I would rather take my chances with Dontrelle Willis than Milton Bradley. Bradley was the worst free agency move ever for the Cubs. Although kudos to the Cubs for letting their best pitcher walk to free agency this year. -

Congrats for all the socom players. I'm not coming back lol but I am sincerely happy for those of you who have waited patiently. I hope this solves most of the problems. Rangers I expect full reviews!!!

We aren't getting too much snow and we aren't supposed to tonight. I'm more concerned with the 50mph wind coming at us and the temps getting below 0 with the windchill. Only getting an inch or so of snow out here tonight.

My favorite dive bar is Friar Tucks. You get beer in these mini pitchers for $6 and they hold a little over 3 full glasses of beer. Not a bad deal. They also always have good music playing. Kernel I live in Elgin which is about 40 minutes outside the city to the west. Chili if you need to hit museums I recommend the Field Museum. Its definitely my favorite of the Chicago museums.

Chili you are such a whore for a cinderella story. For those who don't know Chili jumped on the Boise State Bandwagon in 2007 when they played that amazing game with the statue of liberty play and the player proposed to the cheerleader. He secretly wishes he was that cheerleader. I still can't get pumped about any games other than the Ducks and Buckeyes. Although I do want to see Mark Ingram run all over Texas.

I'm with you there Nacku. You would think people in Chicago would have figured out that they need to drive slowly by now but nope. There are tons of accidents and I'm sure there will be at least 100 wrecks tomorrow when the storm hits. I drive slow in the snow. My 95 Beretta doesn't like to go fast. ;D

I'll be with you shortly Nacku. Up until this last week we have enjoyed unseasonably warm weather in Chicago. Starting last night the snow is coming. 1in last night another couple today and then tomorrow the shit hits the fan. We are looking at around 10in tomorrow alone. I hate driving in the snow!!!

I'm not really excited about most of the bowl games this year. The SEC championship was probably the most intriguing game of the year. I expect Bama to roll over Texas like I called them against Florida. I don't care about seeing TCU and Boise. I'd prefer to see the bcs grow some balls and let them play the big boys rather than each other like last year. I'm most excited about Oregon and Ohio State. I gotta say I'm jumping on the Oregon bandwagon now. I am a sucker for a good run game and Oregon has an explosive run game. Plus as an Illini fan I hope they destroy Ohio State.

That's why Urgent Fury is so great. For us it's more about honor. Sure it wasn't "technically" wrong. If it were, one wouldn't be able to do it in the game. But is it honorable? No where near it. It is great to be a part of a community where actions like that are looks down upon. Thank you all for .... well playing nice, really. If I could afford two PS3's I'd do it too. So there Joe take your nice community and stick it! But seriously thats probably one of the lamest things I have ever heard involving a video game. Who would go through the trouble to do that? To me it would be way more satisfying to EARN the nuke. Granted I have yet to unlock it, but soon enough you will all face the wrath. And by everyone I mean anyone who is around for the once out of every 1,000,000,000,000,000 games I play that involve a 25 kill streak.

I agree with Prime. If parents don't agree with it then don't buy the game for your kid. If homophobes don't agree with it then don't play it. At this point we are pretty much desensitized to everything in the media today, but gay sex is still taboo for some reason. I say let the game be played dammit!!! And as Prime pointed out its an OPTION for the scene. It doesn't have to happen. -

Ahh how perfect when i walked out the door at 3:00 for class they were talking about this and as soon as I walked in the door they were again. I guess Tiger woods crashing his car is more important than things like the cop killer getting his due or poor children in Chicago have no presents or food for Christmas. Well after months of constant speculation it has finally come to an end. Charlie Weis was fired from Notre Dame today after setting multiple ND records for losses. I personally thought he handled the whole last few weeks very classy and I hope things work out for him. He recruited great players but unfortunately he just couldn't bring them together. It is time for change in ND because college football needs ND to be a powerhouse again. To bring the ratings back to the North and away from the SEC and Big 12.
