    Yea ill probably be picking up mag after playing the beta. I dont think it will take me completely off of socom though. I wont be off of socom until there is another lobby based TPS for me and TNU to go to.

    You've never thrown a nade and had your guy just keep performing the action over and over. You cant use quick select to stop him, you have to use the weapon wheel and select your gun and then it puts your quickselect back on your pistol. Its ridiculously annoying. Usually happens to me once a day or so. And idc what the mythbusters say. If you know where someone is in the water you should be able to kill them. Not being able to shoot through water should not be an issue in socom.

    So you dont get md when you have 9 people alive and an elimination draws in a tie because you cant shoot through water even though you know where the last guy is? You dont get mad when someone captures a control point your scoped in on and they get it 20 feet away? How about when you throw a grenade and then get in a gun battle but your guy wont stop trying to throw another nade that is not in his hand and the retardo wheel wont let you get your gun quick enough. I mean I still play the game but it DOES ruin the game, I and im sure you as well, would bitch less if those things were fixed. I never said it made it unplayable but we all bitch when those things happen and they are issues that should not be there if this game was made correctly.

    Im sorry man but that is the attitude that makes it OK for them to put out games with missing features and incomplete BS. Its the same mentallity of the people who said it's only a beta 2 weeks before release. Whats broken? We cant shoot through water, you can stand on a nade and not die, you cant reload and step on a curb, you can plant from over 20 feet away in certain areas, You can shoot and plant through solid objects, When entering into a room late on breach you spawn outside of the breach area. I can go ON and ON and all of these effect game play. Please do not ask what it wrong with a half complete and completely demolished game. I love socom and its the only game I have ever consistently played online and I will continue to play it because of my clan, but that does not mean its not broken.

    LMAO I actually ran into 2 of them yesterday. I was asking them the same thing. I guess there DD hasnt had the extra funds to keep the website up but they only have about 7-8 active members atm. They are still around though.

    No you purchase upgrades with Skill Points. Ive upgraded my sniper rifle all the way so far and now im working on machine guns and my characters athleticism.

    Junk why dont you just create a wordpress blog on your own server so you can use a real URL and have it be fully customizable with no ads. Its still free.

    Earlier today, Kotaku reported everyone's favorite animal lover (sarcasm, ahoy!) could make his way into Madden 10 via an update. See, yesterday he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, cementing his return to the NFL. But, since Madden 10 already shipped, many wondered if he would even be in the game. Enter: Rob Semsey, EA's resident dude to pass all Madden questions to, who told Kotaku that EA was trying to get him into the game and promised "an announcement in the near future." But, see, here at Joystiq, that doesn't cut the mustard, so we grilled Semsey for something more. He had this to say: "Michael Vick will be added to the Philadelphia Eagles roster in the next Madden NFL 10 roster update, pending NFLPA and NFL approvals. The next roster update will go live approximately on August 19th for Xbox 360 and PS3, with additional platforms to follow shortly thereafter." So, yes, he'll even make his way to the Wii game and, in all likelihood, we could all see Vick sporting some green as early as this Wednesday.

    Well there are a couple ways, I think the easiest would be to use an external hard drive and transfer them. The cheapest (If available) although also somewhat time consuming option. Would be to put what you want to transfer in a zip or rar file and load it onto the FTP for your website and then download it through your laptop. I'de much rather use an external though. Or is you have it a USB to USB file transfer may work if you have the right cord to hook your desktop to your laptop.

    why is this such a big deal? It got pushed back 2 months. not a year like socom. It was already confirmed to have been pushed back to january over a month ago from what i understood. Maybe that will give us more time to test the game out on the Beta.

    I dont think 12 on 3 times a night is that much. We get 12-16 on nightly and are having a hard time finding something to do. Thats the main reason I'de like some tournament for larger clans that can support 12+ players on a regular basis.

    Honestly I'de love to see something similar to black ran for larger clans. 6v6 is ok but what do I do with the 8-10 other players I have online lol? Maybe a 12v12 regularly rotated league (not necessarily no boom) that is on going like black is would be nice.
