  1. Mass is up, already half full and the partys rockin! US Central.
  2. Thanks, Hate. Scary sig there, but all I can do is look closer at the tiny boobies.
  3. Been a damn long time since I've heard your lovely uvula at work! you spelled 'vulva' wrong Now that was funny as fuck.
  4. Get used to it! What's awesome about the Shapewriter, though, is that you can add in any vocabulary as you see fit, to fit you personally. Very handy when trying to save on characters when trying to type a message within one text and not running over into two. The typical "gonna" replacing "going to" and such like that. I've done the same with my usernames. Like I said....it takes about a week or two of awkwardness...but really, Rage....it's um.....all..the..rage..?
  5. DROID X! http://phones.verizonwireless.com/droid/x/
  6. LOL...I was being serious. It's been a damn long time since I've heard your voice!
  7. I know he does this with beer. I cannot attest to the cheese accusation.
  8. Been a damn long time since I've heard your lovely uvula at work!
  9. There are a lot of really great individuals here in the UF community. The guys running UF have their finger on that pulse because it would be hard to try and come up with a better solution to filling an admin space than choosing Minion. He'll surely be a dedicated asset for the goings on behind these scenes. So far up into the stratosphere already, it's difficult to imagine UF reaching loftier levels, but this tourney site just got a little bit better with this addition. Good luck to ya.
  10. Hi everyone... In the past few weeks, Ravenfall has been shifting some things. We've long-dealt with, like many clans here, the dilemmas and burdens of trying to satisfy all players over the span of all types of games and trying to balance cohesive and unified game play throughout. With the MWs and the MoHs and the RDRs and the MAGs...the list can go on...a clan can really stretch itself thin. Ravenfall was doing that. We had a long talk about it and we've solidified our commitment to the game that really has brought us all together and has sustained us for the 7+ years we've been together. We're rallying around our affection for Socom. We've purged a number of gunners who were inactive or just active on other games, taking themselves voluntarily away from the knit framework that makes a clan, that makes a team. We found that though we had a good number that played Socom, it was some of the others' inactivity that was slowly deteriorating the morale of the clan overall. Whereas a while ago we numbered at 50. Just a few weeks ago we numbered at 34. As of this week, we have carefully whittled our numbers down to a lean 25 players. But these players aren't spread across multiple games and forgetting our core clan entertainment. These players are playing SOCOM. Though other games are played, Socom is our meeting ground. When we were scattered, we would have 2-3 players on in any given night. Experience in the public rooms showed us that having a few players such as this easily get voted out of rooms controlled by those in number and, worse, those with some less-than-desirable character and language. As UF players, you know what I'm talking about. We know there are players who are roaming around now, playing Socom, but are not necessarily doing it in the clan environment that this game really pushes for. They refuse to go elsewhere because, really, Socom is THEIR game. There are some loners out there that may be looking to be part of a greater Socom-focused whole. No frills...just Socom. We've recently seen the return of two really great gunners to our ranks in the past week and, honestly, it put a really good feeling into our hearts. We like that swell of fun that it's brought on and we would like to see it continue. That being said...we're going to do something tonight that our clan has never done before...for just a night. Typically every Friday night, we host our RVN-MidniteMass room...just a fun get-together of Ravens and friendly gunners shooting it out until the wee hours of the morning. Tonight, however, we're going to do something different. Instead of the "RVN-MidniteMass," we're putting up the "RVN-MassRecruit" room. We're shelving tedious tryout processes. We're stowing away the recruit hazing. We're experiencing this great, renewed outlook on things and, quite honestly, the ways of the old in our tryout process was tiring. For one night...tonight...we're going to allow an open door into Ravenfall...this Socom clan. The UF community has been a generous home to APC-then-RVN for as many years as UF has existed. For a very long time, it was even more than that to me as well. I recognize that the UF community houses a good portion of talented AND honorable players you can find out there, and that's why I would like to extend this invitation to any UF gunner that's interested. At our RVN-MassRecruit room tonight, from 11pm CST until the early hours of the morning, we will be issuing full RVN tags to any tagless, friendly face from the UF community who requests one. After this night, we're doing away with our tryout process and replacing it with a much simpler probation period. But tonight...the doors are open. It's our effort to help corral those gunners who feel they're missing that Socom-specific clan environment. We want to corral those who want to be a part of something focused. Socom-focused. We'll be issuing tags by request with the exchange of promise that we're accepting an honorable and friendly player who desires to play Socom, and that the player is accepting a clan that does not have a fragmented focus across games. Just for one night. We feel this is a little crazy...but at the very same time...we're finding that we're in the phase of ebb and flow that is at its most craziest. We are simply going with the flow and, really, just enjoying the ride where it takes us. It's never been an easy experience to get into Ravenfall. Tonight, that experience truly will never, ever be easier. Thanks for reading. Hope to see a few of you at the Mass tonight. Hope to see a few of you as new Ravens by the end of the night. We always put it up in a US Central server, and the room goes up at 11pm CST. If you like, catch us on our forum http://www.ravenfall.net/forum/index.php Take care, everyone! - TOW
  11. Really like the colors of the site, and the clan logo is really wicked. Nice work, guys.
  12. I missed the teaser, but I'm looking forward to what's coming! Fresh air is always appreciated.
  13. Oooooooooo.....you gots a Contacts app!
  14. Welcome to the future. As for the Skype, you should not have a problem finding it in the Market. "Skype Mobile" Google wouldn't block it as it is an official Android App...and Google isn't really blocking anything, as Google is not spelled A-P-P-L-E.
  15. LOL...no, no novel. Just the following...which I did not write. Just "decorated." This is a lesson you can carry in your pocket and use, not just here in the gaming community, but especially in the real world. Please...for your own benefit: No one...and I mean NO ONE...takes the uneducated seriously.
  16. Have you thought about just scrapping the whole idea of a GPS unit itself and replacing it with GPS you can obtain on cell phones nowadays? I was thinking about getting a GPS unit for Christmas last year...but then in early December I bought my Moto Droid....problem was solved...with a LOT of added features and capabilities. I can't add much value in the actual GPS unit discussion, only because I have never bought or used one. But I use the GoogleMaps and Navigation on my Droid nearly every week...and it has yet to fail me. It's very convenient to have this app and eliminating any need for another piece of electronic equipment.
  17. I found this to be foul. Most foul. Ok, done. Bye now.
  18. Trailer looks friggin' cool: E3 2010: Exclusive Betrayal Cinematic Trailer HD - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
  19. I've always personally liked to keep this very simple: 1: Dead people don't talk to alive people. Period. No talk. No type. No F'n sign language. 2: Anything conveyed through a communications means that is NOT the PS3 headset is wrong.
  20. Used Mabilo for a while and liked it. Switched to Zedge about two months ago. I like the UI much better on Zedge than Mabilo. Plus, Mabilo has an app for ringtones and an app for wallpapers. Zedge has both in one app....one less app is always better. Try it out. Speaking of wallpapers....I don't buy a lot of apps, but HAD to buy this live wallpaper...99-cents....it's called Pixel Zombies. Look it up....and love it. It looks so simple and yet this fucker can captivate you for a fucking HOUR if you're not careful. And when you get bored, drop a fucking nuke. I also bought the PRO Zoom 5x camera as the stock camera replacement. SO much more you can do in-picture than with the stock. And for more pic-goodness, buy PicSay Pro. There's a free version, but the pro rocks. And it blows the free Photoshop app out of the fucking water. Ringdroid is awesome to MAKE your own ringtones. It's how I've had the low predator growl as my text message for so long now. I love it when my phone talks to me. The Mint.com app fucking ROCKS...requires an actual mint.com app, but if you guys aren't using this site for all your accounts and budgeting stuff....USE IT. I'm not kidding. Seriously. USE IT. It's fucking free. And it's smarter than you are. If you have Directv, then get the Directv app. Programming my shows to record when I'm on the road or see an ad while riding on the morning commute...can't beat it. To put about 30 fucking apps all onto a smart, manageable "drawer" categorized however you want, look up a free app called "Speed Dial." There are a few similarly named apps like that, I'm sure, so look for the one with the "yellow grid" app icon. You will love this for managing space on your home screen. Mobisle Notes is the BEST note taking app I've ever used...and I've used about a half dozen ones. Key Ring is great for all those pesky membership barcode plastic things for groceries and best buy and circuit ci....uh....and all those other ones. Skype Mobile. Nuff said. Try these out. I like them all.
  21. That movie was garbage. I was referring to the overall storyline of the game.
  22. I agree. Just talked with friends about this. I LIKE the whole Otherworld aspect of the story. I LIKE that Reptile and Baraka weren't human and more alien/whatever. I really liked it, and making them human, though it's a creative new angle, may not be the angle that speaks to me.
