Naw, it shouldn't get major responses.....other than to say you're probably right. EVERY great empire in history eventually falls. Either we implode on our own gluttonous expectations and lifestyles......or someone covets what we have and TAKES it. But you're right......America's seat at the top will not last forever.

When people join the Army, Navy, Marines, Airforce, Coastguard or whatever they join to serve their country not to die by a suicide car bomber. Were not fighting a war against Terrorism in Iraq. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. George Bush is just an absolute idiot. Thats why those troops are wondering why they are their. Heres some knowledge... Were start back in the 1960's. 1964 the United States CIA plans the placement of Sadam Hussien as leader of Iraq. 1979 in Iraq a military Coup overs throws the government and Sadam is placed in power. The United States CIA started the coup to place Sadam in power. 1980 Ronald Reagan is voted the new President of the United States. 1980 Iraq vs Iran war has begun. 1982 Ronald Reagan his Vice President George Bush Sr. and Donald Rumsfeld begin to sell weapons to Sadam to help Iraq win the with against Iran because Iran was a huge threat to America. We have control of Sadam now. We sold Sadam weapons in exchange for oil. Donald Rumsfeld negotiated a deal for a Billion Dollar oil pipe line to be build in Iraq. Iraq was taken off the common countries known for Terroism list. Just might I add they did this illegally. 1988 George Bush Senior is elected new President of the United States. He continued to sell weapons to Sadam until 1992. 1990-1991 we had the Gulf War. Iraq invaded Kuwait. Sadam thought he had the green light because the United States still seemed to support him with weapons. Our soldiers tha fought against Iraq during this war, had their own weapons used against them. Your wondering if this could be true and it is. 2001 9/11 occurs where the twin towers and the pentagon hit by airliners. 2004 the United States invades Iraq for search of WMD's which were never found. The only thing found were Mustard Rockets we sold to them in the 80's. Why invade Iraq when Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Why go after Sadam when he had nothing to do with 9/11. Why attack Iraq whn it was proven that Al- queda never existed in IRaq. Now after reading this heres a question I want to ask you. If 9/11 never happened would you agree to still invade Iraq for search of WMD's? All the things I have said I don't force you to believe or even agree but I want you to have an open mind and thing of all the possible ideas. 9/11 was used to start a war. Fox 5 one of the worlds biggest Main stream media and conservative sent out a message that said Iraq was behind the attack and made everyone believe the wrong thing. So please flame or post replies. I love it when civilians look up some "internet news" and weighted documentaries and think they have all the answers. My friend....I'm a smart man and even I do not claim to know WHY our government does what it does. Be it for the right reasons, the wrong reasons or ambivalent, THIS thread was meant for two things.....that we remember those who fell at the hands of terrorism on 9/11 and to honor those who are fighting FOR our country. The important thing is to remember that our soldiers enlisted to fight for our country, and they're sent wherever our country sends them, and does the job that our country orders them to. Our country fucks up ALL the time. EVERY country in the world does......look up the REST of the history books, not just the one that elevates your "U.S. Gvnt Sucks" notions. ALL of the world's countries fuck up. It's our (and every countries') MILITARY that basically acts as an ERASER.....the tool with which the government uses to right its wrongs, along with helping those who cannot help themselves. Give the soldiers a break and just post something that PRAISES them instead of wasting yours and our time with some on-this-date B.S. And then, after that, stop pretending, along with any other "I know what they're REALLY doing" know-it-all out there, that you REALLY know what your government is doing and WHY they're doing it. Because you don't. And most likely, truthfully, you never will. Not even til the day you die.

Please be careful with your insinuations, Suspect. We DON'T change or amend rules simply because a "veteran clan" gets bitten by one. What I've learned in co-running this tourney is: 1: The veteran clans KNOW not to break this rule, and usually have no problem with discipline. They know when to just "quit talking!" 2: If a veteran clan DOES accidentally talk during the countdown, they're ready and willing to accept that penalty....and not try to lie their way out of it. Typically. We will always have newer clans coming to the UF community saying "this rules needs some changing," and it's nothing new to us. After some time, most newer clans begin to see the light. The light of Sniper's and my logic....and the light of DISCIPLINE.

Within week 2 of UF4, we have our very first Prisoner of War RELEASED from the bonds of captivity! As >N< takes the Sinner's Swamp PoW camp AWAY from LPK, they also take a PoW camp that already had PoWs IN IT! With two PoWs from different clans in there, >N< chose to keep [RiP] Daxter in there, and chose to RELEASE [WsW] Wreak-Havok, as per the UF4 rules for overtaking a camp with multiple PoWs in it. Poor li'l Chaka from LPK took his place, though, so Daxter won't get lonely. Wreak-Havok......how's it feel to be a free man! You were in a position where it could have been a LOT longer! LOL

Sure. We just figure that if you're IN the PoW tourney, then you know UF expectations and standards in regards to etiquette and rules...........................right?

I cannot arbitrarily delete accounts when others ask for it. I CAN, however, delete it if he decides to come to these forums and disregard the rules set forth for our community here.

For all clans pondering just WHAT "UF: Breakout" could possibly be..... We'd like to inform all here in the community of two aspects of Breakout. 1: You WILL be able to participate in UF: Breakout even if your clan is still involved in the current running UF4: PoW tourney. 2: ONLY members of clans that have ALREADY participated in a UF-sanctioned tourney may participate in UF: Breakout. Any player from a clan who has NEVER participated in a UF tourney will be ineligible for play. Where we will always take unknown clans into the UF: Black tourneys, because that's the graduation tournament to get into UF-Tacmap tourneys, the UF: BREAKOUT tournament will only allow in those who are already VERY familiar with UF-standards for tournament play to help deliver a smooth and exciting UF-environment for this event. All RULES, GUIDELINES and SIGN-UPS for UF: Breakout will be posted here on the forum on 09-02-07, just a mere 18 days away from this post. Stay tuned the the Urgent Frequency Podcast for any possible hints and tidbits to this tourney, as we have done for the past 3 weeks now.

I like to call is sweet anticipation. Everytime I see that countdown, my butt clenches up a little and I get in the zone. Butt doesn't un-clench until the final round is done. Butt muscles are very sore by the end of every war.

Thing is.....Breakout will be available to ALL who want to participate, regardless of their current involvement in UF4.

We've never offered prizes for the winners of any Black tourney other than the extended invite into the next UF Tacmap tourney to be launched. For the UF: Black III tourney, I do not see this changing. However, it looks like Red touched on some of our hints that have been going out in the Podcast and some of my oops posts.....and that is the upcoming UF: Breakout. WHAT Breakout is, HOW it will be played and IF there are any prizes available for that event will be revealed NO LATER than the first week of September. Guaranteed. It is something that, much like UF4, contains game play of which UF has never done before. Just another exciting facet to this multi-level Socom tournament site. If ANY clan here thinks the penalty is TOO firm, then that's ALL the more reason to engrave the no-talking rule towards the countdown time into your gunners' minds. Simple.........just like the rule.

This is probably the EASIEST rule NOT to break in a UF4 war room.....and yet we CONTINUALLY get reports of asses that simply CANNOT keep that finger off the mic button for TEN DAMN SECONDS! What's the matter with your gunners?? I'm SERIOUSLY pondering this question, not just typing it for the hell of it. WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH YOUR GUNNERS?? Tell them NOT to talk in your practice room. When you're IN the war room, tell them NOT to talk. IF they talk, just boot them out of your clan because you now have SOLID evidence that you have a MORON in your midst, and you made an honest mistake in recruiting them when you gave them one of your coveted clan tags. It AIN'T that hard, folks. This simply ASTOUNDS me sometimes. ONE simple f'n rule..........jeeezus.

Copyright-wise, it DOES matter. I take many cues from this in my publishing field. When you create something, it's beautiful to see it come to fruition, and it's horrifying to see it copied by someone/something that was too lazy to do something original on their own. Thank you for the heads up, Sniper and I will be investigating this, and there's no further need to give this thread any responses. Otherwise, we're just giving this other tournament something ELSE that they don't deserve here, and that's attention. Thank you for informing us.
