33 1st prestige. But I waited forever to go to prestige. Everytime I would just stare at it and wonder, should I do it. But when I did I was really glad. It has been easier the second time around anyway. I got to 33 in less then a day.

yea the first time around it seems like forever. I had the same hesitation problem. now I can do a prestige a week if I feel dedicated.

What is Prestige?

When you reach LEVEL 55, you can enter a Prestige mode. Which means, you get a new ICON RANK and your rank resets, meaning you lose all of your weapons and challenges and start from LEVEL 1 again. But you have the new RANK ICON to let others know that you've completed the 1st level of prestiege. THere are 10 Presige levels, good luck.

when you get to level 55 you have a choice, you can ether stay at 55 and keep all your weapons or reset with a new symbol in front of your rank. you can do this ten times

41 still on the first run, I play a lot of private stuff.

 

And I'm still not even to two days yet. I also use a horde of other guns since as usual stats don't mean much to me. but when I get serious I stick to the M16 with just the red dot or else toss the the Acog on it. Otherwise I just keep using other guns and random perks.. most of the other weapons I don't even have the red dot for yet.

That is unless there is ANY value to trading in all my unlocked goodness... We were playing against a team (not in UF) last night and they asked "why is your whole clan sitting on your rank?" They were all level 3 upper 40's. I asked "we never really saw the reason to go any further". They then said "It shows how good you are and how much dedication you have". I laughed on the inside as we just beat them 4 games in a row.

I agree with you SID. If the only reward, for deciding to enter the prestige mode, is a new trinket next to your name why do it. Especially if you have to start over and earn all your waepons without any chance of obtaining better weapons, attachements, percs, etc.

1.) Has anyone else been experiencing a large number of the "lost connection" errors?

 

I had thought it was me until last night when I heard someone else on the mic read off the same message I had on my screen. It has been happening a lot the past few days.

yes! black snake you're NOT the only 1, in the past day or two, ive lagged out or gotten booted at LEAST 5 times, which is REALLY weird, b/c once i got booted, i'd find a new game and be fine, unlike socom where if i lagged out i had to restart...

I beleve if the host has a bad connection the game has a tendency to have a connection error resulting in all the players getting the boot

Im a 42 on the first prestige. I dont wunna do the prestige again until the end of the tourny cuz I dont have the time to play it as much as others.
