Just rewatched last season's finale that I have had on the dvr. Getting geared up! I forgot how awesome it was!!!
  22. Don't forget about the fact that once you purchase, you won't have a store to take it back to if need be. Soooo, I'm thinking, the price better be really freakin good!
  23. Haha! That was fun. We'll have to find more UF clans and rooms to play in more often.
