Pre-ordered my copy last week with an exchange to get an additional 20% off GTA 4. Can't wait until next Monday. Midnight release here on Monday, I will most definitely be playing that for the next 24-48 hours and living on redbull.

I'll stick with Madden, I enjoy playing Madden. Other than Nascar (and NCAA football occasionally), it's the only EA title I play. MLB the Show has replaced that hole that MVP Baseball left in baseball gaming.

INDEED. GTA 4 is almost a lock for game of the year and it hasn't even come out yet. MGS4 will likely be top 5. -

You don't have to sign up or anything, that's only if you want to give Konami your input on the beta. The servers won't be up until the 21st though, which is a major bummer :-\.

Ouch. It isn't too tough of a transition from aluminum to metal, you just need to find a bat that your comfortable with.

That's a nice bat, especially because it's maple. I like Rawlings wood bats, their Maple bats are top notch as are their ash (Maple is a tad more expensive, but more durable). Why are you using a wood bat in HS though? I use wood in an 21+ league, but in HS I used aluminum.

When you reserve it they give you a DVD along with a code to download the beta. Call your local gamestop before you go there, because the first gamestop I went to was out of them. Edit: Affliction I'll be on in about 30 mins, downloading mine now and eating some grub.

I have no idea about that, this will be my first MGS game online. Just got my beta ticket and DVD for my preorder today. Download is available tomorrow!

Yeah. I really have a distaste for people who do things without proper preparations. Reminds me of that one guy who got munched by a pride of lions because he got too close trying to take pictures of a WILD killer from a few feet away.

That is the most pathetic display of shooting I've ever seen. As a hunter you NEED to assure you can take a LETHAL shot on the animal or you don't take it at all. It's jackasses like this that give hunters a bad reputation.
