It was definitely a great game. USA played their hearts out and just refused to let that crowd get in their head. As far as the most physical game, I think it might have been the second. The Russia-Czech game yesterday afternoon was physical as hell. Aside from Ovechkin almost killing Jagr, the two teams were beating the shit out of each other

And on the other hand, that's what makes Family Guy so unique time and time again. They have no restraints which is more than any other show can say. Even if it is a sucker punch and in bad taste, Family Guy will continue to be Family Guy long after people complain. It doesn't matter what the situation is.. Family Guy will always take that and reverse it any way they can to fit it into a show and use it as their fuel. I've learned by now to never be offended by anything on TV, especially Family Guy.

I actually think it was a battle until the Colts defense failed to show up for the 2nd half. How many times did they stop the Saints down the road? Nada. It's like The Who put them to sleep and they never woke up for the rest of the game. Even if Manning DIDN'T make a mistake and scored, the defense would've allowed Brees to take it right down the field and win the game.

Well, I made it through the playoffs without being arrested or tasered. However, I predict being attacked sometime next year since I went this year without incident.

I love The Show like nuts and I hope that this year they fix the online system like they promised. If online matches were stable, we'd finally be able to have our leagues without problems (aside from people not playing). I can't wait for 2k games to lose their MLB license. The way EA has been owning the sports field and improving every year, I would LOVE for EA to take over and show 2k how it should be done (aside from The Show)

This is the way I figure it... 2k9 was DREADFULLY bad. With all the glitches and bugs flying around that game, it wasn't even close to the caliber of The Show or even previous 2k games. So what I'm guessing is that this game has so many more bugs and glitches than its predecessor that it makes it nearly impossible to throw a perfect game.

I HIGHLY doubt that. Even if you give it a year, I highly doubt it'll happen. Zipper made this game to be a full-scale war with up to 256 people for a reason. Like many people are saying, this isn't Socom. Not every game Zipper makes will end up the same. In order for them to give us the option to create a private match, it'll end up being way too much of a hassle. They'll pretty much need to release a new game. These servers are dedicated servers hosted by Sony. Private matches can't be hosted by Sony because a player will have to create a room. Plus, I don't know if you have the game or not, but there's no way one person would be able to host a private room on a game like MAG. Even if it does end up being a 10v10 match, the maps are entirely too big for something like this to take place. They'd have to reconfigure the maps to allow for smaller gameplay and lesser objective, which I just don't see happening. They wanted this game to be about the Shadow War between 3 opposing factions going nuts on each other. Plus, creating private matches leads to people sitting around finding glitches. I don't think I'm being sarcastic when I say that Zipper knows about glitches and they know very well. Leaving it the way it is now is probably best. Glitchers don't have a chance to go out and exploit the game, boosters don't have a chance to sit around in a private room and have everyone become an OIC in just a day.

You said that you had 3 groups play together in the same room without breaking up. I'm saying it's easy to do that because there's no many people playing the game. If you guys queue up at the same time, of course you'll end up in the same match because there's nobody playing the game. IF the game gets a bigger audience, I bet when you try to queue up, it will be A LOT harder to end up together. And are you seriously saying that MAG's clan system is as good as Socoms? Having a clan roster and a tag is just as good as Socoms? If that's the case, then I guess GRAW, COD, RB6V have online systems just as good as Socom, too. I guess I missed the part where you can give your clan it's own emblem, camouflage for armor, organize clan matches on ladders.. Plus, you're saying "no private rooms" as if that's not a big deal. Sure you can have the same tag as someone, but if you can't sit there and have an organized clan tournament, then what's the use? All this game wants you to do is go out there and shoot with a squad of 8 using as many tactics as you think you can do and leaving the match on the shoulders of 120 random people. If this game was REALLY geared towards clans, there would have been a setup for private rooms and clan matches to happen on the game.

It's easier to play in the same match with people when you queue up at the same time on the games release date. If the game doesn't get as popular as they hope, it'll remain easy to stay in the same game and the same platoon as your clan. But to say that it has the same support as Socom is a joke. As much as we hate Socom, it has the most in depth clan system of any shooter we've seen. All you can do in MAG is invite people and give someone a promotion. That doesn't say much, at all.

No clan stuff. It's as simple as make a clan, invite people to the clan, play games with them if their online. There's pretty much no clan support beyond that. Don't expect having clan matches or any private rooms.

I guess I'll hop on the bandwagon and go with the.. uh, COLTS. I guess that people are forgetting a simple fact: PEYTON MANNING. He's going to tear up the Saints secondary even more than he did to the Jets.

Well, when you get promised that job 5 years ago and it's your DREAM job, you would get a little pissed off. Plus, on his final show, he had a huge thank you speech to NBC despite all of the differences. Conan is pure comedy, so he went out the way he was brought up.. using comedy. Actually, I'm pretty sure he's no longer under contract with NBC. That's why there was so much negotiation between the two sides. The only thing I know for sure is that Conan is not allowed to use any of his bits from the Tonight Show for like a year. I don't know about you guys, but I've been on Team Coco the entire team. He was promised the Tonight show 5 years ago, Leno was SUPPOSED to retire, and got screwed out of it all in the end. NBC talks about doing it because of ratings and how Conan's have dropped tremendously from Leno's, but they don't talk about the fact that ALL NBC shows, INCLUDING Leno's boring show, have dropped in ratings. The fact that Leno even got a new show after giving up the Tonight Show is a joke. Any older audience that Conan would potentially get from Leno ended up just watching Leno since it's more convenient to watch when it's 1 and a half hours earlier. Conan deserves to get another late night show VERY soon. He takes his shows to another level that neither Leno, Letterman, Kimmel, or anyone else can match. The amount of hands on skits that he does and the things that he puts himself through make him pure entertainment. Hell, back in Late Night, he did skits from Finland and Canada. His ideas are brilliant and I'd be pissed if he doesn't get back into late night shows somewhere. Hell, he may even be a nice force on Comedy Central.

This has been the greatest week for Conan. He's showing everyone why he truly is better than Leno and how far he really WILL go for laughs, unlike Leno (NBC parking lot shootout)

Wow, when you have fans of the OPPOSING TEAM saying that the guy didn't do anything wrong, then maybe he DIDN'T do anything wrong. Of course we don't know the full story, but I think I'd take the word of all the surrounding fans. They could have easily cheered for him to get arrested, but they clearly knew that the guy was being arrested for nothing.
