UF: Black MARCH Sign-Ups -and- UF: Chain Reaction Cut-Off dates

The sign-ups for UF: Black March are now up in the UF tourney sign-up section! Sign-ups run now through Feb. 28th, so don't hesitate! ALSO, the date for INVITE NIGHT for the upcoming UF: Chain Reaction TACMAP tourney has been changed from the 28th of February to the 25th of February. This is a Wednesday night. This way, any clan that is unfortunate enough not to receive an invite into the UF: Chain Reaction tourney will still have time to apply to the UF: Black MARCH tourney before it launches! Get ready! The month of March heats up QUICK! -
Ok....there has been enough buzz about wanting a tourney for the CoD series. We had announced them a while back but had some serious work to get done with the upcoming TACMAP tourney, Chain Reaction. There seems to be a very strong camp on both sides of CoD....for WaW and for MW. So we'd like to hear from the community which is pulling the most weight....and then DELIVER! So get your votes in! Keep the poll bumped to the top! And if you have an entire CLAN that wants one of these tourneys to roll out, then get them all here to the forum to sign up and VOTE! Urgent Fury will be rolling out a tourney for ONE of the two; CoD: MW or CoD: WaW. We will eventually do both, as promised, BUT one will be developed first. And of course, if you have clans that you play with online that are not yet here at UF....then get them to Hell Week! Vote's on. Let's see what y'all say! - TOW (This is NOT console-specific. Regardless of which title wins, sign-ups FOR that title will go up in both Xbox and PS3 format. The # of sign-ups for that format will determine if the tourney launches)

UF is running a contest to see who can come up with a great format for U-Freq for an entire 10-15 minute episode! EVERY facet of the podcast can be written by YOU! Your outlined script will be produced by the U-Freq gang and you will even do voice work throughout the entire episode. HOW can you do this, you may ask? SIMPLE! No one ever said that there would only be 16 invited to the TACMAP tourney. So I hope that's not a deterrent for people still thinking about signing up.

Malu, it's freaky that you remember my hate affair for Lana at all. I did not read this thread until just now because I hadn't watched this episode until just now tonight. Fuck Lana, fuck that ugly-ass mouse-face of hers and fuck her 'I'm here / I'm gone / I'm back again / but I'm gonna go again' BS. I don't know what the fascination was with that tart. She dated half the damn town, she was the most melodramatic person in the script for someone who was usually the least impactful for all storylines and she's just an overall ODD looking woman. Just about every other female on the show looks better than she does AND they're better actresses in better roles. Fuck Lana. She can go fuck half of another town somewhere else in her new 'wow look what they injected into my useless role this time' Kryptonite bullshit nano-skirt. Stupid..... But I know the Smallville writers will do the expected and bring her back soon enough for the 152nd time....

Like I said, i was looking for responses to what I think was a bad judgement call on the part of my Commander in Chief and you're turning this into a personal attack on me. What's your fucking problem? This is the EXACT reason why UF does not allow political talk on this gaming forum. Read the rules. You posted a story, you "expected" the responses, and then you lash out. THIS is why we do not allow political talk on this forum. Start respecting the rules of the house or go find another house. This will be the final warning. This is a GAMING site that does not allow political discussions, as noted in the forum rules. Those who cause infractions will be banned. Everyone needs to do their political bitching somewhere else. There's plenty of places that WELCOME it to do it at.

Urgent Fury would like to inform the clans awaiting their chance at UF Hell Week that we understand that the applications for entry into UF rose to an unexpected level in the short time that UF: Hell Week was implemented. This is a good thing and, at the same time, a problematic one as well as we now see that some clans will be waiting some time. In an effort to alleviate some of the wait, the Urgent Fury clan "Ravenfall" will be bowing out of UF: Black February this upcoming month and will be running on four straight UF: Hell Weeks alongside what is already going to be done by UF's standard Eval Team. This means that there will be a total of EIGHT clans getting their Hell Week treatment in February, not just four. Thank you and Urgent Fury looks forward to seeing your clans in action. - TOW
