I like the game- Its all I currently play. That said it did make me worry with the answers he gave... I mean it reminded me of how the "socom community" was left hanging in the dark... If you cant "promise anything" then tell us WTF you ARE working on and WHEN THE HELL the patch WILL release. Sony is really showing it cant be taken seriously when it comes to next gen online gaming IMO. And THAT my friends may be their un doing.

I will be trying it out for sure. I try everything out lol I even have Little big planet... But I doubt you will see my clan on that. But now that you guys got me thinking about it... A war room for clan rep meeting might be sick. You have to wear your uniforms.

Potentially- There is usefulness and then there is ease of use/ controll and reliability. If my team did not have computers or it cost us money to do what we do now- It may be an option. It just does not look like a viable one at this point in time. If I remember right "Home" was big talk last xmas time too wasnt it? Ahh the wonders of media marketing. I just want games to work online correctly and consistently.

I am not hating nor am I "debating or challenging" why YOU like it. I am just saying me and my team will not use it, need it or care for it. Given my clan has been around for a few days playing shooters on the playstation- I thought I would share my opinion.

Well my clan is full of old guys and gals- We can do all that shit in our forum or on our website... This is what I can do on my forum and current tools that are FREE: -set up strategy via white board -plan strategy and walk maps -use our fourms to post vids and white board, set up schedules, personal sigs, etc -use our web site to give special rank and awards THAT MEAN SOMETHING TO THE CLAN -I currently have 4 ways of using voice chat that costs me nothing: psn network, in game, xfire or phone. So for me and my team- We are too old to give a shit about "getting the clan together for a sleep over and watching a movie" lol But to each his own- Like I said if I was a kid (that was board or lived in alaska in the winter) this would be great.

With all the games I have ever played since SC1... About 5 total. But that includes several months during SC1 when I was immobilized and on lots of drugs (legal) lol -

I have too agree with this 100%... Now if I was 12 years old this might interest me... If I was on restriction and couldn't go outside lol Who knows though maybe HOME will become the new opperating system of the future lol

I think it COULD be possible... If the folks in the clan enjoyed the "polotics" of the clan as much as they enjoy actualy playing the game. There ARE some weirdo's out there that would like that I am sure lol -

They only release patches on leap years... Sorry guys :-\ ;D With the new patch (to add more ranked rooms?) my team is still getting booted. Its one guy at a time... We have kinda just USED IT AS PART OF THE GAME PLAY lol We know if we have 10 clan members in a room 1 will get booted every 10-15 minutes- so we plan our stratigy to incorparate it lmfao/ true story, but it sucks.

Wouldn't it be nice if a game developer "over built" the servers ""just in case". All I ever read for every PS3 Sony game that has came out is "we underestimated the amount of people who would be playing." In my line of work if you fucking plan to be an underachiever, for every project you put forward, you would only get that chance- MAYBE twice.

I think its sick as hell. After I got my shit all set up and been playing a few days with the clan it reminds me of the ole socom. Unfortunately I am not surprised that the game has server issues (I thought it would be a few weeks till it got fixed)... But to add to the bitching- *They open beta tested the shit for a month *It is an online only game that does not work at launch *The lag is everywhere in the game- From server drops to the way the menu system lags just a bit (like all the socoms of old). Being that it is a next gen socom I was hoping this would not be the case... Even Madden menu speed makes this thing look like your running on dial up. But in the end me and my team are pumped for the game and all know its just a week or two and we will be rolling smooth.

I was curious to know this- Who here can speak to "knowing" someone who is a hard worker, always on time, shows interest in what they do, has worked at the current job for more than 90 days and makes minimum wage? I would like to know who these folks are.
