It's sad to think that A-Rod is going to be the only of the greatest players ever to never have a team put next to his name. So far he's had an awesome career but he's never had that one team presence where you can put his name next to that team.

Elite's were always said to be limited. They brought them out and they weren't supposed to be a permanent thing. I guess the time is up and they no longer sell them.

What happens is: You get shot and like usual, your health goes down and screen darker. Once you're "killed" you basically see your screen fall to the ground and you're lying on the floor. You have almost no health and you can feel your heartbeat in the controller and hear your character breathing. It doesn't happen 1-2 seconds later. It happens right away and you just automatically go into Last Stand. (unless you're shot in the head)

I did put up a video of this for the 360 (the beta) when it was up, of me getting owned by some people. I'm not the biggest fan of FPS but I fell in love with the beta. I think it's awesome. I like last stand because, even though you're going to die either way, you can still pick off some people who are totally blind and don't see you lying on the floor.

I agree with Boody. Are you talking about a "washed up" yankees lineup that led the majors in runs scored and in batting average? With their "old veterans" (Jorge) that batted .338 and Abreu who had 100 rbis? A-Rod carried the team UNTIL the team woke up. Posada, Matsui, Cano, Abreu, and A-Rod all had 90+ RBI's. Borowski might have had 45 saves while Mariano had 30, but Borowski had a fat 5.07 ERA and Mariano is the greatest post season pitcher in history. Indians have no experience in the post season. Wang, Pettite and Clemens have a ton more post season experience than Sabathia, Carmona, and Byrd. So.. yeah.. I agree with Boody.

So are the Phillies... Just so you know, I'm not a Phillies fan. D'backs will win it all this year, I hope, lol ^My team Phillies semi-limped into the playoffs. Rockies just destroyed all opposition. They have a ton more adrenaline. And by the way, RIGHT as I type this, the Phillies just lost game 1.

Not necessarily. Rockies are riding on a shitload of adrenaline and from the past, it's obvious that teams with the most adrenaline usually do the best. They won 14 of their last 15 and made the wild card. Never know what can happen.

I don't think he got the plate. The ump waited for Hollidays reaction along with the catcher's possession of the ball to make the call. If Holliday would've stumbled back to home plate, he would've been called out. The ump had no view of the plate and I think he made the wrong call. He was influenced by the players reactions. Despite that, one HELL of a game. Well played by both sides. One of those times where it's a shame that one gets eliminated. Definitely worth watching the entire game. Playoffs baby! GO YANKS!

I agree. That's why I love the option of muting certain players =] But yeah, Halo isn't as good as they make it seem. It's an above average game in my opinion, but most of it is just hype from the fanboys.

It was a little confusing but after I thought about it enough, I think I might have gotten what happened. Except the Hiro/Kensei part. That kind of made no sense at all. And some of the other things were really random... like Hiro's dad getting smashed and crap. Other than that.. I think it was pretty much straight forward... for the most part.
