Red is correct. Each and every member of your Horseman teams has had to of competed in a previous tournament at UF. The age issue is your business. It is up to you to make sure the teams you have here in UF are mature and respectful.

Fellow UF members. You need to see thru this BS. It has been 2 months since the last issue involving Stormwatch/CT and what happened here at UF. Things have been quiet while they did their thing and UF continued on its road. Now all of a sudden you have people from the CT community, back here spamming and trolling. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why. Evidently things must not be going to well over there at the CT camp as far as tournies are concerned. They must not be getting the participation they wanted or expected, so now they come here trying to stir the pot some more. Hoping to create drama. Hoping that this may cause teams to defect....LOL It is just a feeble attempt by those at the Stormwatch/CT camp to cause drama.

All you people who say you would take the money without telling, why don't you just go rob someone. There is no difference. It also goes to your sense of not only morals but intelligence. What if this woman knew the money was there. What if it was her stash. What if this was a setup? He takes the money only to be arrested for theft. That is why he did not take the money. He had no idea if it belonged to her or not. Only when he discovered it was not hers and she had no idea it was there, did he want to lay claim to it. Cover his ass first then try to extort. Then not only did he want a portion, he damn near wanted half. At 10 percent, he would of had a mighty large chunk of change. A job he was getting paid for plus 10 percent of the findings. Damn I would of been happy to make something for nothing. This was nothing but pure and simple greed. I wonder what he would say if he had cashed a large check from a job he had done and had lost his wallet at the womens home and she told him finders keepers. I bet he would be singing a whole different story. Also can all of you who said they would steal it and not say a word, could you please leave your real name, so that if our paths ever cross in real life, I would know to never invite you into my home.

Well first off, I think that the current homeowner should be entitled to all of it and do as she like. When you purchase a home, you make agreements with the previous owners about the condition you receive the house. Either you make agreements that you will take the house as is or they have to make certain repairs to the house before you take ownership. Once you take possession of the house, you cant comeback 1, 2 or 3 years later to to previous owner and say, Hey my water pipes are bad, you need to fix them. They have no legal obligation what so ever to do anything. It is your house, your problem. The previous owner also has the obligation to remove all of their belongings. I feel they should not be entitled to none of the money in the wall, unless there were some type of document that shows that in the event this money were recovered by anyone other than the party who put it there as they had expired, where that money was intended to go.To me it is somewhat evident that the original owner of the money did not want the money to go to their heirs as there appears to be no will mentioned here. So while legally I think the current owner is entitled to the money, what is the moral thing to do. The contractor should not get a dime in my opinion. He is a guest worker in this woman's home. Did he give her a special discount for allowing him to come into her home and work? Yes he did do the moral thing to tell the homeowner of his find and maybe a reward should of 10 percent was what this woman felt was just. 18,000 dollars. HMMMM sounds as if this guy was greedy. Now he gets less than the 10 percent the homeowner offered. No morally do you let the previous owners know of your find? I really sit on the fence on this one. Like I said, had the owner of the money wanted his or hers money to go to their relatives, they would of made sure to include a note in the box and or prepared a will and they did neither.

People that make games as well as movies, never lose an option for another game or flick. Even if you think it is over, they create ways to continue, even if they have to make games or movies that are prequels to the series. As long as they feel they will make money, the series is not over....LOL

We have seen several instances lately, in which teams are not confirming their wars within the time limit set forth.. We see no reason why it can not be confirmed right after your war, but have asked that it get done no later than 12 hours after the war. This info can be found here, http://www.urgentfury.com/uf_forum/index.php?topic=10634.0 We have staff members who are in charge of keeping up with the standings and we have community members, who want to see the standings stay up to date, however we can not do this without your cooperation of reporting and confirming your wars in a timely manner. Please get these reports and confirmations done asap and remember, anyone from your team can report or confirm a war, not just the CR. Thank You!

Naughty the interaction is minimal. It does not start as soon as you start the program. You have to wait a bit and the fish will arrive and when they do, they will react to your movement. If you move slow they will follow your movement (hand). If you move fast the fish will scatter and disappear for a bit and come back. This is all I seen it do, I did however only do this only once for about 10 minutes and that is all.

You pay for insurance to insure yourself. Insurance for things you do wrong. Why should she report it to her insurance, have them pay and then have her rates increase. Most case of insurance involve another vehicle. You would turn it in to your insurance, they pay and then in turn go after the other person insurance for reimbursement. When it works this way your insurance rates will not increase. The problem here is a 15 year old with out insurance caused or was one of those involved that caused the problem. As a minor who is over the age of 8 your parents are liable for your actions. This issue is a small claims court issue. If you refuse to pay, she will be forced to prove insmall claims court who is responsible.

Don't quote me on this but I think I read somewhere that you have to hook the external hard drive up to your CPU and reformat the drive to Fat32.....I will check to see if I can find that info.

As most of you know, Sony has decided to throw us a curve ball by putting out a system update this evening. We here at UF have no control over this. At this time we are suspending all games tonight. We are sorry for this, but what happened tonight is totally out of our control.

Thank you for your interest in UF and the tournaments it has available for it's community. The current Black tournament is already underway. This is a short 4 week tourney with a playoff at the end. Today is the second week of that tournament. At the end of this tournament, more tournaments will be just around the corner. Your welcome to look around the boards and make yourself at home while awaiting the next Socom tournament.
