$5.99 and yes. As long as you have the PSN store available. 3 Bucks a map isnt a bad price. I paid 10 for 3 COD: W@W maps. That seems to be about the going rate for maps these days. The real question is how much you would pay for even 1 new SOCOM map.

I hear they are getting a lot of heat from a lot of different Veteran groups. They are claiming that its disrespectful to the ones that served in the operation, because the game is based on a true story. As an x-Army guy myself I like the idea. What better way to honor my fallen brothers? War is a reality we have to deal with and everyone knows someone thats been effected by our current situation. But you do have to walk that fine line because it is, and always will be, a very touchy subject. On the other hand the game looks pretty good. But, we'll see. Shooters are a dime a dozen these days, and its hard to actually get a good one.

I traded my copy of KZ2 in to Game Stop a few weeks ago. Then I hear about the patch and DLC. Dohh! I might have to go rent it so I can check out all the new stuff. I hear one of the new maps is 2 moving train cars. Thats just sick! /Sux could really learn a lesson from GG. BTW, do the new maps cost anything, or are they available to everyone?

Back in the day I used to love this band called Guns & Roses. That band fell apart and all the band members left, save 1. A Mr. Axel Rose. The biggest asshole with the biggest ego in the band, the one that nobody liked. That guy kept the Guns & Roses name and decided to replace the rest of the band. For years he would pop up in one format or another claiming the Guns & Roses was still around working on an album and it was going to be better than anything Guns & Roses had ever done. The result is an album that everybody keeps waiting on and nobody likes anyway. Whats the moral of the story? Just because you still have 1 guy that was in the old band that decided to keep the name, it still dosent make it Guns & Roses. That reminds me of this clan that I know, but I wont mention any names. I rent movies off of the PSN all the time. They look great, and are a good price. They need a better selection, but thats about it. I wont buy one because I like to have a physical copy. That way my friends can borrow it and never return it or I can sell it to buy crack.

Do I like rockets? No. Will I ever use them? No. Will I call you a homo noob for using one? Yes. Will I adapt to the situation if someone is using them excessively? Yes Will I hunt the rocketing offender down round after round just to get the chance to dance on their corpse? Yes. Do I think they take little to no skill to use? No. Do I think they should be removed from the game? No. You paid for the game. You read the tournament rules. You walked in the room. Its your decision whether or not you play with them. If someone kills you with one... Dont get mad, get even.

Well spoken and says it all! Finally, somebody with a well thought out non disrespect oriented post. Very well spoken Irish. And Chik, Ive agreed with you the entire time way back to your first response. There is an old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"..... So why'd they fix it? You start a post asking what our problems were with the game and down talk all the responses. Its ok if you like, it truly is. But its also ok if people don't. I don't need to justify to anyone here why the game just isn't that good for me. Somebody said it best here a while back and I still believe it.... If the name Socom wasn't attached to this game half of the small numbers of people still playing wouldn't be. Dog CoD:WaW all you want but I can sign on right now and see 85k people playing. Thanks for the support. Its like buying a brand new car and when you get it, it doesn't have any doors. You ask the dealer, "What the fuck, where are the doors?!" He says "Don't worry buddy, they are on the way, in what we call, In-coming doors 1.30". Then he adds, "And these doors are gonna have all kinds of cool functions! Just like the ones we mentioned in the owners manual. We're even bringing back functions that everyone liked." So you say "But wait, why would you sell me a car without the fucking doors, you douche bag?!!" And he says, "Hey relax guy, it still drives, doesn't it? Besides, we wanted to sell you this car and everyone else ASAP so we get some of that DOE-RAY-MI!!! Who cares if its substandard." I think I bought that car.
