Leg shots aren't really equivalent to a chest shot. If you go through the process of checking I'm sure it takes more leg shots to kill someone than chest shots on hardcore. Hardcore really reminds me of the perfect hit detection of Socom 1; There is no "sponging" and the amount of shots it takes to kill someone is consistent.

Yes, but its SO expensive. We have a guy in our clan that does that type of stuff for a living and he was able to get his hands on one for a bit and Im sure we'll have some decent videos in HDMI soon. How much are we talking, a couple hundred? uh... no. The device he has to evaluate for his company is just under $2700 Jesus nevermind lol. In theory couldn't I just purchase a blu-ray recorder and write the videos onto a blu-ray disc then upload them? I did some research and the Blu-Ray recorders run from $300-900.

TBA 2008 The 10th of Never. P.S. I hope everyone has fun at the first CoD 4 Mass tonight. Unfortunately I probably won't be there until around 2 AM CST if at all. I'm currently out in Hawaii on vacation and it's 4 hours earlier than Central time here. That coupled with the fact that hotel internet traditionally sucks ass I may not be in attendance for the inaugural CoD 4 Midnight Mass.

ALWAYS play Hardcore mode.. If you ever have the option ALWAYS play Hardcore.. Otherwise you might as well be playing Socom.. (on Non-Hardcore modes, the hit detection can be just as frustrating as any game) It isn't so much the hit detection is "messed up," it's just in Hardcore you have far less health than in normal game modes. I completely agree with Chili, Hardcore is the way to go.

It works in two ways to make you a better player in my opinion. You become more stealth oriented with Kill Cam off and it makes your stealth tactics better. On the other side of that if you are the one being killed by someone who is being stealthy it makes you value every inch you take, because you don't know which bend he is waiting around. I personally prefer the kill cam on though.

Are you serious wiz? Stealth is a huge part of teamwork and tactics ... I would have thought you would have respected that and appreciated it more. I'm not a fan of the kill cam, just because of what I mentioned earlier, it's almost like rewarding you for dying (cause you can run right back to that spot and kill them). I see both sides of the ball here, but with CoD the kill cam goes well with the overall theme of CoD online, just like stealth did with Socom. I think the kill cam adds to the fast paced game play of CoD, because it makes you have to stay on the move or swap locations after a kill or you run the risk of being tracked by a previously killed tango.

Nice Tomatoes man! My Tomato crop in my Garden was worse than the norm, mainly due to dry weather. My Melrose peppers did just fine though .

I haven't really tried the M40, but the Barrett works perfect for me. I use stopping power and Iron lungs and 99% of my shots are 1 shot kills (The only time it takes two shots to kill someone with a Barrett and stopping power is when the person has Juggernaut enabled). I don't really experience the inaccuracy everyone talks about in reference to the Barrett, but I saw it alot with the M21 and Dragonov.
