As I'm sure everyone has their particular screening processes for their clan, I always get amazed when people post that they're looking for a clan, and they're known in this community as a player from another clan IN the community, but never ask WHY they're no longer with that group? They simply just throw out there website. So I'll ask it.....not because I'm recruiting, but because I'm curious, and everyone else SHOULD be curious.....because here in an honorable community like UF, LOL, we should be recruiting RESPONSIBLY! As you were a part of Rogue 7, whom we all know here as a respectable clan, were you dropped from that clan or did you leave...and if it can be made public in a proper and respectful way, what was the reason? Again, if it can't be illustrated in a public way, then I guess people can get than info privately. Thanks.

Currently, UF has 23 accepted invitations for the upcoming UF4 tourney. Currently, UF has 15 confirmed Clan Reps representing these 23 clans. The math, of course, doesn't work. Clans invited to UF4 need to appoint their Clan Rep A.S.A.P. so that your clan's representation can get rolling with anything needed for the tourney. If your Clan Rep does not currently show up with a yellow color over their name here on the forum, please have them contact me immediately so that they may begin their duties. TOW

We go over this a few times a year, everyone. To all UF community members, PLEASE amend your profile to show your clan tag/affiliation to the rest of the members of this community. All Clan Reps and Clan Leaders should also instruct their members whom they see without a tag to put one on. Please make this announcement on your respective home clan forums as well as through PMs here if you see them on the forum, walking around naked. Thank you.

As many of you already know from last night, the new podcast for UF is already up, a day earlier than the typical Sunday update. Head to the UF website to check out: The winners of the sig contest. Yes, Sniper and I said that there would only be one winner, but the submissions were so good and the opinions so split on many of them that we had to award two of them. The grand prize winner was [101]'s Trigga47 with his shown here: Then we decided there should be a runner up, and it was a CLOSE runner up. Runner-up and prize-winner went to [503]'s SniperWolf, shown here: Congratulations to both individuals. Sniper will be contacting you shortly about your prizes. The podcast also included the usual ad sponsor, this one being A Perfect Circle Used Tire Rotation and Repair. I believe they're currently running a promotion. The invites for UF4 were read out via Commander Fury's Urgent Frequency podcast. Though the invites were printed out here today, there's nothing like hearing your clan name called out by the Furious One himself! Then there was something about "Urgent Fury Breakout.." Not quite sure what THAT could mean. And lastly, the alternates were announced as well. If you haven't gotten to the podcast like the rest of the party did last night, then hop to it! The maps will be released AFTER the meeting that the Clan Reps convene at to choose their territories. No one will know what map they are choosing at this meeting. They will just be choosing a location on the tacmap. More will be made clear when the tacmap is updated to the UF website.
