Jon Stewart takes down Bill O'Reilly
xPUDDYTATx replied to ShadowOfaSolja's topic in General Discussion
im not gonna touch the political issue at all, but i will say this. i like bill o'reilly a lot. i always have. i dont always agree with him, but he is a journalist. that unfortunately means that you get the opinions of your network, and you get to put your .02 into them. i would love to see bill move from fox to cnn just to see if his views on certain issues change. on the other hand, i often disagree with stewart, but i do love the fact that his background in comedy makes him great at world issues. comedians take the everyday and they simplify it, usually to make it funny. with that background, he has taken the everyday and simplified it to make it more serious, but in a way that common people can understand. i loved these videos, but i honestly lost track of the issue at hand, and halfway through began to just focus on two great minds trading defense and attack maneuvers. it was a great watch -
i lived in denver for two years, and i managed to get my hands on a tire boot. we did a little modification, and i could park anywhere in downtown just by getting it out of the back of the truck and slipping it on the tire. i loved that thing :-)

Parvovirus in Dogs. And my vet visit.
xPUDDYTATx replied to Outlaw__Rebel's topic in General Discussion
i have fed both my dogs pedigree there whole lives. look for some lamb lung dog treats. they stink bad, and look like crap, but dogs love em, and they are very good for em. also, get some pedigree canned food. its a bit more expensive, but change to one small can and two cups of dry food mixed together. its better for older teeth, and it cuts down on the corn intake from dry food. start there, and ill get more details on diet changes for ya -

hey blackcloud. im curious what kinda dog u have, and how old he/she is. also, im wondering what ya feed yur pup, and if u ever give it milk bones? i ask because my dad had a 15 year old border collie. we thought she was gonna go soon, and she finally did...last fall...at the age of 23. with a change of diet, she got 8 more good years, and went peacefully in her sleep. maybe we can chat and i can help ya with the same diet if your interested -

dude, this breaks my heart. i had a border collie who got parvo. she spent 4 days in the vets on an i.v. bag. she got better, and after the 5th day for observation, they called and told me to come get her. in the 35 minute drive to the vet, she died. dont think i ever been so heart broken before. i really hope yur lil one gets better dude. -
Do we have any mechanics or Nissan experts here.
xPUDDYTATx replied to BLACKCLOUD--'s topic in General Discussion
not real familiar with nissans that old, but i do know that many newer model vehicles will kill the fuel pump if the oil gets too low, the coolant gets too low, or if any sensor reads a critical number - temp, pressure, etc. - so i wouldnt doubt that this could have been your problem -
lol, i was just givin ya shit dude, but yeah, much better

i built custom homes for 10 years and was always disappointed in the way the customers put trashy yards in front of multi-million dollar homes, so i got into a side buisness of landscaping the same homes i was building to match the feel and design of the interiors. if you want some help id be glad to offer some assistance. ive been out of it a while, so id have to do a little research. just let me know how i can help.

i dont mean to hijack this thread, but vipers post made me think of a great story i saw on the news last night. when they interviewed the man who started seal team six, during the cold war, ther was already a seal team 1 and 2. this was back when seals were famous for underwater demolitions. when asked why he named his team "seal team 6" his answer was simple. the russians would always wonder where seal teams 3,4, and 5 were

its called gravity peebrain. bullets have weight, and gravity pulls them towards the ground. the faster a bullet travels, the longer it can go before gravity makes it hit dirt. small calibers like the sr25 can fly a long way because they have less weight, but they also lack knockdown power. larger rifles like the .50 can kick your ass at long range, but you have to aim higher so that it has more time to get to the target before gravity pulls it home. battlefield 2 was great for it realisstic bullet drop and leading a target. havent had a chance to snipe in socom 4, but if its the same as bf2 i wil be very happy

wow. fukin amazing. i made a belated, honest attempt to post something honest here, and in my attempt i used a company i am familiar with as an example. instead of anyone reading my post and taking it somewhat serious, it turned this into a auto manufactureer thread. even one of the staff members made a mockery out of this. its not just this thread. its many threads on this forum right now. why dont someone do a litle research and see how many threads are totally sidetracked by the fact that people just dont fucking care.why dont some of you READ waht was posted, and i mean all of what was posted? dont pick out some little fucking part and go "oh fuck, i gotta reply to that one lil sentence." peabrain...question for ya...who was the ONLY american auto manufacturer to NOT take a government bail out? it was ford!!! but besides that, i would alspo like to know if you understood what i meant in the comparison? did you have any clue what i was talking about? if not, i would be more than happy to pm you a lshort explanation in crayon with lots of fucking pictures so you could understand a little better.
