Come on WiZ, that's out of line. While I agree that people are judged by the company they keep, in the end it is their decision to do so. To have someone publicly ridicule you for it is uncalled for. There are many people and clans in this community that have aligned themselves with a clan that, since 11/07, has shown on three separate occasions that they lack HONOR and INTEGRITY. They are allowed to participate in UF tourneys. These are all personal decisions made by each person, clan, and tourney staff member based on what they know at the time. Times change. In the end peoples true colors will always show through. If DV8 is indeed involved in DISHONORABLE acts then people around them will see it for themselves. If public ridicule was the way to handle it, I'd be on here ridiculing a lot of people. Instead, I conduct myself accordingly. Knowing that one day, as has happened twice already, they will show their true colors to those who have supported them. You reap what you sow.

Let me preface this post by saying that I have no involvement in this at all and am not siding with either side. I'm not interested in who started it. But I am getting tired of reading about it. As Prane mentioned there are always multiple sides to every story. Typically, Irsh and Rockman can back me on this, there are three sides to every story. Our side, their side, and the truth (not saying anyone is lying). When emotions get involved views on what, when, how, why, and who become biased. As I stated before, I don't really care I'm just getting tired of reading about it. What has happened here is that a post was put up to inform those who may consider themselves potential victims of what has occurred. In stating that the post was not meant for mud slinging, it created a backlash of public opinion towards DV8 creating a mud slinging. Inadvertently or not, it still happened. Its time to put this to bed. IMO of course. Advice from one old guy to a really young guy: Unless you have first hand knowledge of exactly what happened, statements like that show you go with the popular opinion instead of finding out the facts for yourself. Just my $.02.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll give each of them a try and see what happens. I think what pissed me off more than anything was that typically (up until this started) I could play COD4 with no problems and have nothing but problems with Socom. Last night it was a complete reversal. Couldn't play COD4 at all but played Socom for 3 hours with absolutely no problems. Imagine how much money there is to be made when someone finally creates a gaming environment that's lag, error, and hack free 99% of the time.

That's why I was confused, you said that the lists were the same, when they were in different order. To me, that means that the lists are not the same.... is this a riddle? Holy shit when does school start??!!?? Seriously, maybe get some fresh air for a bit I second that.

For the past 11 months I've had the exact same set up with my internet, router, and PS3. No changes. About a month and a half ago I start having serious problems with lag and staying connected to the PSN. I've never had a problem (besides storms etc) until then. The past 2-3 weeks every time I get into a room I show one orange bar for my connection in game and I'm jumping around all over the place. Typically it works itself out after a few minutes. Tonight it did not work itself out and booted me completely out three times. The third time it gave me the following error: Does anyone know what this error message means? Has anyone else been having similar problems?

Someone please help me with this math. 1967 - The Graduate made $104,901,839 which adjusts to (according to this site) $588,731,200 in 2008. 1967 - The Jungle Book made $141,843,612 which adjusts to (according to this site) $506,917,800 in 2008. $141,843,612 - $104,901,839 = $36,941,773 $588,731,200 - $506,917,800 = $81,813,400 That math looks correct right? The numbers don't add up on that site. Both movies were released in 1967. How does the movie that made $36,941,773 more in 1967 end up making $81,813,400 less once adjusted to 2008 ticket prices?

[/quote'] He means one more record to go..My original bet was that this movie would gross $175 mil for the opening weekend. I wasn't far off. At the risk of bringing this thread back on topic.... You may be closer than you think Smoke. Church's post reflected early Sunday numbers. The movie still had the majority of yesterday to reach that number. If it can make $66.4 million in 24 hours its could easily pull down $20 million during the day yesterday. Another thing to keep in mind as we awe at the money, and I hate to be the party pooper here, keep in mind that Dark Knight opened on more screens than Spiderman 3, ran a 24 hour marathon, and in a lot of places the tickets cost more than Spiderman 3. It really comes down to how many tickets were sold if anyone can find that information. As far as Dark Knight beating out Titanic, its possible.

Harry Potter 6 will have 3D scenes. That should be intense. There were four scenes within Dark Knight that were shot specifically for IMAX. So I'd have to assume those scenes are not shown in the standard version.

Absolutely. Go see it on IMAX. No way. Christian Bale has done a much better job than Michael Keaton. These last two Batman movies so much better than the ones prior. Acting, story lines, the way they're filmed, etc. I don't even like watching them anymore. They're boring. And, IMO, this is definitely one of those movies that could continue for many years. I really like the way they jump straight to the villains and characters. They don't spend a lot of the movie explaining who they are. They spend more time on the plot and the action. I would love to see as many as they will put out. So, if they do make a third, who will be the next villain and who would play them? Penguin? Mr. Freeze? Poison Ivy? Riddler? Will they add a Robin? I don't think they should. I think they should stay with Batman.
