Well, I feel like I should chime in, if only to thank Tow & everybody else who worked to make this whole thing possible. I really appreciate the kind words in regard to my character, I do the best I can. And I hope it speaks volumes about the shooters I chose to be a part of this exciting new project. Rogue 7 / DEVGRU will always hold a place in my heart, but like Tow, I felt like it was time to move on. As close as [>7<] & [APC] have been over the years, it was a natural progression. The logistics of this "colaboration" were crazy at times. I mean, just the fact that we had to keep it secret from so many people, for such a long time, was nearly impossible. Special thanks to Chronic, Fear Wade, & the other guys on my end, who helped make this transition as easy as possible. In closing, I raise a drink to my friends, both old & new. Hear the call!!! ~V~

This should probably be a separate thread, and I'm in no position to speak for Tow or Sniper. But, it seems that the problem is not so much with not wanting to add other games to the Urgent Fury experience. It has much more to do with a game's ability to fit within the UF template. Most of you wouldn't believe the hours that go into the structure of each tournament. Like the rest of the UF Staff, I have been witness to the creation, development, and execution of these tournaments. And like the rest of the UFS, I'd be surprised if Tow or Sniper ever sleep. Not only is there a 'backstory' running throughout the duration of each tourney, but the wars themselves create the kind of environment you feel around a professional sporting event. I've been here since UF2...and have been witness to some fairly amazing $#!t. (I'm talkin' "we'll sell you the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge" kinda' $#!t...lol) I think I know Tow pretty good, and I know he won't take the easy way out by doing another GameBattles ladder. So, any game they introduce to the UF experience, will have to go through the Urgent Furyfication process, which = time & resources, which means they'll probably be very selective about which games make the cut. I agree with the one email on the podcast...if we get too many irons in the fire, things could get out of control. But, that's all in my humble opinion. Of course. Good post though Shadow. w00t

Wow...I really didn't expect this, this was actually just a WIP. It's nothin' fancy, but I'm glad everybody digs it "as is". I was actually working on lyrics as well...but Tow sez it doesn't need any....lol We could have a little contest to see who can write some bad ass lyrics though, and we'll cut it using the winning entry's words. Just a thought. Anywho, like I said, it is pretty cool that you guys like it. I thought I'd share the lyrics I had started on.... Gun's up, in the Red Room, Man down, on the Red Room roof... The smell of blood is in the air, you can smell it everywhere, Can you smell it? Can you taste it?!!!

I got my disc today. For PS3 users, you simply open a Master Account on the PSN (or use an existing Master Account), then from the PSN icon on the XMB, select 'Account Management', then enter 'Transaction Management', select Redeem PSN Card or Promotional Code. Enter voucher code. NOTE: Code is 'case sensitive', and must be entered exactly how it is displayed. Click continue, you'll then be taken to the download screen. Have fun. Download is available April 17th, 2008 to May 5th, 2008. Beta is available for online play from April 21st, 2008 to May 5th, 2008.

I've got a buddy who actually owns 2 Big Dogs. I have to say (even as a die hard Harley guy), these are quality machines. I will be asking him if he gets a lot of TnA from the PTA.

[DaRK] onewholikes2kill, Ummmm....I wasn't the one who was being over offensive, you were. I wasn't trying to cover up anything, I was explaining why we had made the decision...pay attention. It wasn't a screw up, we stand behind the decision to postpone tonight's wars. Do you really think we've covered every little detail of the 2 tournaments, but we made such a big decision, without checking the facts, and weighing our options? I agree, you are the ass here.
