SO.....we'd like to find out what you all think about the online aspects of GTA4 online. There's different map modes. There's different reactions to potential online lag issues. There's a different "clan" feel to it. We'd like to hear your specific thoughts on your experiences, good and bad, about playing this online title. Sigh...... To dispel ANY rumors as to what, if any, pop-themed music I may have on my phone, I'll list the damn thing out for ya. Random calls: Intro to "Blue" by A Perfect Circle (now it's the "24" ringtone) The woman: Intro synth from "Born Slippy" by Underworld The clan/UF Staff: Intro riff to "Sweet Home Alabama" (now it's the theme song from "The Unit) Mom: Intro riff to "Sweet Child o' Mine" from GnR VBall crew: "Let's Go!" by Lil' Wayne and crew Aaaaand that about does it.

Whenever I read someone typing "cream of the crop" I invariably HAVE to start singing "rise to the top" in my head immediately afterward. Leave it to a shitty song to mentally scar someone...... ;D

Nackulicious....thank you SO much for that link to PhoneZoo.....I LOVE it. Already downloaded the familiar ringtone from the "24" CTU offices......FINALLY! LOL And now whenever someone calls me who's on my "APC/UF" group, the theme song from "The Unit" rings out....so I can do my best to sound like a hardened General when I answer the phone "THIS IS TOW, WUUUUUP!" LOL

Refresh your browser and delete your cookies, Affliction. And everyone, the territories are now listed in terms of possession on the TACMAP.

The TACMAP has now been updated with all the maps attributed to each one. The TACMAP is right now being updated with the clan choices as well as the pre-bundled cities to go along with each clan's HQ choice. This process should be completed within the hour.

You MAY get an opportunity to see it unfold as UF always retain the right to sit in on the match. We're currently in discussions about having the championship match for Crucible-2 be recorded for showcase viewing on the UF website.

Same could have been said about the Halloween movies....and it probably was said.....but in my opinion, the newest one directed by Rob Zombie was GREAT. I liked it a lot. They're probably hoping for similar success with this one. There's nothing wrong with reviving some of these horror icons. Freddy, Jason, Michael.....they're OUR generation's Dracula, Frankenstein and Wolfman. Everyone knows them. Everyone knows who Freddy is. Everyone knows the hockey mask. Globally. Hell, Dracula's been re-done so many time, hit and miss, that there was even a "Dracula 2000." There's a possibility that there may be some rendition of Freddy Kreuger in 2030. Never know.

Well, it's kinda why we announced "clan alternates" and even said "be ready in case someone doesn't accept their invite." No worries, if you're not ready, you're not ready and your guys' going off and doing other things is not really our fault. Hopefully they weren't looking TOO forward to Riot Act. And we move on....
