    lol, i wa slucky to get it day 2 and not put up with shit guns as much, when i hit prestige all i did was snipe to get the MP40 and go all noob on it, after that thompson and ghwer (idk how to spell it) OR JUST A TON OF SNIPING.

    SOCOM is nowhere near the best game out there, lacks the many features other older games have. Online only and lag, yes you might say that is other socoms. But it is online only, the online part should be flawless, 3 maps from older games and 4 new maps, WTF, most games today come with twice as much if not 3 times as much; farcry2 lets you make your own maps. Why do we have to wait for patches months after the game was out to finally get the correct experience. There are a ton of games out there that outsell and outperform socom; maybe because some people are diehard socom fans and wont leave the series, that can be understood, but why play a bad game, when there is something better out there. Farcry2 is a great game, cod waw is a great game, MGO is a great online game that works with no lag, resistance 2 is a great game. And this is not counting the many titles that will hit stores after Christmas such as Killzone2. Socom is just gonna get pushed over by the other games that actually delivered from day one.

    i think many people are turned off by cod waw is that you egt really bad guns until rank 37 (STG), the MP40 is just a complete change of its predecessor in cod1 or 2. I have seen people say they hate cod waw but then when they hit latter ranks with better guns they like it more. ALMOST NO ONE LIKES SINGLE FIRE WEAPONS.

    if this game drops fall 09 i wouldn't be surprised. heck i expect it september 4. As far as game point of views, i think FPS is better, if you get stuck in a cinder block, what where you looking up at the sky? as for third person all you got to do is lean on a wall and you can magically see the street down the corner, gosh i wish i could do that.
