#1 happened to me once. There's no sound but when there's no sound, the room tends to be lagging like CRAZY. And every time you get booted and you quit the game, it'll restart your PS3. Usually just restarting the PS3 or rejoining the room fixes it

It should be under Community. You go there then there should be a Clan option where you can Create one and such. There's quite a variety but it's pretty standard. It's pretty much just like GRAW

I'll continue to play it when I feel like playing it. Unlike most people.. I<3COD4 and still will long after it's abandoned.

There's no point in trying to get /6 to change anything. This is the PUBLIC beta.. meaning this is only out there to test the servers and patch up a few glitchy areas, not to change an entire area of a game. This is pretty much how the game is going to be except without the lag and ridiculous load times.

Dude.. change your control configuration to Frogman.. it's EASILY the best one. You press L2 to talk and O becomes your weapons. I've used this since the first day of Socom 3

************SPOILER*********** It was crazy. The new "team" of people is something I wouldn't have seen (Agent Mahone and Lincoln on the same side) and the return of Sara. I can't wait to see whats going to happen. I doubt they can take down the company (especially with the Scylla and the 6 heads [people]). Also, I'm wondering what Scofield's nosebleed is going to tell us about his intelligence/gift. Scofield is an absolute genius and that nosebleed has to be something important. I don't know if I'm the only one, but the hacker asian guy and the Agent in charge of the operation seem a little fishy to me. We'll see.. I thought this was an awesome premiere. Can't wait for more.

throughout the series you meet about a base of 10 people who are always there.. and through the different seasons, the people you would least expect have to come together in order to accomplish things to help them out (get out of jail, flee the country, etc). this season, there's another "team" of 6-7 people, a few you wouldn't expect to be with the rest.. it all adds a major twist to the story

Errors, glitches and problems arise everyday in gaming. No game is ever perfect. EVERY game has its glitches. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but it's only 4 days.. that's nothing to stress over

A lot of beta's release right before the release of the game. Battlefield Bad Company released it right before the release of the game and it wasn't delayed. I think you guys are overreacting WAY to fucking much. Jesus Christ, it's only FOUR days. They're giving you those extra days at the end of the beta so there's no point in complaining. You guys have waited since the release of the PS3 for this game and you can't wait 4 extra days? Plus, I bet it won't be as great as you guys expect it to be. You're setting such high standards because Socom is the game of all games in your eyes, that when the game comes out, you're gonna be highly disappointed. I'll sit and wait for the thread where people complain about something in the Beta or in the actual game, that way I can sit back and laugh

Be grateful that they're even GIVING us a beta... It could have been worse. It could have been delayed like Home.
