  1. http://www.urgentfury.com/linkus.php It's at the top of the forums. In between "Community" and "Settings".
  2. I totally agree. Zipper made the same mistake with MAG. When that game first came out, it was a piece of crap IMO. When I played it again about a full year later, I loved it. It was a completely different game. Now if they would have released it as it is today, I think it would have been a huge game. But it was too late. People simply moved on to other games. The only reason I even bought it was because Gamestop was selling it new for $15 for about a week.
  3. And here is a good MP video without the annoying girl:
  4. If this does get completed, it should be placed in the "Links to Us" section.
  5. No, I mean the sound. I have a 5.1 surround sound system connected to my PS3 via an optical cable. So how will hooking up a USB then start making the sound come through the headset? I mean, even with the PX5's, there is a base station that connects to your sound system or TV. This new headset does not has a base station. Just the headset and a USB plug-in. I'm still getting it, but this is perplexing me. I need to know now!! lol That PX5 headset is not rechargeable?! I didn't know that. I missed that on the specifications list. For how much that thing cost, you would have thought they would have included an internal rechargeable battery.
  6. It was actually $65 with free shipping, but who's counting. lol Anywho, can someone explain to me how this will work. I mean, without a base station and just a USB plug in. How does the sound come into the headset from just plugging in a USB?
  7. I concur.
  8. It all depends on the community support IMO. Especially when it comes to clans. And the Battlefield series has not been know for it's robust community support. But I did read this, and it makes me optimistic. http://bf3blog.com/2011/08/battlefield-3-pc-version-wont-have-in-game-server-browser/ The tables have turned. A day after we gladly reported that console gamers would be getting this great PC feature called “server browserâ€, we can now report that PC gamers won’t have an in-game server browser. DICE’s Alan Kertz has confirmed that in order to switch servers, you have to exit Battlefield 3, and use Battlelog to find another server and join. Granted, Kertz points out that BF3 “starts up really fastâ€, but we can’t imagine it being more effective than having an in-game server browser, which has been the norm in PC games for decades — in fact, there’s no other game that requires you to exit in order to switch servers. Considering that server switching is frequent among gamers, either because of rage quitting or trying to find a better game, or something third, this could cause some annoyance. We’ll have to wait and see how it plays out (no pun intended) when Battlefield 3 is released. So far, it’s kinda disappointing news, but we’ll see how it turns out in the end. Console gamers now have in-game server browser, while PC gamers don’t. Oh the irony.
  9. I actually never really cared about this feature anyway. I just couldn't see myself talking to someone else playing a different game. Why would you?
  10. http://www.gamesthirst.com/2011/08/19/ps3-cannot-do-cross-game-chat-says-sony/#more-30558 After 5 long years, Sony comes clean and admits the PlayStation 3 cannot do cross-game-chat, and explained why. According to Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida, games are given priority over all else when distributing the RAM, which results in little to no room for features such as voice chat. Also, the feature cannot be changed, so don’t expect to see an update in the future that’ll introduce it. “Once a game gets RAM we never give it back,†Yoshida told Eurogamer, “It’s not possible to retrofit something like that after the fact.†“The game has to use its own memory to do in-game voice chat. There’s always voice chat in the game. But it’s a part of a game feature. It’s not a part of an OS feature. That’s the reason in terms of the ability to have voice chat across different games.†Almost 2 years ago we sent live a rumor that made it all over gaming’s web, where PlayStation: The Official Magazine said PS3 cross-game-chat would be a feature exclusive to PS Plus members. This will must be disappointing news for many.

  12. I loved her first by Heartland. But I just got it at Amazon. It was only $.99. But thanks anyway bro.
  13. Cool, thanks.
  14. I just need to purchase one song for a picture montage. I need to put it on a thumb drive along with the pictures.
  15. Photorealistic gaming is coming, no doubt. Here is another company to keep your eyes on. The questions is, what will this new tech do to the price of games? We are already up to $60 a game. Will we see $100 games in the near future?
  16. The best part of Pulse is Christina Lee! They need to create a PS3 dynamic theme featuring those legs!!
  17. I only figured it out when I seen the season 3 Tester thread.
  18. Ravenfall is a military-shooter gaming clan with a focus on SOCOM 4 and Modern Warfare 3 on the PS3. We are a 21yoa and over clan. We Win with Honor, and Lose with Dignity. Ravenfall then, naturally, embodies every word of that sentence in its clan functions, personnel, and leadership. This is no smokescreen. This is simply what Ravenfall is. Go to the Ravenfall forums and register. Make sure you put IRISH BULL in the referral box so we know it's not spam.
  19. Yep, that's the one I wanted. I just can't justify the price to the other half. lol

    Falling Skies

http://www.tnt.tv/series/microsite/fallingskies/ Great show. If you haven't checked it out yet, TNT is having a Falling Skies marathon this Sunday leading up to the season finale.
  21. That's why I wanted to get an actual headset. But I have to have wireless, and good ones aren't cheap. But I can do $65.
  22. My main interest is the fact that all you need to do is hook up a USB to your PS3 and the sound then comes through the headset. Now I don't know how they are doing this, but I don't care. And due to my personal set-up, I have to have wireless. Also, I currently have the PS3 official bluetooth and I like that it has the onscreen display. And this one will too.
  23. http://playstationlifestyle.net/2011/07/31/pre-order-the-official-sony-wireless-headset-for-a-bargain/ Back in March, Sony unveiled a new wireless headset that has been designed with PlayStation 3 owners in mind. With 7.1 surround sound, volume controls, retractable microphone, and even notifications that sync on the PS3 console, gamers looking to get ahead have taken note. Unfortunately, with its $99 price tag, some people have been reluctant to pre-order, but the remedy for that is Amazon. Amazon currently has the official Sony Wireless Stereo Headset available to pre-order for $65, a discount of nearly $35. This is very likely to be the lowest price point you’ll see this pair of headphones available for quite some time, and free shipping is included. TV stereo doesn’t do your video games justice, and if you don’t already have a set of headphones, you should consider picking up a pair. The Sony Wireless Stereo Headset will release in September. Pre-order it now.
  24. I could. Back when I was this kids age. lol In fact I did. I remember waking up one time, turing on my PS1 and playing a game from about 10am until about 2am. And this is before online playing.
