This may be coming a few days late, but Sniper and I really had to catch up on all the harshness that was going on around here. Though there were plenty of attitudes and comments flying around, some were more muted than others. We know in a community this large, not everyone will get along. We don't ask them to, either. But we do ask you all to be CIVIL here within our tournament community. This week, Asian Apple made some colorful remarks that are simply not acceptable here on this forum. These comments have earned her a 1-week ban from this forum, starting today and ending next Saturday. We know after this, wounds will not be healed, but hopefully they will begin to. No one here needs to hate anyone here. Simple as that. We're posting this here, as we do with all bans, so that others may learn from this and know that this behavior here is NOT acceptable. Hopefully this week will offer some cool down period. So let's get over this and start this tourney with a good vibe. It's one hell of a tour, so if you don't wanna be someone's life long friend, now you get the chance to shoot their pixelated butt off. But at the end of the day, win or lose, our focus here is that we ENJOY the time spent here. - TOW

I saw the following image on one of the front pages of the inside sections of a newspaper today. INSTANTLY, all I saw was the "iLL" in it and thought of the clan. That happens every once in a while. I will see an abbreviation somewhere in public and think of a clan of UF. So I decided to snap a pic of it. Only because this one wasn't just the abbreviation....but the paper sure printed it right enough for us. LOL

Naw.....we leave the "battles" to GB......but when you want a WAR, you come to Urgent Fury. And by the way, I'd like to thank the members of this community for helping this new guy out with all the information and links. Good to see. And by the way, Famous, that's PROBABLY something ELSE you don't see over there in GB. A Community that comes out of its way to HELP you.

Due to [iLL] informing UF that they are dropping out of the upcoming Crucible-2 championship match on Wednesday night due to not wanting to be recorded, UF is awarding the final match to [LPK], crowning them the champions of Urgent Fury Crucible-2. We'd like to apologize to [LPK] if this comes as a disappointment to them winning in this manner, but I would also remind them that it still took valid and hard-fought wins to bring themselves to that championship match and they should be proud of how they performed. I have been waiting for someone like Pathogen to say what he did. And thank you for not feeling so politically correct, which is what Demo had ALWAYS depended people to do for him all while he bent the rules and talked his shit, and you just laid it out for what he was/and IS. ReD Cell used to be APC's closest friends. Not allies. FRIENDS. I still like Wrath, who I believe is probably the greatest asset and person in that clan, but I will not hide this, Demo can go fuck himself. Quote me however you like and bold it to high heaven. And for anyone who thinks he is and, more importantly WAS, a great guy.....get a clue. Get a fucking clue. I don't care HOW long you spent with him. We (Sniper and I) spent JUSt as much time if not more, on a MUCH more intimate level with him behind the scenes here running UF.......and he was the CAUSE of Sniper and I leaving on two different occasions. Once just me and the second time both of us simultaneously. Whenever I read that someone thinks he was a good man, I just shake my head. But hey, there's some people out there who thought Hitler was a fun guy to hang around too. In the end, ReD will do what it wants to do. We (UF) have already been approached, not by ReD, but by someone else asking FOR ReD, if they would be allowed back here in UF. Sniper and I talked it through and we said they could, but ONLY because of one man's name that came up in our convo, and that was Wrath. We didn't want to freeze out someone like him or potentially others like him because of one dickbag. However, we put some stringent "rules" on said dickbag if he were to arrive back here so that if he DOES come back, he's on a short leash. If he DOESN'T come back because of it, then we're all the happier. Hope that clears up the "who knows what UF is thinking right now" BS going around now. Now hopefully this thread will just DIE already. I think it's just a shit topic to begin with and people are wasting too much time typing on it, myself included. Myself ESPECIALLY. And let me know when I don't have to be so politically correct so I can tell you how we REALLY feel.
