    I think it depends on how you play SOCOM. If you play competitively, then it's a sport. If you play for fun and entertainment, then it can be a hobby. To me, a hobby is building models or something. Something you do for fun and is totally uncompetitive.

    The 80gb is backward compatible with most games, it uses a software based emulation system, instead of hardware. Was the of that thing the Emotion Engine or something? I forgot...

    I'm pretty sure your download pauses when you play games... right? no it doesnt. I am on background download so im good. Yeah, even when I'm D/L'ing on background, they pause when I play Rainbow or fold... I don't know about Madden though...

    5 years ago today, SOCOM was released!! Happy birthday! I started playing that September - October of '02. I was only like 11 years old, and got super addicted! It doesn't feel like 5 years... Time flies when your having fun!
