  1. I'm in the same boat my friend. Been dating the oldest daughter of a retired Sgt. Major for the last two and half years. Not married yet and I dont call him Sarge but I have gotten in good enough to call him dad Oh I don't call him the sarge to his face... lol
  2. I got you all beat my father in law is retired from the marine corp and I'm married to the favorite daughter try living up to those expectations. lol I call him the sarge. :police:
  3. The problems began when the foundation of our country was changed to make politics a career instead of public service. Now that term limits have been increased to the point where a person can spend the majority of their life holding a seat in the senate etc. Our founding fathers had it right because they came from a country which was ruled by a king they knew what not to do. Over time their foundation has been altered by the people who are supposed to be serving us in order to benefit themselves. I'll stop there but could go on and on and on...
  4. Haha Red I figured it would say the 17th or the coming weeks. Actually saying the 17th and nothing else behind it had to be hard for them. Let's see if they can make it.
  5. Thats plenty to start..!!!Slow down, you got plenty. Just concentrate on what you got.. its not quantity, its quality. +1
  6. I wouldn't call it patiently have you been checking the Socom boards? lol
  7. Yeah I bet it get's pretty crazy in real life that's where Ermy got it from. He was in the Marine Corp.
  8. I realize what you guys are posting is real and I am posting stuff from movies but this is the greatest drill sergeant of all time. WARNING EXPLICIT LANGUAGE Full Metal Jacket - 10 Minutes of Boot Camp
  9. If you read the terrorist handbook they are taught to complain of abuse upon capture to make us look bad. The real blame is on our government for even reprimanding our elite SEALs over this garbage.
  10. Thanks for the compliments guys. We worked hard on it so it's nice to see some love. I think the UF logo looks good in red and black and it fits the color scheme of our site which was the primary idea behind it. No problem anytime Mucci
  11. Thanks for helping Chili. Ajax likes making people take the long route. lol
  12. Congrats Money and Good luck.
  13. It will be available on December the 17th http://ps3.ign.com/articles/105/1051607p1.html December 3, 2009 - Starting December 17, fans will be able to download a new demo of Gran Turismo 5 through PlayStation Network. The Gran Turismo 5 Time Trial Challenge features the Nissan 370Z, both tuned and non-tuned, as well as a one track. "It will be the first opportunity to get a hands-on taster as to what Yamauchi-san and his Polyphony team have been carefully crafting and polishing at their Tokyo base," Sony says. U.S. players who download the demo between December 17, 2009 and January 25, 2010 are eligible for the time trial challenge, with the winner for the fastest lap time taking home a trip to the upcoming Indianapolis 500 this May. Take a look at the contest rules if you're interested. Just so there's no possible confusion, Sony Europe confirmed this is indeed new content. "This is a downloadable time trial featuring new content from GT5 not GT5 Prologue."
  14. Welcome to Urgent Fury Elite.
  15. I thought it had crosshairs? I haven't played it very much but last night we put in a few hours on it. What we discovered is that if you have an attachment like an ACOG then the zoom is significantly greater. If you go with a red dot then it's only slightly more, however the ACOG was the one that I noticed it on the most. You get really see far when you have that equipped and I thought it worked really well. There isn't a precision style crosshair with a dot in the middle. Yeah your right about the zoom it does change depending on the scope your using. Zooming to an over the shoulder view is IW's way of making you "aim down the sight" like you have to in FP.
  16. Cross hairs would help but it would need more than that. 3PS/Socom fans IMO won't tolerate the hip firing bullet spray of COD. It would have to be tightened up to make it fun. COD's 3rd person game play would have to be much different than it's FPS mode.
  17. 234,768 First Person 5,326 Third Person Combined The numbers are the numbers let's not try to twist them to make them look like they are close. TDM express and TDM are the same exact thing just express has no intermission. Mosh Pit is a bunch of modes all combined in one lobby. Ground war is TDM and Domination just with larger numbers. Merc TDM and TDM are the same thing except Merc TDM doesn't allow parties. I agree with you there is some interest in the third person aspect but let's not make the leap to say the numbers are even in the same ballpark.
  18. I was hoping this would include the cross game voice chat feature.. That would have been nice. I could really care less if the face book servers melted to the ground.
  19. After all Chaka posted this in the Xbox section, and as far as i know he doesn't have an Xbox. lol And yea Routers are the same eitherway.. BUT NAT 3 or NAT 2 is a PS3 thing.. Xbox uses "Open", "Moderate" or "Strict". so to me the #umbers mean nothing. ;D Yes but in MW2 we get the same message on the left side of our screen it says Nat type open, moderate or strict. I'm guessing whatever message we have on the game affects how we are put into matches.
  20. How can one be satisfied when the numbers you provided are not even total players actually playing? You're dealing with dummy numbers, you sound like a politician trying to misrepresent facts. Like I said in my last post I'll continue to provide COMPLETE numbers in the window that I mentioned. As for my argument being "weak" again you're only projecting because I checked you're numbers and not only is your sample based on bad data but you're defending it beyond logic. You do realize that the percentage that you spit out several posts ago included anyone online whether they're playing online or not. You also neglected to show the numbers for all the other modes to create a base measurement so you could get an idea of where things stack up. I'll keep posting the numbers I find, we shall see who has a weak argument after there is a weeks worth of data. Oh thank god someone who is smarter than all the rest of us is going to post the numbers. What a load off my shoulders I wasn't sure what I was going to do with all these numbers... Surely I was going to run out of fingers and toes before I figured it all out. Thank you covert I look forward to your mathematician style accounting of COD online player numbers.
  21. PS3/Xbox the settings are still the same. The above posted instructions are for your router and can apply to just about any device on your network. The reason why this can get tricky is because putting your computer instead of your PS3 in the DMZ could be bad.
  22. Haha When I pick a game I don't usually look at the rest of the screen. I will now thanks fellas.
  23. I can look down in real life and see my feet and I can look to my right and left without turning my whole body. When they can put that into a FPV game is when I could start taking them more seriously.
