We are doing our party today, so people can sober up 2moro and get ready for work. Was planning to do whole pig but not enough are showing up. So I have a 14lbs brisket and 2 whole chickens on the smoker. Photos to come.

about 220 6 hours baby back pork. Thank you for the comment, They where GREAT!! keep an eye out for the 4th of July party meat supply. Didnt get enough for the pig so Im doing 5 racks of pork ribs, 1 brisket, 1 pork shoulder, and 2 beer butt chickens. Stay tuned!!
